I had a very good experience purchasing my 2022 Can-Am riker sport 900 Ace any small issues I had the dealership resolved they are also very punctual and responded very quickly to all of my calls and emails definitely would buy another motorcycle or Can am from this dealership. Michael kay was very good to work with the dealership was also very good about adding parts that I desired on to the vehicle before shipping it to Arkansas free of charge for the shipping and the parts that they added wasn't too expensive. In I started modifying the bike right away turned it into a whole new machine!

He knew what I was looking for out of the bikes I was looking at and it led me to a picking a color that I originally did not like on the website but in person is amazing. Everything was straight and to the point and it was a great experience and purchase.

I called iMotorSports and spoke to Mike Kay on the phone about an Indian Scout Sixty. Mike answered all my questions, and we proceeded to have a nice chat about riding and motorcycles in general. I was a little nervous about buying a motorcycle completely sight unseen, and out of state, but again Mike was able to put my mind at ease. After some research on the company, and reading the reviews, I decided to give them a shot. iMotorSports, Mike, and Matt (in finance), really made the whole transaction easy and seamless. Within 48 hours of finishing the paperwork, I had my bike being unloaded at my house. I will definitely be calling Mike again when it's time to buy another motorcycle! (That's my son posing on the Scout wishing it was for him, lol)

would definitely deal with again. Started my deal with Paul and day I went to pick up 4 wheeler he had to leave for family emergency, so finished deal with Mike. They were both great to deal with. Definitely worth the 3.5 hour drive each way to Elmhurst

Disgusting attitude from the manager , He is rude and unprofessional , I was at Nielsen Enterprises dealer and they price the jest ski I wanted to buy at $15,000 I called those guys and ask why the price is $16,699 of same model and they told me that they can price match but I need to come to they location that is why I came there and showed them the dealer Nielsen Enterprises 30 min away price this jest ski $1,699 lower, so mike the sale person told me to show them bill of sale, he probably don't know that bill of sale provided after the sale but his personal attitude was fine.We enter same model at google and one of the dealer show same price as Nielsen Enterprises was selling $1699 less and we ask them to send us the quote and they did after I show it to the manager he told me to go to Florida to buy there.Definitely not the place you want to buy from. Super rude and unprofessional , after reading they miserable comment about me as buyer I added more details for clear picture.I will recommend to go to other local dealer like Nielsen Enterprises that offer cheaper prices and much better experience.

It was a pleasure working with Johnny K. He made the process easy to understand and went above and beyond to answer any questions I had, and when it came to shipping the bike, I was told that it would take 3 weeks but after talking to Johnny to my surprise I received it that same day needless to say I am so excited and I couldn't say enough about Johnny and his efforts to make you comfortable. If you looking for a bike ask for Johnny you won't be disappointed

I purchased a 2023 Indian Roadmaster limited from them. The staff and the space is amazing. I worked with Martin during my multiple visits to check what motorcycle I was interested in and which one I decided to go with. He was very helpful and not "pushy" when it came to deciding between several motorcycles. He has since made sure that I am happy with my purchase and I am very happy. The whole staff is very friendly and very knowledgeable about the inventory they have. I will return, but it might be a few years before I am there to buy another motorcycle.

iMotosports to me is the best place to buy yourCan-Am motorbikes and other related stuffs, because from the salesmen Eric Waxman, Mike Kay to the financing department are the best I have ever dealt with when it comes to purchasing a vehicle at any dealership. They are so professional and knowledgeable and they know how to make their customers feel happy. They talk to you with respect. I hate visiting dealerships as they always find ways to frustrate you by delaying and wasting your time just for you to get tired so you will easily commit yourself to things that you might not even need. This dealership makes sure you come in and the minutes you are out with your ride. They re the best in the business.

I worked with Johnny at iMotorsports in Elmhurst to purchase a bike remotely from Georgia. After talking details and getting my deposit, driver's license, and financial info, the dealership wanted me to send pictures of my credit card via text message or email to them (apparently a dealership policy).Needless to say, I wasn't going to be sending pictures of my card to somebody's cellphone or an unverified email - so I asked Johnny's manager, Jason, for an alternative. He said there was no alternative and that if I wasn't comfortable doing it, then he would start up the refund for my deposit.So we cancelled the sale and I'm awaiting my refund. There is no reason for them to have pictures of my credit card on file - it's not secure, doesn't provide any assurance regarding my identity, and only provides an avenue for my information to be stolen when they inevitably get hacked. There are plenty of alternatives, but it looks like they'd rather lose a customer.Unprofessional at best and Shady at worst.EDIT: After reading the response from the dealership, it's clear that they have no idea what a spoofed email is and how cyber security works. You may have issues with fraudulent deals at your firm - which is understandable and unfortunate - but the policies put in place by management don't serve the goal of verifying identity. Someone who stole your wallet could easily produce the credit card, driver's license, and other necessary information. And those who are sophisticated enough to pull off organized identity theft through the web would also know that producing a picture of a card you don't have would also be trivial.Your policies are made by someone who doesn't understand what they're doing.Cyber security hacks should be treated as inevitable. And your company would give any would-be attacked everything they'd need to steal the identity of everyone who follows your policy - which is the exact thing you say you're avoiding.Sure, you lost me as a customer because you think me providing my license, cc info, and a deposit is 'Shady', but that's obvious. Your dealership has others who share my concerns and there's a reason that your reviews both here, with the BBB, and even from your own employees on Indeed say that you suck - because your policies are stupid, your management sucks, and you refuse to reflect on either.

wrote Imotorsports to ask about extra fees on the used bike i was looking at, wasn't quite ready to buy. Mike Kay was helpful over email, text and the phone. went ahead and used their financing and they offered free shipping as I live in Wyoming. Mike made sure to keep me updated on each step and even after when i would check in to see that the bike had shipped. this was the easiest purchase I have ever had for a vehicle. it takes a little patience when getting it shipped but its still winter here so time is all i got. Excellent experience with this dealership. To preface - I've had some not-so-stellar experiences over the past few years buying motorcycles, but this has been a great one. My initial reach out to Jessika was back in December looking at a Chief Darkhorse. We are right at the end of March and I finally locked in, so the patience I observed is certainly appreciated. Jessika was always very responsive, thorough, and didn't hesitate to get me what I needed to make a determination on what I wanted to do. I can honestly say I went with this deal mainly because of how sales was handled and executed; the buying process itself is a large part of what makes the experience memorable. In addition to everything I've mentioned - Thomas was also extremely easy to deal with in getting the finance portion of things settled; this is normally where most of the headaches come in (if you do run into them). Thomas is absolutely centered on providing the services that best fit each individual customers needs and it shows.I also had some questions for the parts department and they were very quick to answer and assist with any questions I had. This is pretty rare for most dealerships, particularly if you haven't purchased anything from them yet.The people I've mentioned here will go above and beyond for you because they're passionate about what they do. This is how any large purchase should feel and I'm thankful iMotorsports could be the one to provide that to me. Highly recommended and would absolutely buy from this dealership again.Thank you!

Very well done Bill and Jay at imotorsportsinc in Florida. I purchased an excellent Triumph T-Bird Commander - the OTD price was $7,250 which meant the shipping was included. The shipping took about 2 weeks (Florida to Iowa) but it arrived fully gassed in an enclosed trailer well spaced amongst three other bikes. Now I reached back out to Bill for a full summary of the services and inspections that were done - I am confident he will get me that information quickly. One minor dent in the integrated steering lock which I wasn't able to or overlooked in the display pics. Very minor nearly insignificant complaint.

I worked with Johnny Kontogiannis in sales and he was awesome from the start of the process all the way until my bike was delivered. He was able to find me the bike I wanted in the color I wanted, because everything else I saw on the website had already been sold. Be sure to ask about the military/first responder credit! Johnny was able to work that into the deal, and I ended up getting a headlight upgrade for free! I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a motorcycle to go through iMotorsports and ask for Johnny!

I've bought two brand new Indian motorcycles from here in as many years. Both times I had Eric as my salesman. Eric is friendly, helpful, honest, and a good guy to work with. He also goes out of his way to help Veterans and First Responders which is amazing. Thomas in finance is also fantastic and a really friendly guy. Also retired Firefighter and Navy veteran Greg is a wonderful asset and makes the customers feel right at home.My only criticism is if you need maintenance performed, be prepared to schedule an appointment 3 weeks out. I'm hoping they hire more mechanics soon to shorten this.
