No question 5 stars review from what I observed hanging out in the waiting room on a super busy Sunday in arctic temps.Watched Tony at the front desk, handle constant calls with excellent service, and graciously take care of a few easy jobs free of charge, even though they were super busy.Right at closing time, Tony agreed to stay late to take in an out of town guy who was stranded - and gave me a discount to account for waiting.I stood at the service window awhile and saw the shop workers signing off and double checking each others work while they put my tires on.Seems to be a very well run shop with good customer service. I ll keep going back.

Most of the experience was fine. However, after changing the tires, I saw one of the workers drive the car unreasonably fast into a parking spot. He had to back up the car a foot afterwards (meaning he scraped up the bottom of my car from going over the curb). The bottom of my car is made of hard plastic so there wasn't much damage. However, seeing a worker carelessly handle your car at a tire place, thinking that no one is watching, leaves a bad taste in your mouth and does not foster trust in the company. Should have gone to a Discount Tires.

I always have a great experience here, they are quick and honest about whatever work my car needs done. Nicole helped me find the tires that worked best for me and answered any questions I had. I will absolutely be purchasing tires from here again!

I m so glad I found Nicole! She used to work at the just tires in Plainfield, and I was incredibly disappointed to not see her there anymore. By chance I happened to find her in Elmhurst. I m in really good hands when Nicole is there, and she always has my best interest in mind. I m so thankful that she explains everything so well! I m always happy to visit!

Love this location, set up an appointment for Saturday and the car was done by the time me and the family was done having breakfast, Amazing!! Nicole here is Amazing, the greatest customer service I've had. She so easy to talk to, you could tell she really loves her job. Thank you Nicole.

Needed to get some break work done and of course with Christmas being around the corner the price was nothing I wanted to pay, but Nicole was absolutely sweet. She really helped me out and broke everything down and even though the wait was long I appreciate the thorough work done on my little old car. She deserves a raise.

Just Tires in Elmhurst is the only one I trust with our vehicles. I needed tires and called immediately for an appointment. Nicole was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and honest about which tires were best for my vehicle. I highly recommend this particular Just Tires Nicole is very welcoming and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

Horrible customer service!!!Usually, I go to the Franklin Park location but decided to try out this location.Worst decision I made. The lady at the front counter is very rude to customers. When I was picking up my car, she kept answering the phone and telling me to wait.This was frustrating because I had to send out the mail-in rebate, and I had questions about it since the people in Frankling Park helped me with this all the time.I am disappointed because i spent over $1,000 on 4 new tires and couldn't get good customer service.Next time I will go to the Franklin Park location

Had to share vibes to the review/google community for this crew. I came in the weekend of Jan 13th/14th 24 (where it was below zero in Chicago/Elmhurst area) and had an emergency as well as at least 10-12 others at 4 pm on Sunday this crew, the crew on staff during that time stayed almost 85 minutes after closing to help the customers, truly an experience you don t often see so had to say something. Each interaction I witnessed, it was about the customer, having a solution, communicating their thoughts (Just Tires staff to the customer) and just giving each person an overall good experience.*I had two tires replaced so standard work but the assessed my needs concurrent to many folks walking in for smaller tasks as well as a wild tire blown on 290 story Either way 5 stars without hesitation and I hope this helps gets some business sent their way.

I had three year wheel alignment package I sold the car and bought a new one but they without charging me any money and gave me a wheel alignment. Service was very quick and professional staff thank you!

I was so worried that my tires were going to expire soon so I went in to get my all my tired replaced and thankfully if I hadn t gone to get my tires done then there was no chance that I was driving in the snow. I got a great deal with some all season tires and the service was phenomenal. Great people work here and I m definitely coming again if I need a tire or brake replacement.

Great place , great service and good prices!!!I had a flat tire and and I was close to this place and when I get there the manager Alex who took care me .. walk me over my car and showed me my tires were no good anymore and when I saw my tires I realized how dangerous it could be driving with those tires like that ., I was putting in danger to my family and my self !!!!! At the end Alex recommended me to replace 2 front tires and alignment for a good price!!!!! Honestly on this time that we are living . I thought Alex was gonna sell me 4 tires !!!! But he was really honest telling me that I only need 2 front tires !!!!!! Another person or company would sold me all 4 tires , especially on this season, because they only looking for bonus and commission!!!! Thank you Alex and your team as well !!!!!!!

Made an appointment at 3 and 1 hour later my car is still not in the shop. Why offer appointments then? Front receptionist has a weird attitude as well and makes the entire experience awkward. I do not recommend this spot.

I spent over $1200 on 4 new tires, an alignment, & balancing. The tires were supposed to be covered by a warranty, but when I went back in less than 2 years later with a flat, they wanted to charge me over $400 to replace 1 tire instead of honoring the warranty & repair / replace the tire under the warranty. I will never go back to this shop. Horrible customer service & they don't care about anything but money even at the expense of loosing a customer. The whole situation was shady, first they called & said the tire couldn't be repaired, would cost nearly $450 to replace. Then, 15 minutes later calls back & said they can replace it for $315. Then, after another 29 minutes, called a 3rd time to say the manager approved replacing the tire for $275. Buyer(s) BE AWARE, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE & ABSOLUTELY ZERO HONESTY / INTEGRITY!

Needed set of 4 tires quickly. Checked the Just Tires website. Very informative and user friendly. Then, called the Elmhurst shop. Manager Aries Zermeno booked me same day. He did not have in stock the Goodyear tires I wanted, but he was willing to sell better Goodyear tires for same price. Crew expertly installed and realigned while I used the comfortable waiting area.

I love this place...I had a flat tire on the side of the road its late almost 7 I called the closest shop knowing they are about close and Jose answers and tells me to bring right in that they will help me out..I ended up buying 2 tires and got on my way. Thank you guys!! Definitely recommend this place!

Great experience. Went in because a tire was leaking air. They identified the problem (a bent wheel), sealed the leak, and gave me a referral to a wheel repair shop.

Friendly, but young staff, even front desk and manager pretty young. I needed one tire mounted on a rim. 165.37$ for the cheaper version of tire keep in mind they didn't even have to put it on the car.. Just on the rim. I asked if I'm paying that much can I bring my car back for them to mount.He quickly declined which I thought was odd. I asked him to politely to be as quick as possible stating I had my 4 yr old and two lovely ladies

I would definitely recommend this Just Tires location for a few reasons. They have a great selection for tires and they back there work to the fullest. Nicole was amazing in helping me with an issue after an oil change were my oil drain plug had stripped and was leaking. Granted, after many oil changes, you can never tell when or how it may have happened, but seeing as the last oil change was done by them, they found a great solution and corrected the problem, no questions asked and...NO CHARGE! In a day and age of a lot of bad customer service in the industry, Nicole and the whole staff definitely hold themselves up to a higher standard. Great job to you all and see you for my next service!!

Disappointed! I setup an appointment online for new tires on my truck two days in advance picked the tires I wanted on the Just Tires website & got an email reminder from Just Tires the next day (reminding me of my 2pm appointment to install new tires). I dropped my truck off for my installation and the clerk told me it will take about 2 hours to install the tires. One and a half hours later, I got a call from a woman from Just Tires saying, Your tires aren t in stock you booked your appointment online. Can you comeback tomorrow sometime? I guess it was my fault for not knowing employees don t look at the Just Tires/Goodyear online appointments? Just Tires definitely lost my business.

I had a flat tire this morning. I took it there on my way to work. They had me in and out in the half an hour. I was so impressed with the quality of care and quickness. Thank you so much just tires I highly recommend you.

Went here for my first time because of the good reviews they have and I'm glad I did because it was worth it. Nicole was extremely helpful and respectful and knowledgeable about the services that they provide and they took care of me right. They did the work and did it right. Both Nicole and Henry are awesome including the rest of the team. Definitely would recommend coming here.
