Rob came in on a weekend just to help us get the car we wanted due to my husband and I schedule. Its hard to get us both together during the week. I highly recommend them!! Thanks Rob for coming in on your day off to help us!! We've bought alot of vehicles in our days and none of them ran as smoothly as this one!! There was no pressure to buy, he was upfront and honest through the process!!

Bought a car from Leman Automotive back in January 2021, I highly recommend this place! Everything was very transparent, he stayed open late both times that I came to the lot to look at and purchase the car, which I really appreciated since I work late hours. The car works great, looks great, and I'm confident it will work well for years! Please consider Leman Automotive if you see a car you like, I think you will really enjoy the experience!

Just got my car through Rob here, and everything went exceptionally well. He fought for a great deal for me and got one and I'm ecstatic. They're very up front about cars and will love you a full honest rundown of the car and they care they've put into it. Happily recommend them

I normally have high anxiety going in to dealerships but Rob made me feel very comfortable. He gave me a fair trade in value for my Subaru and I was able to walk out with a ford fusion that had very low miles. I will be recommending them to friends/family and I plan on getting all of my service work done with them as well.Thank you Rob!

They seem to be on top of how to do repairs properly and inform the customer well. Overall, a pretty good experience. The only downfall was that our extended warranty (Veritas) didn't pay for all of the bill, even though all of it was covered. No fault of Leman's. They will help us get into a better extended warranty soon.

Jack found the perfect truck for us ! Fully inspected it to make sure it was mechanically sound, cleaned and polished to a T, and good price. If you need a vehicle, or need to sell yours , they will do their best to help you out.

I bought a Ford F-150 from Rob at Leman in Eureka. Rob was very forthcoming about the condition of the truck and even suggested having it checked out by my own mechanic. Absolutely no pressure. When I went to the SoS to get the transfer done, I was missing a piece of information. I called Rob and he texted me what I needed before I left the SoS counter.A fair deal on a vehicle, no pressure to get the sale done and service after the sale equals 5 stars to me

Great experience! Excellent communication. Car was as advertised. My daughters first car! No pressure, they want what is best for you. I drove 90 minutes, they made the drive worth it with their honest atmosphere. Very reliable business=Customer satisfaction!

Leman Automotive set the bar across Illinois for a perfect customer experience. From the moment I reached out with a brief inquiry, Jack was responsive, extremely knowledgeable, not only about the vehicle itself, but in walking me through the entire process. He is helpful. He listened. He was very accommodating. That was my experience with Jack. It could not have been more seamless and made the process very pleasant. Their attention to detail and my satisfaction was unparalleled- going above and beyond in every aspect! I highly recommend this place. They are awesome!!! Jack even waited 2 hours after closing time just for me to pick up my vehicle. How great is that!! I give them a 2 Thumbs up!! I wouldn t go anywhere else but here. I love my new car you guys! Bought a new car today, and it was such a good experience. It was my first time going out and buying from a dealership and Jack made it very easy and simple. Recently bought a used minivan from Leman Automotive. Very good price relative to Kelly Blue Book. Though inventory was sparse, they happened to have the model we wanted at a trim level higher than we planned but for just about the price we wanted. Staff were very friendly and certainly no pressure. After test driving the vehicle, we left to see one at another dealer. When we settled on the one at Leman, we called the owner and he was very flexible around our schedule. He had all of the paperwork prepared by time we arrived so that we were in and out in less than 20 minutes. Family is very happy with the vehicle!

We purchased a vehicle at this little gem of a car lot and it was a wonderful experience. We searched online for what we wanted and it led us to this place. Jack was awesome and forthright. Bought a used car that literally went bad 3 weeks after I got it, along with a month warranty, but since the "shop" I had sent it to didn't "find" anything wrong until week 4, there was nothing that they could do about it. So I am stuck with a broken down car.

Honest, fair car sales. Nice quality cars, fair pricing. Very congenial, worked with us and our time schedules, as we traveled many miles to do business. We were treated very well, and wouldn't hesitate to return. And would recommend to anyone looking for a vehicle.

Took my Audi here to get serviced last minute, mechanics did a very thorough job with repairs and explained every step. Very transparent. Very thankful to have a local business that offers quality service. I plan on going back.

Our car broke down completely and very unexpectedly. Leman Auto Sales helped my family leave in a great car the very same day I came in with the down payment. Truly a lifesaver for a single mother of three. Such a great local business that treated me better than family. I truly feel blessed for being referred to Jack and his guys in my time of need.

My husband and I took our van there to get it detailed. They did an awesome job. I haven't seen my van that cleaned since we bought it. Their prices are very reasonable. Let's put it this way we definitely got our money worth. I definitely will be going back there for everything.

Purchasing a car from Jack at Leman s in Eureka was by far the easiest and friendliest experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. The car was immaculate and priced right. I would absolutely recommend shopping Leman s first to anyone I know wether it s to buy, get a car detailed , or have some service done.

Wow what a great experience. By far the most painless auto purchase of my life. Our 2017 Jeep Wranger is beautiful. My wife and I are very happy with the purchase. I would highly recommend Leman Automotive!
