Beware!!!! This Company does not take accountability for their actions. I would give them zero stars if I could. I took my vehicle to Eureka Collision on Sept. 16th to have hail damage repaired. At first everything seemed to go smoothly, and I would have loved to give this business a good review but when I went to pick my car up it had Red/maroon color over-spray all over the hood and driver side of my vehicle and a couple chips where in the paint that wasn t there before. When I brought it to their attention, they said they wondered where the paint came from because they supposedly had not painted anything red in color while my car was there but said no worries, they would clay bar it and remove the over-spray and fix the tiny chips. When I returned the next day, they had removed most of the overspray except on the door handles and did not fix the chips but also scrubbed the finish off the trim around the windows. Instead of nice new black trim it is dull and has gray color scrub marks all over it. I was livid, I called my insurance company immediately because this work was an insurance claim, and this place was on their select service list. When the claims department called Eureka Collision to ask them what happened they stated that they noticed the trim looked damaged but didn t know how that happened and it must have been faulty material. My trim did not look like that when I dropped it off. My vehicle is a 2021 and looks horrible now because they messed it up so bad. The hail damage was only $1400 in damages and the trim damage is over $2500. I am still working with my insurance company to solve this issue, but Eureka Collison will not take responsibility for their actions. They have tried to say they are not responsible for the paint damage or the trim. But why would a repair shop agree to fix something they didn t do? (Fixing the overspray) Wouldn t they have noticed the overspray before they worked on it if it was already there? They admitted to wondering where the overspray came from and took my vehicle to the car wash to try and clean it off but when it didn t come off, they assumed it wasn t from them because their paint would have washed off. (That doesn t really make sense to me) The fact of the matter is, I dropped off my vehicle with ONLY hail damage. Now I have more issues than I did before. I will NEVER take my vehicle back to this place. I saw another review that said this place doesn t pay attention to detail. Well, that seems to be true. I chose to get the work done there because they were on the select service list and recommended my insurance and I wanted to support a small local business. This place also had good reviews. This was a big mistake; I would never recommend this company to anyone. If you want a company to do work on your vehicle and get it back worse than it was in the first place, go here. I wanted to make this review so that others know that if this place makes a mistake or messes anything up, they will not take responsibility.Service: Body & Trim

First time I'd taken a vehicle thereIt was just like businesses used to be run. They did all they could to make sure you got the best repair job possible. AND THEN, they cleaned down the car!My job was all underneath!

We have used Eureka Collision many times in the 10+ years and have had nothing but a great experience and high-quality repairs, that brought our vehicles back to like new condition. I recently used Eureka Collision for hail damage for the first time and was extremely satisfied. The small-town family-owned businesses like this are the hidden gems that provide high quality repairs and excellent customer service. Everyone was very nice and helpful through the whole process. Most of the work was good but I picked it up with rubbing compound still smeared across the hood and the headlight housings are different colors so attention to detail could have been better.

Worked with us to make our wrecked vehicle drivable while we waited several months for Honda parts due to supply chain issues. Eureka Collision Center went above and beyond to get us fixed up in as timely a fashion as possible under the circumstances. Would bring my business back in a heartbeat

I purchased a new SUV just two days before a bad storm in our area. Unknowingly I scratched up an entire door trying to get in with a golf umbrella. I decided to stop at Eureka Collision and see what they could do. The husband/wife team that were there were leaving on vacation, but, he thought he could buff it out for me. He did a beautiful job; no scratches to be seen, and they would not let me pay them. Although my job was small I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Real small-town friendliness!!!

Eureka Collision Center is a State Farm� Select Service� provider. Dean, the owner of Eureka Collision Center, provided superb customer service repairing our Dodge van after a head-on deer collision on Interstate 74. The work repairing the van was meticulous and met all Dodge/Mopar specifications. Dean was patient with my endless questions and has an excellent reputation for customer service.
