The service was great! They had me in & out in no time at all. They told me about a few services they have that my car could really use, but $$ was tight so I said no & they didn't push me or making me feel like idiot for not getting them done. I will DEFINITELY be going back!

This was my first time getting and oil change at JiffyLube. The welcoming was great and acknowledgment was great. The young lady asked me said how can she help me. I stated that I just need an oil change. And she ok, it s just going to be just a few minutes.The young lady walked back to my truck and she said that she will drive my truck and I can wait in the lobby and I said ok awesome.1.) While I was waiting I realized they didn t ask me what kind of oil I wanted for my oil change on my truck. And when I looked over into I see the guy under my truck letting out the oil from my truck. So I m waiting for about 12 minutes for someone come over and ask what type of oilI would like changed in my truck. But, no one came over. I walked back over into the garage area and asked the young lady. Do you guys usually ask what type of oil change that I wanted before they start working and my truck? And the young lady said no. They will check my truck first and then they will come to me and I said ok that s very different than what I m accustomed to. Most places ask that question first before they start working on your vehicle. But I said ok, no problem.2.) A young man came out to me asked if I could come into the garage with him and I said sure. The young man asked me some questionsa.) Would I like to purchase a new air filter? I said no, I can it from Walmart.b.) He asked if I would like my Anti-Freeze topped off because he sees that it s low? I said yes and I asked how much would it cost. The young man said $4. I laughed and said for real, the oil change places I have ever been to has never charged me top off my Anti-Freeze in any of my vehicles. But no thank you. At the same time I m thinking maybe this is a franchise JiffyLube?c.) Then the young man asked if I would like to have my center brake lights replaced because he noticed they were blown out. I said sure and I asked him how will it cost? He he said $16. I ok cool. The young man goes to change the bulb and he comes back to me and informs me all 3 bulbs are blown out and I like for him to changed them? I asked him how much will it cost. The young man said $16. And I ask is that $16 for each bulb. The young man said yes. I laughed and I said no thank you I will change myself.3.) This same day I went to a place and found the same bulbs for a little over $6. (Smile)But all and all it was a great transactional service. And I m not mad, because at my age I understand that s hiw things are in life. I feel if we want better, we just have to use our resources, make adjustments and do better and smile and keep it moving. I know it s not personal, it s just their business model.All and they did a great job!!!

Came in with my car that needed to be jumped due to low battery during below zero temps and I went to the Jiffy Lube on North and 83 for the first time and told them I needed a new battery. They told me they should have my battery in stock and if not the warehouse is only like 10 to 15 min away to get if needed. Either way they were willing to help me and were very nice doing so on a cold day. Thank you for the quick service guys!

A couple years ago, I had the good fortune of my car breaking down right before closing by near the office. The team came over and helped me push my car into their lot and allowed me to keep it there overnight until I could get a tow.I went for oil changes a few times before I moved out of the area. Great team. Great service. And I still appreciate their good will toward me.

The oil techs were very informative, friendly explained things so I could understand. Oil change was very quick. One of my fog lights was not working they asked me to replace it. I said yes. But when they went to replace it, it turned on so at time of check out they told me it was ok and didn't need to be replaced. They have completely earned my trust. They could have replaced it and I would never have known it was ok. I will bring both of my vehicles there for all my car needs.

It was great experience. We need to change oil in our Honda Odyssey. My son went to this location and they changed the oil in our Honda. Also they exepted $10 coupon, which was good because it help us to save a little bit on everyday purchases. Thank you Jiffy Lube. We will be back to the same location.

Joshua, Diana and (Emma) (hope I remembered). were great. Excellent people skills, I had a few questions, they answered everything and were very thorough and friendly. I noticed Joshua was very good with one of the kids that was there w mom and made him laugh. I highly recommend this jiffy live. They did my black Yukon XL .

Great location to get your car serviced. I ve taken my vehicle there for quite sometime and there has been some turnover on staff but the quality and consistency has remained. That speaks to well established processes to maintain quality in an ever changing workforce.

Best Jiffy Lube location that I have ever visited. More than thorough...over and above all the usual servies, they vacuumed my car, replaced a rusty screw on my kickplate, reviewed the car history based on work done at the dealership.I will always have my car serviced here and have told numerous friends who live in the western suburbs.Thank you for a great experience.

Jiffy Lube at this location is the worst ever I will recommend to no one ever to go there as a matter of fact I'll warn people not to go there Jiffy Lube has been such a piss poor company in my experience I will never use their business again. I came there for an oil change the man acted like I was an intrusion for being an early customer! Then I wanted the fluids checked because I was on the road and after I left my car overheated because my radiator was completely empty not that that was his fault but I went there for them to check that and I overheated and had to call the roadside assistance as far as I'm concerned Jiffy Lube owes me money not a good review in which I was encouraged more than once to give a review to help their business you know, "as if" I give a shout out to the irresponsible people that they hire that they should be working at Walmart, God bless you all I don't think your company is going to make it very long

I went there on a Sunday to get my oil changed. After an inordinate amount of time, they told me I was done; however, they couldn't figure out how to get the "Oil Pressure" light to go off. Their solution? "You're gonna need to take it to the dealership," but assured me there was enough oil. (Never did I see a puddle, so that was reassuring.) I figured it was fine, just something that needed to be reset. But by Wednesday, my husband took it back for me. I have no idea why they didn't drain it out the bottom, but they pumped it out of the top and it was BLACK - was my oil not even changed on Sunday? One of the technicians left and came back with a bag from the auto parts store because they "don't carry my oil filter". The weekday shift seemed far more competent than the weekend; however, I did get the feeling they were covering something up. But they did make it right. There was no charge for anything on Wednesday.

I had gone to another Jiffy Lube place in Waukegan, but they were close; so I went by this store and they were still open! When I got there, I was immediately very courteously greeted; my car was serviced right away. And I was out of there promptly, and had plenty of time to ran my errands. I will definitely comeback to service my car, every 3,000miles.

This is my favorite car wash I love the facility the staff are very polite and the car wash specials and memberships are Great and the prices are affordableAnd they offer free vacuum. Keep up the good work.

Been going to Jiffy Lube over (25yrs).Usually stick to my reg location, on this day happened to be in that area & was overdue on oil change.Josh welcomed me & when I got inside noticed how clean the waiting area was.Only there a few mins before Josh talked to me about my car.Dude was knowledgeable & had a good sense of humor which was appreciated so early in the morning(im not a morning person).Overall experience was great ! So much so I may make this my regular JL.

Over priced.!!! $93 for a 4.4 qt oil change is well over priced. Even the Jeep dealership is only $65 for a synthetic oil change and filter on my Gladiator. Definitely taking advantage of people.

Went in for a quick oil change during my work day thinking I would be in and out there weren t many cars or people so I thought it would be a quick service I get oils changed every 2 to 3 weeks and sometimes I m out in 15min I was stuck asking them to please release my car after 1hr the total service time was almost 2hrs for a simple oil change I will never go back to this location ever horrible time and service
