Everyone here was extremely nice to us when I got a flat tire. We were treated respectfully and got a new tire in a little over an hour for a great price. I'm extremely grateful for this place because so kind to us in a difficult situation.

Jeison was and continues to be excellent to work with, from the initial phone call to completion of services. I have now brought my wheels and my car to them for wheel checks, mounting & balancing of tires, and an alignment with fantastic results. There's no doubt in my mind that I will continue to bring my cars here for work that I can't do myself.

They haven't failed me yet. the attendant is easy to talk to and they will find you a tire at almost all price point.

Jason the guys over there at tire tracks did a great job. This is the third time I've been over there. Communication is great pricing is okay nobody likes to spend money lol. I recommend them they do a great job

This was the third time I took one of my cars to Tire Tracks. Jaison did not disappoint and was straight forward on what needs to be done now and what we can delay doing to save money. Great service and fair prices.

Jason was phenomenal. Tire Tracks was recommended by my boss. That is where we bring all our company vehicles. Now I understand why. Customer satisfaction was only out done by the quality of service. My comfort level is high and I have found a new service provider for my vehicles

I do all my own work on my cars except for alignments which I always bring to Tire Tracks. They always get me in and out same day, are very communicative if they run into issues and always have the car right at the alignment specs I ask for.I sent my coworker here and he had a great experience as well.2022 UpdateA few more alignments (put new suspension on both cars) and tire changes later, service is still great.

I have used this location for over 10 years and they have always been honest and fair in all the services they offer. As a single mom I need to have a reliable car and that means finding a trustworthy and reliable place that understands and can prioritize customers needs and concerns. They have always been able to help get my car quickly but safely repaired or offer an alternative solution that worked best for me. They have always been accurate with diagnosing and estimating repair costs and timing. Also, the amount of stress that usually occurs when you have car related concerns is greatly reduced by the high level of integrity and customer service. I highly recommend them for all services they offer.

Tire rack is a fabulous service provider. I was dealing with Jaison, he is really nice and knowledgeable. He explained exactly what I wanted to know. He did a fantastic job and I really appreciate him and tire rack in Elmhurst. I strongly recommend this place.

Let me just say I found my new auto shop/mechanic shop. I found this place online because I needed a place for an alignment. The reviews were great and let me say they were true. Specifically Jason, he was very helpful, super knowledgeable and most importantly very honest. He went above and beyond to make sure my service went smoothly and efficiently. I will definitely bring my car back.

I have been taking my car here for about a year now. Every time I do they ve done an excellent job. I took it in this week to get my front brakes done and so far so good. Jason is very helpful every time I go there and he explains everything well in detail. I love that this place is honest.

Jeison did a great job of getting me in for an alignment on short notice. His team found an additional issue that I was not aware of and took care of it for a very fair price. The work was done correctly, in a timely manor and for a fair price. What more could you ask for?

Very friendly, knowledgeable and trustworthy staff. Great prices. Found our new go-to guys for our vehicle maintenance.Update 01/2021: Love taking my car here to get work done. The guys go above and beyond to make sure I m a happy customer. They always work to get me the best price and never suggest things I don t need. I never go anywhere else.

The crew at Tire Tracks is Top Notch. They are honest and tell you the truth. I have been going there for years! They never disappoint. I have saved thousands with all of our cars, compared to a dealership.Ask for Jason, he will listen to you and advise you which is the best way to proceed.Thanks again Guys, Keep up the Good Work!

I had to get my car to a mechanic for a desperate oil change and I also heard some noise so I had them check. It was the front breaks I asked him if he can fix that as well they called me shortly after the car was done and the price was really reasonable I was shocked I thought it would be at least 100 dollars more. My daughter and I have been taking all of our cars their for years most honest and reliable mechanic very very friendly staff could not say enough good things about tire tracks good management awesome place to take your vehicle and Know you will not be taken advantage of they are awesome

They did a great job at replacing my nailed rear tire and rotating the two new ones to the front, also the techs worked around my schedule. I was at work during their hours of operation and still they made it very easy to drop off! Thank you so much!

I was referred to Tire Tracks by a coworker. I decided to give them a call for a master cylinder on my Honda Accord. The owner Jason took his time to explain everything that may need to be done. I ask him to call me and let me know before he started to do the work. Jason did just that! He didn t try any tricks that some mechanics pull when you don t have the knowledge about what you need. Jason gave it to me straight along with his recommendation. I followed through and I am very satisfied with Tire Tracks work! He even gave me an estimate on something that I was not even a wear of!! I will definitely go back and do business with Jason!!! If you want good honest service go with Tire Tracks in Elmhurst!! Thanks Jason!!

I deal with tire tracks on a regular basis due to work, and i must say they go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. I also service my personal vehicle with them and being a mechanic by trade, i have peace of mind and confidence when sending my vehicle to Tire tracks! Keep up the great service!

I normally am not one for reviews, but I felt compelled to write one because of the wonderful experience I had here. They were very transparent and friendly, but also went the extra mile to resolve a few more issues that Midas originally screwed up free of charge. Needless to say, I ll be coming back for any car maintenance I need. Thank you for a great experience!

Brought my car here after given an estimation for more than 3k to fix my car at the Lexus dealership. Tire Tracks did a great job for less than 200 dollars. This is honest business. My only concern is that the hands of the tech was probably covered with grease and oil. After I got my car back I found lots of dirty, greasy stains on the leather interior. I had to use leather cleaner afterwards.

Would have my grandmother bring her car here if she lived nearby. They do not push you into unnecessary 'repairs' and Jason recommends more cost friendly alternatives.Update 8.26.20 - My previous review still holds true. These guys are the best. This time for a new set of tires, lower price than Costco and included alignment and future rotations included for life of tires. Could have gone right down the street from my house .2 miles, but I chose to brave 32 miles on a spare/donut to visit Jason at Tire Tracks. Worth the effort.

Tire Tracks will be my new go-to for my car. I thought they just did tires, but they do oil changes, brakes etc. if you call or go in, you ll probably talk to Jeison-he is amazing and so knowledgeable. I truly hope he s making top dollar for all he manages and knows. He s also cool because he ll know you by name and follow up in a timely manner.The work they did on my tires was great! They were able to get me in that same week even having to order my tires. Jeison explained everything they did in a manner I understood and the price was waaaaaay better than what I was quoted at a different shop. I will definitely use Tire Tracks from now on!
