Mike was the one that came out in pressure checked my tank I recently just bought and was very thorough and explained everything to me and was very polite and very professional. I would 100% recommend! I was with a competitor getting propane for four years and just the 30 minutes that Mike was here , The experience was way better!

Smelled gas this morning and called UPG. Brian showed up within a hour and tested tank and verified all was OK. At 10% full I was sure I would run out of gas before a delivery. This afternoon a truck showed up and got me to 73%. Thank you so much from the lady who answered my call, to the tank tester, and most of all my delivery truck guy that finished the job.

I found everyone at SVP to be very helpful & friendly! Safety inspection of lines & equipment conducted by Mike was especially thorough and explained excellently for a first-time propane user to easily understand.

Big shout out to Mike with Saline Valley Propane. He s always came out to service my tank or level it up within 24 hours of calling. Great service, fair pricing on refills. I highly recommend SVP and Mike.

We recently had Saline Valley Propane deliver a new tank to our residence & we re lucky enough to have Mike as our technician. He was on time, worked efficiently, helpfully, and courteous ! If we need help in the future, WE WILL REQUEST MIKE !!

Last year we ran out of propane, even though we are signed up for the "keep full" program. We tried calling, no return calls. I left a message on the Facebook page (which was deleted) but then we miraculously received a phone call and service the next day. We have not seen them since, that was in February of 2022. We have called for 3 days in a row to get our tank filled before the cold weather, and still no return call. We will be changing companies, this is absolutely ridiculous.
