Extremely pleased with the service and quality of work done by Arrow Body & Fender Service on my Scion xb. I have brought my car twice in September 2023 & February 2024 to Arrow & Blaine,Brandon, & their team have made my car look impeccable as if my car never had any damage. I recently had my 23 Blazer at the shop. I had minor accident and the shop was able to get me in right away for my estimate, and the repairs were reasonable. I had some issues with some parts that are still on order, and the shop went above an beyond to repair car for the most part and when the part comes in they will finish the repair and they were very honest and upfront which is rare theses days. This is my second time at this shop with the new owners and I am very pleased and would highly recommend as you get good quality work and they and to have a shop owner be honest and upfront makes all the difference.

If you are looking for a shop that looks out for their customers, Arrow is the best place! Blaine, the owner, worked with me to fix my car as quickly as possible and made the experience painless. Additionally, Brandon worked hard to make sure I left with everything in working order. Arrow is a trustworthy, attentive and dedicated shop that I would recommend!

These days it's hard to get a body shop appt--it can be two months!. I had body damage and called Arrow and Joe told me he was too busy on a Friday to do an estimate. I told him my headlamp was exposed and he took pity and said come in and he would at least take pictures and maybe tape up my headlight. Of course, he spent close to an hour doing an entire estimate and booked me a time just a few weeks later. They are plugged in with State Farm, so the whole estimate/payment process was seamless. The business manager (Joe's wife, I do believe) is very sharp and was great about setting me up with a rental car from the Enterprise a few blocks away. She handled all the financial stuff with State Farm smoothly. Arrow got my work done as soon as was reasonable as they had to wait for parts. The finished body work looks good to me. This is a business that will treat you right; I am grateful I happened to find them to do my work.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

This place is da bomb!! They did Fantastic body work on my red 2016 Mitsubishi Outlander. Other body shops couldn't even get me in until 2 months. Arrow took me that week and then finished in 2 days! Perfect work. Can't even tell where the accident happened. Highly recommend EVERYONE to come here.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

My fender liner was getting torn apart so I decided to purchase a replacement on my own and just have it installed here at this location. I called, received a quote, made an appointment, dropped off my car and got it back within an hour! Fast service and they're friendly. I will definitely come back here for any body/fender problems that I might have with my car :)

Had a very pleasant and informative experience while getting an estimate on my damaged vehicle. The most sincere shop I have ever been to. They offered honest fair pricing. They returned my vehicle with accuracy and care. Most definitely recommend this shop, they deserve the credit and respect.

Nothing poor about this place. The repairs to our Jetta were completed in a timely fashion, and Joe and the staff are very friendly and helpful. If I ever need any auto body work done in the future, I will not be looking elsewhere. The repair work and customer service were both excellent! I'd highly recommend this place to anyone in need of repair service. Thank you Arrow Body & Fender.
