Bought 2 brand new cars from this dealership in 2013. All was fine until my Santa Fe burned to the ground while driving down the expressway. We could have easily been killed. This was a low mileage vehicle served 100% on time by this dealership. Called them to discuss what happened & try to get an appointment with the owner. He s not available so I talked to the Steve the service manager who said it s not their problem because they don t manufacture the car. He cares but there s nothing he can do. Told me to call the manufacturer so I asked him to help me by providing a name and number of someone from Hyundai. He doesn t have one and there s nothing he can do for me. This says is all! Never buy from this dealership, they don t care.

Edwin and his team made buying our Santa Fe so easy! His sales approach was very low pressure and chill the entire time (I hate gimmicky sales tactics). Edwin was able to show us the different trim levels and let us drive one as walk-ins and without hounding us about making choice too quickly. When we expressed we wanted one of the cars but in a different color, Edwin and sales manager Nick were able to find it for us and get it delivered the next day!When we came in to for paperwork and to pickup the car, they made it easy by having all the paperwork completed ahead of time! We felt like we got a fair price and overall had a very relaxed experience.

TERRIBLE service department. My car has been there since FEBRUARY. We are nearing towards the middle of April and I still don t have my car. I keep getting the run around claiming Hyundai is the reason the service is going so slow but Wilkins service department is not doing their part. They take at least two days to submit the information Hyundai is asking for. I was told I ll get a call to get an update and I didn t receive that call, had to call the dealership myself to get an update. The service department manager Dewayne doesn t seem to help either. I spoke to him on Monday, it s Thursday and he doesn t seem to be involved in the issue. I would NEVER take another car back to this dealership, save your money and go somewhere else.

Brought my Tucson in after it had to be towed to another mechanic. Previous mechanic cleared the code, but provided us with a report stating what was wrong. Staff acknowledged my car had a history of the same issue. They gave me a loaner and after 5 days of having my car there, got a call saying they couldn't do anything, charged me $600, and sent me home telling me to take it back in after it breaks down again and tow it back. (My cost of course)

As a new car owner, the Wilkins Hyundai team sold me a truly exceptional Tucson SUV vehicle. This SUV had all the features, especially safety features, such as highway smart cruise control with lane and distance keeping, that I could ask for my personal and my family road trips. The sales representative Ken and overall Wilkins Hyundai team were always so trustworthy, prompt, and reliable when answering any of my questions before, during, and after my purchase over personal text communications, emails, and in-person interactions. My first car service inspection also went well with a full multi-point inspection and a much-needed car wash. I'm truly satisfied and would recommend Wilkin Hyundai to any local family who needs a new car purchase!

Left a review before on being sold a car. Taking it all back. Place is ridiculous: will sell you a car in perfect condition (which they lied to get you in the door anyway), first time you bring it in for an oil change and you somehow have 2500 worth of work. It s nothing but negative surprises, don t get stuck in my hell, go elsewhere

I want to extend a heartfelt "thank you" to Nick, the general sales manager at Wilkins. I encountered a problem with bluelink when I first purchased my car in May of 2021 and the issue was just resolved on December 15, 2023. Nick was actively present during the whole process, and he made sure that he did whatever he could to help get the issue resolved. I truly appreciate his commitment to my issue and his honesty to me regarding the issue. He provided above and beyond service to me and my mom, and I am very grateful for everything that he has done. In my opinion, Wilkins is truly blessed to have him as a part of their team.

I purchased my 3rd car yesterday at Wilkins Hyundai. The process was easy and enjoyable. Pricing was upfront and fair. I was treated with respect and everything was explained to me before signing the papers. My salesman, Sarge, wasn t pushy and actually encouraged me to look at other vehicles so I would be comfortable with my decision. I did look elsewhere and came right back to Wilkins! If you re in the market for a new or used car go to Wilkins. You won t regret it!

I have a 2017 Santa Fe which I had in the shop for some repairs. It was actually a few different repairs, and was going to be somewhat time consuming. Lee (service writer) was who I dealt with from the beginning to the end of the process. He is an absolute professional. Kept me informed the whole way. He did exactly what he said he was going to do, and exactly when he was going to do it. Wilkins took care of me from start to finish. The service, the notifications, the loaner vehicle, was a very very pleasant experience. Wilkins is a top-notch dealership, and Lee, thanks again.

I ve had the absolute worst service here. My first time going here and my dashboard lights are on, car riding irregular. I ve called the dealership numerous times and still haven t heard back. I went in for a simple oil change and tire repair. Now my check engine light is on and rear tire needs repair. Never again!

My experience with the team Frank and Sal was amazing! They made sure to run my credit and have everything ready in advance of me, my son and his 1 year old daughter coming in. This sped up the process! They were super personable and help distract my Granddaughter so, we could finalize the deal.I love my car and the team! If I could give zero stars I would. I just recently purchased a vehicle through Wilken Hyundai and I was just sold a lemon. I felt like a I was pressed into buying this car from Edwin. I stated days later that I was having problems with the car and I wanted something else. He told me to bring in to service and they we're going to fix it. I stated that I just wanted a different vehicle and I would return the Ecosport. he stated that I would lose my down payment (which it doesn't state that in contract). I reached out to the manager Nick told him all about how I was just through into a vehicle that I stated I did not ask for all the problems the car was given me( Shaking steering wheel, Electrical problems with Bluetooth and the clock, wind/air coming through driver side of door, smell gas fumes) He seemed apologetic told me to bring in to service this pass Saturday and he would have it looked at and ask for him. When I arrived they sent Edwin back out to see me and Nick (management) never showed face. They offered me another vehicle with more money down and double what I am paying for now. I am very livid with this company and staff. I wouldn't recommend my worse enemy to shop at this place.

***EDIT SINCE IT WON'T LET ME RESPOND TO OWNERS RESPONCE***If you would like I can gladly come back in and take you for another test drive if needed because when you guys seem to drive it you cannot recreate it properly but it is not a "tiny whisper of a noise" I have people staring at me as im driving and everyone I take in the car with me onto the highway say the noise is extremely concerning and almost unbearable until we turn the music up to at least 15 to drown out the extremely loud and constant chirping that I can only assume is a bearing. The part you are talking about being taken out has now been causing more issues than it has fixed and it did not fix anything in the first place now when it is around 30-45 degrees out the sound generator you guys installed under warranty is now vibrating causing more noise while downshifting or hard acceleration in the lower gears but at this point I don't care about that noise because that is a second issue and would prefer to try and get the first issue fixed because the second issue only happens with certain outside temps. With the loaner cars we have asked every time we have came in for a loaner and out of the many many times I have been there I have only ever received 1 loaner even though at some points my vehicle was sitting at the dealership for multiple weeks doing literally nothing but rotting in a outside lot in the rain. SO if you would please like to properly fix this please give me a number to call and personally talk about this.ORIGINAL REVIEWUnable to diagnose issue after over a year and a half of coming back again and again having to point them to where I think the noise from my vehicle is coming from for them to even look at the vehicle and once the vehicle is looked at they just throw parts at it at first trying to make me pay for it even though the part should be covered under warranty which then I have to ask why the part was not marked under warranty. I have had a squeaking noise coming from the front end of my vehicle for a very long time the first few times when I brought my vehicle in they could not recreate the issue so I had to setup a time to take a test drive with the technician to show them what the issue is and every time I was able to recreate the issue within 30-45 mins. After tech hearing my issue finally he looks at the turbo and sees internal wear on one of the fins of the turbo and replaces my turbo under warranty. Get the car back hoping its fixed take it for a short 15-20 min and issue did not occur next day taking the car to work on a farther drive the issue started right up because of higher speeds. Brought the vehicle back and gave the manager a test drive to hear the issue and says that is could be some line on the turbo manager says he will notify the tech and tech still was not able to find the issue, fast forward a few months with me dealing with the issue on my vehicle even though it sounds like nails on a chalkboard to me because I feel like I am damaging my vehicle just trying to get up to cruising speed or sit at a cruising speed. I take the vehicle back after reading forums and thinking it could possibly be a bearing of sorts I pop my hood and find a slight chip in my belt tensioner so I bring the car in and they replace the tensioner to still have the issue happening 30 mins down the road same day of tensioner being replaced.I bought this car because the extended warranty of 20 years / 200,000 miles but at this point I am contemplating selling the car even though I really enjoyed the car when it was running properly. I don't want to drive my car like this and hope another dealership will have better techs that can properly diagnose my issue.

We've been taking our then leased (now owned) Elantra to Wilkins ever since we moved from FL to IL and always had top notch customer service, so we felt pretty comfortable with coming in to shop for a pre-owned car to be our second vehicle.We saw the car online (a 2017 Santa Fe Sport that looked amazing in the photos) for a very fair price, which was the first car we saw that wasn't being listed for $3k+ what was fair according to KBB.Our salesman was Gabe and he was absolutely wonderful to work with! I never thought I would ever say that I would recommend a car salesperson to anyone, but Gabe totally changed that.He worked with us to get the monthly payments down to what we could afford and made sure he explained anything and everything we asked about (including giving us tips on how to get less credit score impact when shopping for a car).We're so happy with our purchase and our experience at Wilkins, and will definitely be coming back when we are back in the market for a new vehicle.Thanks Gabe (give the man a raise )

I sent my son for scheduled service oil change and was charged double. Receipt stated vehicle received complimentary car wash, but car was never washed. Talked to service director about issues and he was very rude. He told me "don't come here then"I bought vehicle here (Wilkins Hyundai), nothing but headaches from this business. These people are not, Honest please beware and Stay away! I cant give them "0" stars so I gave them one.

Dishonest pre-owned vehicle reporting. The pre-sale inspection sheet stated nothing was wrong with the vehicle. But upon my 60,000 mile maintenance they found many immediate issues: timing chain, front strut bearings, both wheel bearings, front and rear sway bar bushings, both front control arm bushings, and tire pressure sensors. I did contact the dealer, but the used car dept was reluctant to address my concerns and issues.The only good part about my visit was the sales rep and the finance manager were very nice and helpful.

Great service! I just bought my car the other day from Sarge. Great sales guy. He's very knowledgeable about the cars and you can tell he loves his job and takes his time. So happy with my purchase on my Santa Fe. Great team that works there. Everyone was so nice and helpful with me!
