Bought a used vehicle and was shown a manipulated Carfax report. The salesman left out the serious accident the vehicle was in. Looking back at how shady the whole experience was I should have never purchased. Buyer beware if shopping with this group.

Toyota is stingy on their buy back pricing.Their enitial price was $15,000.00 for my 2017 rav4 with only 26,000 miles on it had pretty much all the bells and whistles on itLow jack, car starter, car alarm keyless entry and start. Pretty much all the new safety features.I was at Ford and was offered $17,000 right at the get go.Carmax won with a payout of $18,000

Great customer service. Negotiating was fair and fun. Drove away 2 hours later with a beautiful 2016 Mazda 6 at a price that i couldn't even believe. Best, like new, used car purchase experience.

They said they could help my daughter get a car she got there and the 2 cars they offered her were good she went there and then was told one was sold. She looked at the other and was ready to buy but what they told her over the phone money wise got changed after she test drove the car and wanted the car but the price and money all changed i would not recommend..

My daughter purchased a new RAV4. The sale's woman was very helpful. I had dealt with many dealerships in my time most salesman don't know absolutely nothing about the vehicle they are trying to sell you but this sales woman she knew everything about this new RAV4 I was impressed

Kept asking rep questions and had me waiting around for too along. No one was "available to help" until another employee urged them to assist. Not knowledgeable at all, they were trying to charge me even though I said the warranty covered it, which it did.

Came in to get service done on my Corolla and was a very pleasant trip. Dave H of the service center was very helpful and friendly. I will need additional services done and will reach out to him for setting up the appointment.

They sell the most reliable used cars. Better than other dealerships we've purchased from including other Toyota dealerships. Family and friends included, we've purchased over a dozen here. Excellent service department too!

Very nice experience. Bought my new 2018 Highlander here.Andrew do all process very professional way.0.9% for 60 months.Totals 37000 after all taxes.Car is Toyota Highlander LE plus.Making deal with young dealers is beneficial. Very. happy with my new car.PS.Taxes on my car are only 7%.

I have been a repeat customer of Elmhurst Toyota for 14 years, recommended them to family and friends. From car purchase to service, the quality of work and customer service is top notch. The loyalty continues now with my recent purchase of a pre-owned vehicle at Elmhurst BMW. Both companies have the same owner (Elmhurst Auto Group) and are next door to one another. My recent purchase was another top-notch experience.. from the car online being detailed and looking it's best in the pictures to my visit in person. The purchase process was smooth and non-pressured. The highest level of vehicle quality and customer service was present every moment. Had a oil change today and always feel everyone is friendly and professional. Eric was the service agent that assisted me and kept me up to date on the time frame it would be finished. The waiting area is large size with tables and chairs and some have newspapers on them. There's a large screen TV to help pass the time away. Also there is an area with different kinds of coffee all free. Vending machines available for candy, cold drinks which was broken and one other snack machine. Eric came by to say the car was done, check out was quick and the car was waiting in the lot with a nice wash job. This dealership is friendly and a nice show room.

I purchased my Prius here a few years ago (at a great price) and have always brought it here for service. Never encountered a problem with service of the vehicle. Staff is professional and they take the time to explain things, given the increased complexity of vehicles, especially hybrids. Brian Corrigan helped me out this time and he was no exception to that.Waiting area is large and comfortable if you decide to wait. If the work will take long, or they are really busy, they offer a shuttle service to drive you home (within a reasonable distance) and then pick you up when the work is done. I've used this a few times so I could work from home while the car is serviced.Overall I highly recommend this location.

Been going to Elmhurst Toyota since 1995. I've purchased 5 vehicles from them and have my service completed there. I even bring my company vehicle (Ford) and my wife's Jeep wrangler there for service. They always keep me well informed and have always been respectful. This dealership is extremely honest and will never fall short of your expectations.

was at Elmhurst jaguar even though I both my car there new 3 years every time I go there I feel like they feel there doing me a favor especially in service I walked around while waiting for my car not one person asked if I needed help and then was told car was done going to wash it then delivered it dirty so will probably not be going back for service

I look upon car maintenance as akin to medical checkups for the vehicle-not usually pleasant, but needing to be done. But they do make the experience as painless as possible.

I went in for Maintenance on my Toyota and the mechanic told me that I only need an oil change once a year which I didn't know.
