I recently had a few things done on my car at West Automotive. It's hard to find knowledgeable and honest mechanics. Chuck and his crew are fantastic! Small shop but very good. Have been going there for at least 20 to 25 years. Very reliable trustworthy service. I love the fact that the servicemen have also been there 25 years, meaning it must be a really good place to work. I would trust them with anything regarding my car, they go above and beyond

After dealing with an engine light problem and short on time to pass emissions test. I decided to stop by after trying everything else. They fixed the problem in less than five hours and I couldn't be happier. My car is 20 years old in great condition and I want to get every last mile out of her!! Great customer service Chuck was kind enough to drive me home and pick me up. I highly recommend their services and I will be back to upkeep my "Roxanne" Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I found this place on Google. I took my 08 Cadillac STS here after speaking to Chuck on the phone. I could tell he was very knowledgeable about my car so I had it towed from a different mechanic shop that I didn t feel comfortable with and I m so happy I did. West is a very nice looking facility and Chuck was very helpful in helping me do what was right for my car. I am a new customer to this place and my family will be using his shop from now on. Chuck is great. Replaced rear breaks in one day. Price was more than fair. Was given a courtesy ride to and from home. They are honest and do good work. Will use them again. So happy I have found a fair priced honest repair shop.Thanks!Service: BrakesService: Brakes

Brought in an 08 Nissan Altima that was leaking oil found out there was a lot wrong, but Chuck took care of the issues. The leak is gone, and the vehicle runs better than before.

Value is the best quality for the best price, and among mechanics, Chuck's the real MVP!I brought my Saab in for a check engine light and some structural wear and it turned into an easter egg hunt to find the root of the problem. Given that I had a defunct foreign car, I knew it'd be a difficult and expensive repair. Yet Chuck tore through it and the bill was still under my expected budget!The real cherry on top was the experience of the car driving better and better in the months since. It was probably just settling into the new parts, but it's nice feeling the car grow more responsive without any additional effort.Awesome job, Chuck. Chuck was easy to work with and schedule a routine service and a few small repairs. He even reset the maintenance warning in my wife's Lexus which I fully expected a non-Lexus dealership mechanic to miss. Completely reasonable and transparent pricing. No attempted upsells of marginally valuable additional services. I'm really not sure how much more you could ask of a small local shop. He's flexible, does what he says he'll do, and makes sure there's no surprises.If you are local, you'd be crazy not to at least give a Chuck a call.

Had a trailer light harness issue within hours of trying to leave town on a 1000 mile road trip. Stopped here to ask for a suggestion on how to fix it and they took time out of their day to test several connections and ultimately replace a blown fuse. Thank you Chuck and Randall for helping me get back home safely!

I brought my car here for a second opinion a few weeks ago regarding the air conditioner not working. Chuck and his team were able to fix it for a small fraction of the price. I am really pleased with their work and highly recommend.

Refused to replace the front rotors and pads on a 21 Camry with customer dealer provided parts.I guess they're used to upcharging on parts without the customer's knowledge.

My driver side windshield wiper decided to go haywire and stop working on my way to work one morning. I pulled over googled nearby automotive repair places and found nothing but good things about west automotive. I pulled in and explained my situation. Chuck gladly came out took a look, and 5 minutes later (at most) problem was fixed. I asked him what I owed, and he didn't even want to take anything! Thank you again! They definitely gained my future automotive business and I will highly recommend them to anyone I know!

I would definitely go back as they were friendly and saved me over $850 from what sears told me was wrong. Found out from them all it was is a loose bolt and that's all

Im sure west auto saved my life no other auto place told me my engine could fall out on street due to rust best place to take your car to they have me for life
