First let me say I Love Casey's. When we travel it's our stop of choice for food and gas. That being said I am very disappointed in the Eureka store. When certain people are making pizzas you might as well not go in to grab a slice. I was in the store before 8:30 in the morning and no pizza in the warmer no bicuits and gravy and very few sandwiches. The man making pizza and breakfast sandwiches was leaning over the table. His attitude was horrible. I asked if there would be more pizza and he said no. I get they have orders but not having food in the warmers is ridiculous, especially when you can see that nothing is being made. Does he not get customers are paying his wages ? Does he not get the food in the warmers makes them way more money and keeping customers happy means repeat business.

As a professional,i will give 5 stars to this night crew through the week. They are amazing very polite nice young people I call ahead I'm a truck February road. I call ahead for some chicken tenders. They are right on it and take care of it or if I want a big pizza it's already when I get there.But just they're Attitude is amazing amazing they need to be recognized they need to be recognized. They need to be recognized.attitude. It's really really good they need to be recognized.

So I wrote a good review a year ago, but it's not quite the same experience anymore. The pizza is still great, but you have to wait awhile for it now, even if you show up after it's supposed to be ready. It's probably a staffing issue, and that's not something easy to fix these days, but it gets old standing and waiting for 15 or 20 minutes past their predicted time. I'll be glad to give a good review again if things improve, though! And the staff is very polite and friendly!

when you order a pizza you have to tell them to use sauce and cheese . we ordered a 1/2sausage and 1/2 mushroom and all we got was crust sausage and mushrooms nothing else

I love Casey s! None of the stores will blow you away with cleanliness but they have all the stuffs you want and need! I love their donuts and pizza!! Their rewards program is stellar! And they ALWAYS have my brand of sunflower seeds: Giants Dill Pickle flavor!

Couldn't be happier. Everyone I've encountered at this Casey's was friendly and helpful. They have had an issue with a now-former employee a few months back; I do remember it. Yet, being a loyal customer, I've seen the improvements made and am quite pleased. Five stars all around, funniest cashiers anywhere. Also, order a "pizza sub" if you're willing to try it. Ask for extra pizza sauce, cheese, and whatever you like on your pizza. It's delicious, filling, and reasonably priced! :)

Warmer pizzas are almost always dried out and cold at dinner time. 5-7pm.They don't follow health code or their own companies rules about time stamping ALL WARMER FOOD. (Former employee at Fox Creek road location we received write ups for this and it is not a location only policy)They donate whatever change you might have to whatever cause they are supporting without asking. (receipt # 1535267). Change might seem silly to you but I almost guarantee y'all were upset about that 19 cent gas tax increase.And asking the morning staff for a pack of cigarettes or scratch off shouldn't come with huffing and puffing it's your job.When the food is hot it's good but it's only hot when it's not busy.

I'm not one to complain about restaurants or fast food usually, but I feel this needed to be publicly addressed. The staff here? Fantastic. Super friendly and empathetic. That being said, when ordering food you are charged fees that you as a consumer are not made aware of. After trying for over an hour to order food, I had to reach out to my debit card company after being told multiple times that my card was declined due to insufficient funds. After talking to the CSR from PNC Bank, they explained that even though the price that was being advertised to me online and over the phone was 25.65, I was being charged a "holding fee" of $5 that I was not only unaware of, but on closer inspection of my receipt and order summary, IS UNADVERTISED. I am not sure how long this has been a thing, but just thought I would throw this information out there so people would be aware they are being charged extra and not being told about (which in my opinion, is basically stealing from their customers)... Like I said, the food, atmosphere, and staff are extraordinary, and the staff didn't even know about the hidden fee, but I am not okay with being stolen from, and you shouldn't be okay with it either.

Brooke makes the best pizza. Haven't seen her there in a while, hopefully she didn't quit. Other than that, food is hot and fresh (normally), you just have to go around the busy breakfast/lunch/dinner times. Otherwise, naturally, the cheese will on the pizza slices will be starting to dry out around 1:30-2:00 up until dinner hour. That's everywhere though.

How do I give them zero stars? Terrible customer service etiquette.Dont even talk to you unless its to ask if you have gas or "if that is all" the manager isnt any better as far as attitude. All the employees wear miserable looks on their faces no matter the time of day.Terrible place. Do not recommend. Food is always nasty (i.e. dry or hard) when left in the warmer, only time it is decent is when it is freshly made.

We love Cathy and Virginia. We look forward to seeing them, when we come in. They handle their jobs in a very professional way. Even with being low staffed does not stop their customer service and hospitality.

I love Casey's pizza. I have been to several in the last few days. The Casey's on the east side of Washington Illinois is fantastic.

VERY RUDE AND HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE. EMPLOYEES WERE SWEARING, ARGUING , NOT FRIENDLY Didn't EVEN PAY ATTENTION THAT THEY HAD CUSTOMERS WAITING..... I WAITED SO LONG TO COME HERE BECAUSE I HEARD THEY WERE VERY GOOD AND HAD THE BEST PIZZA. WELL IT WASN'T AND IT WAS A VERY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. RATED NO STARS IF IT WAS POSSIBLE. ALSO CASHIER ON THE GAS STATION/GENERAL STORE PART HAD A MAJOR ATTITUDE & WAS EXTREMELY RUDE. AND IM FROM MICHIGAN . SO A VERY LONG 6 HOUR DRIVE. FOR THAT NO THANKS NEVER AGAIN

Called 3xs before an answer at 930pm. Ordered a sub and pizza. Was told it would take a half hour and pick up only. Not a problem as we live Close. Half hour rolls by and I send my husband up to get it. To my surprise we only received a pizza. Tried calling back to ask them about error and called several times with no response. ... Talk about customer service.

No hellos... then it seemed a inconvenience to change out the mountain dew. Then after it's changed it just sprays out(don't get fountain drinks here) then she sat in the office for almost 2 minutes while I waited at the counter. Very poor customer service. I won't be going back to Casey's...

Food is okay.Cleanliness is average.Selection is average.Customer service... SUCKS.I called to put an order in for food, and was given attitude by the lady on the phone. If any other places would have been open, I would have cancelled my order at Casey's and went somewhere else. Rude.

Kitchen employee came in from smoke break went straight to kitchen without washing hands. Management was working register and said nothing about it just let him go. Would not eat anything from this casey's.

The last three times I was at casey the pizza wasn't completely done . When I picked up the slice and all of the toppings slid off. I had to put it in the oven to finish the cooking.

Why is there never a cream or vanilla filled donut? And seriously, what's up with all the sprinkles? Haven't you noticed that the donuts with the sprinkles are always the last to go? Nobody wants your sprinkles!
