Great Toyota service repair shop and dealer! The waiting area is legit with coffee, plenty of tables and a tv viewing area.

Fair pricing on the work performed compared to other Toyota dealers and private shops and appreciateed the no pressure service advisor. The service department was very busy but that was a good sign that others trust them and practice makes perfect with mechanical work! Will be back for other preventative maintenance needs.

Amazing dealership bought a Toyota few weeks ago. Tom one of the best service man there. Steve best manager suggests to do all deals thru him.I really appreciate their business and would come again to buy more cars, its not because they have a lot of cars just because of people work there.Top rated 5 Stars

Rating is for the parts department as I never had a problem picking up my orders and they usually have the needed parts in stock, Jack was always nice and helpful too.

Bought 2 cars from this dealership back in 2006 Still have the cars. Purchased a 2021 RAV4 with 57k miles at Ziegler Infiniti in Hoffman estates, found out later it has a manufacturing defective passenger side headlight.Excesive condensation by just driving the vehicle on dry days. Couldn't even get thru the service department to make an appointment to have the vehicle inspected.Ended up going to Lombard Toyota, there the service representative told me that because of the mileage there is no warranty on the headlight. Can't even tell which one is worst. One thing is for sure, I would never recommend either one of this delaerships.

After five years of doing business with Elmhurst Toyota (including purchasing a new vehicle and servicing two Toyotas; we bought new brakes, tires, batteries, etc.) I can no longer recommend Elmhurst Toyota. The Service department gave me conflicting information about my vehicles service problems. At the very least, they misinformed me. At worst, they are either incompetent or dishonest. Either way, Elmhurst Toyota was far more interested in arguing with me than helping me. Toyota makes great vehicles. Elmhurst Toyota Service did not meet my expectations and offered terrible customer service. I'll be taking my cars elsewhere for service. I recommend that you do, too.Response to Daniel Briggs of Elmhurst Toyota December 6, 2022:1. "Sorry you feel it is necessary to complain" does not qualify as an apology. It's contrite. You didn't say "We're sorry about the misunderstanding" or "we're sorry this happened". Why would Elmhurst Toyota be sorry about your perception that I felt compelled to complain?2. Two complaints probably don't constitute a "barrage"...3. My complaint was about "conflicting information." Your statement that "nobody gave you conflicting information" should heretofor be considered part of my complaint. I think I've now received conflicting information about the previous confliciting information.4. "We are sorry to lose you as a customer" belongs earlier in your response to the complaint, in my opinion. This statement also serves to confirm my assertion that "Elmhurst Toyota was far more interested in arguing with me than helping me", as it comes only after you challenged me about the reason for my complaint.5. I don't recall any of your "attempts to rectify", so I'm not sure what you mean about my expectations. I do rememember you accusing me of wanting "free service" and recommending that I write a letter to your Board of Directors. Did I miss something? Was there some other attempt to rectify this situation?6. If anyone reading this review wants to do business with Mr. Briggs and Elmhurst Toyota, best of luck.Services: Auto battery replacement, Tire rotations, Auto tire replacement, Auto brake replacement, Oil change

I just got an oil change with a complementary oil change and new in this location. The registration they did is pretty slow as it looks like they put all info manually and they haven't took a picture of the car's exterior before the service, like what Toyota St. Charles normally do. Unfortunately, the complentary car wash damaged the front license plate, which they did fixed when I asked. There were also some scratch on the side of the car and the glove box that I haven't complained though. It looks like besides damaging the car, the car wash is not really a wash as the windshield is dirtier than when I sent it in. Will never go back in this location and just drive to St. Charles instead.Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

This Toyota dealership is conducting fraudulent activities, taking payments and not fulfilling orders. The partial order received is being reviewed as potential counterfeit Toyota parts. This dealership has been reported to Toyota HQ, and is under audit by Amazon s buyer-seller division.

8-9 years on Elmhurst service. 4th Toyota from same dear. Very great sales person, but service is horrible. Lost two quarter of oil because they forgot to tight drainage cup. And today service manager said no worries you have to come and we will fix it for free for you 60 miles drive with moderate oil leak.100k warranty didn t cover to fix Elmhurst mistake on another Toyota service. What a scam???

Absolutely horrible service. My truck has been back for the same problem three times and it's still not fixed. There's zero accountability and zero courtesy here. Toyota HQ needs to address this ASAP

Recently took my Land Cruiser in for a diagnostic. The Technician Bill diagnosed my problem fast, and gave me solid advice. Very smart man, and a sound gentleman. They did charge me an 80$ diagnosis fee, but if you can t find the problem, it s well worth it. Take it to Bill the technician there. John the service man was of great help too.

The elmhurst location is the #1 WORST Toyota dealership in the country. The facility is sub-par. The service advisors are lacking knowledge and the parts dist sales guys are greedy and have an imprinted upsell business approach. After 6 Toyota vehicle purchases and several parts orders, I have yet to find a more unprofessional, dishonest, and inconsiderate group of staff members within Toyota. Corporate office has documented the ongoing complaint list for elmhurst and has sent several suggestive communications to their GM; corporate even mentioned elmhurst as being notorious for complaints. . I personally spoke to the service manager and tried to reach the unreachable General manager with no luck. If professionalism, honesty, friendliness and customer loyalty are words that resonate with what you look for in an automotive purchase or maintenance - run away - look elsewhere. Go to midtown Toyota. We ve purchased 2 suv s From them and lane Gibson runs a clean outfit at midtown.Lane Gibson midtown Toyota

Toyota is a great brand and this dealership lives up to that with the quality of their salesmen. Very helpful in getting you into the right car. No run around and they don't play games. I'd buy another car from here.

I had Erick help me out today and he was very friendly and gave me lots of information and was very detailed. Great service. The time is a little longer than I had hoped but it was an estimate. He called me a lot sooner than i expected!
