Eugene was very professional. I drove 3 hours to do business with the dealership and they made the trip worth while. Eugene kept in contact with me the entire time, and had everything ready for me to spend minimum time sitting around. It's a breath of fresh air to have had the chance to work with this guy.(UPDATE)Due to services and other things being done on the vehicle I have to express how professional and quick this dealership was to help me. I didn't come out a penny, but was treated like I just spent 100k. Top class customer service, sales department, and maintenance department. I don't think that I will buy from anywhere else.

It was a great car purchasing experience! Glenn was a very knowledgeable advisor and did not waste my time. He got us into the car for a test ride quickly. The car price was negotiated quickly and I got a great trade in value as well. Jay was the finance manager and was a real pleasure to work with! Finally, Sam was the BMW head genius and got me up to speed on the essentials of this very techno automobile!I will certainly purchase my next BMW from BMW of Elmhurst!

First class service end to end from initial discussions to vehicle pick up. I communicated with two other BMW dealerships prior and they did not compare. Elmhurst, specifically Eugene, was hands down more dedicated to hearing what I wanted, my price range, friendly and took me seriously. Highly recommend!Oh and the i4 is an amazing car so far!

After listening to some of my friends horror stories of their recent car buying experiences, I went in to test drive an M240i expecting it to take up most of my day. I was in at 1:30 and had all of the lease paperwork finished up before 4:30. This experience has been hands down the easiest dealership experience I have ever had. Josh did a fantastic job getting me into my vehicle. I'll see you guys in 3 years for my next car.

Eugene was very prompt after I texted him about a car at 6 AM Indiana time. He followed up with me immediately, and even gave me some pointers to save a little bit of money. It s hard to find a dealership that you can trust anymore but Eugene and the people at this dealer are top-notch! We really enjoyed talking to the finance guy to he was quite the character! My BMW was better than advertised. I couldn t be more happy with it!

My experience thus far has been limited to just the service center, but it has been a phenomenal experience. Chad M. has taken care of me several times now, once for some basic service and two other times for some warranty items. Both times he and the team went above beyond to try to identify and resolve the issues. They needed to keep my car for a few days on both occasions, but set me up with loaners both times. I have been a BMW owner since 2002, with service performed at BMW service centers in CA, IL, and IN, and BMW of Elmhurst has by far been the best thanks to Chad and the team! They truly listen and try their best to address customers concerns, big and small.

We are always apprehensive about the auto dealership experience. The car buying process in Elmhurst BMW however was painless and efficient. Joe Zvoboda in sales was awesome and a real pleasure to work with. Knowledgeable, very pleasant and super efficient. Sam who gave us a tour of the cars technology was also great as were all the other staff we met. It made our car shopping experience a very pleasant one. Would not buy a BMW anywhere else.

Amazing experience overall in leasing luxury vehicles. My advisor, Joseph Svoboda, played a great role in terms of actively reaching out for next steps on lease renewal, giving me ample options with flexibility on timings and running us thru various scenarios to ensure we get what we want. I have worked with him twice now, and the experience was great both times! Will recommend connecting with him for your purchase or lease! And the BMW center itself was great as well, with ample models on display, areas to hang out, snacks for wait times and a pool of friendly staffs ready to reach out to make you feel taken care of. Totally recommended!

I am amending my previous review While the service we received during our initial visit and purchase of our vehicle was great, we are having some MAJOR issues with the dealership MONTHS later!During the trade in of our old car we provided the dealership with copies of our registration as well as the original copies in the vehicle so that they could get everything transferred and squared away after we left. Months later, we are receiving emails requesting the registration stating that they never received them They had already started the process, so our old car was no longer registered to us and we are unable to obtain any additional information on the car. So now we are going to have to pay for new plates and additional registration fees to get everything taken care of due to this issue and lack of administration on BMW s behalf.

Today I picked up my brand new 2024 i4M50, and I Couldn't be happier. I'm a returning customer and this is the second car that I buy from BMW of Elmhurst specifically working with salesperson and expert Joseph Svobodas. I have ordered the car a little over a year ago, and Joe has guided me through building it. He was so patient and professional throughout the process. Joe ensured that my car has everything that I wanted. He helped me select features that I will use and opt out of those that I won't. His attention to detail is second to none. He never hesitated to show me different options numerous times, try different wheel types, colors, and more, and to start again if needed. Joe is never the pushy salesperson. He's so pleasant to work with and makes car buying a true one of a kind fun experience.After the purchase, Sam the "BMW genius" showed me everything I needed to know about the car. Accidentally went to this dealership of a miscommunication ended up coming back because I had a bad experience at Driven Auto of Waukegan Devin was amazing to work with as well as Jay in the office when signing the paper work they also had good variety of snacks and drinks. I got a 2018 A4 premium plus a week later I am still in love with the car and I don t feel like I got ripped off Thank you guys so much for making my first car buying experience a good one!!!!!

Joe Svoboda is great! This is my third BMW I have purchased at Elmhurst BMW, this time I purchased a 2024 X6 and he provided white glove service throughout the whole process! He was super communicative and really went to bat during the whole process. Joe is the best at Elmhurst BMW, definitely a gem!

Made an appointment for a new set of tires, told them the tire I wanted installed (same as what was on it currently and when I bought it from this very dealership). Wasn't going to be able to drop off during service hours so arranged to leave my keys in the night drop box. I had already stopped in and had a quote so I knew the general price and the quote was sitting on my passenger seat. Totally beyond the point.Woke up my son and wife at 4 AM to drop my car off and drive me to work. Not convenient but it is what it is. They call me at 10 the day I dropped it off but I missed the original call as I was busy at work. I called back relatively quickly and got a voice mail and indicated that I would be in a meeting for a while and that to get to me quickly send an email. Fast forward about four and a half hours and me calling five or six times without answer and I get an email asking if I approve of the price so they can do the work. I call as soon as I see that email and low and behold Alex finally answers the phone.By the time we are having this conversation he is looking to push my service back and asking if he can keep my car till tomorrow. I didn't make an appointment so that you could push me to the next day because you didn't do your due diligence to be ready for that appointment. I would have been fine if they squeezed me in before close and I had to wait at the dealership till 5. Courtesy vehicle to get me to work and back to the dealership the next day? Nope, sorry, all out. Reschedule to a day when you can give me a courtesy vehicle the night before and I can drop off my vehicle? Nope. Apology when I come to take my keys back because you're not getting my business with this poor customer service? Not even an "Hi sir, wanted to apologize for the inconvenience", just asked me my name, said "here's your keys" and turned away.Granted you knew I was dropping my car off and if you needed to confirm pricing you had a week to call me or email me your quote. Now I'm supposed to arrange another day of getting myself to and from work because you didn't do your job?Since your only excuse seems to be that you are "so busy" I'll do you a favor and take my business elsewhere. Do better.

He was relaxed and attentive while taking me on test drives and working out the details for my X1 lease, and great with follow up and responding to any questions I had.
