Autopros was recommended by a family friend who takes her BMW here for repairs. After several diagnoses including from the dealer . Autopros took their time and diagnosed the issue I have was having with my car stuck in park. They successfully repaired my car and also brought in a trained specialist to make sure the computer system was working correctly and efficiently. Thanks Manny and Team for excellent service. I will be coming here in the future for any repair issues I may have. Also my service came with a 2-year warranty and detailed description of the parts that were replaced. Thank you, Delano!

Very thorough used car inspection, they were able to fit me in within a couple hours. They provided a repair cost for everything which was useful for negotiation with the seller. I have peace of mind because now I know EVERYTHING going on with the car. They were very pleasant and professional, showed me every issue on the vehicle itself and answered all my questions. Well worth the price.

Amazing service here and the prices are unbeatable. Even after the repairs, Baudelio followed up with me to make sure my car was doing good. I was given a detailed list of all the issues they found and made sure to explain each of them. I asked for their opinion on what seemed the most important to fix at this time, and then I could come back in for all the other issues later. They were very honest on the recommendations and understood that I don t want this car for too long. After the phenomenal work they did I might want to keep it longer than I had planned!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment, Brakes

Highly recommend these guys. They installed a lift kit and new wheels on my truck. Manny is a real pro at what he is doing and Baudelio provided great customer service. With them everything worked out just great, in timely manner and for reasonable price. Thank you!

I first brought in my f250 to have my lift kit, wheels, and tires installed. Great value and great price. Followed up by bringing in my Expedition. Had a few issues with the Expedition, but they handled it with ease. Even worked with me on pricing since ive been here so often. Great guys. I know cars and repairs very well. Never felt as though they were lying to me or over charging me. Theyve always been fair. As a business owner myself that is a HUGE deal for me and they knocked all my expectations out of the park. I call in to ask if i could arrived early for my appointment for a brake work and say it was perfect. They also let me know about some minor issues that needed to be taken care of, as well. Baudelio is very professional and friendly. Highly recommended, knowledgeable mechanic.

These guys are outstanding. I came in at 530 when I heard something wrong with my car, then they stayed an hour and a half passed closing time just to make sure I could drive home that night. Very knowledgeable and trustworthy. Will be be recommending them to everyone.

This place is outstanding! Highly recommended for any kind of fix! Baudelio and Manny are the ones that ve made sure my repairs were completed on time and without any problems. I first started coming here about a year ago but keep coming back for the first-class customer experience I get every time. Their prices compete and outflank other spots in the area and no doubt, I ll be back for repairs. Don t get fooled by other Elmhurst shops, this is the one-stop venue I trust my car to!

The owner of this shop, Baudelio Villalobos, and his mechanics, go out of their way each time to complete repairs on time and on budget. Unlike other smaller shops in the area, big investments in tools and technology were made and they re able to provide any service that a new-car dealership could and can compete with much larger US franchises nearby. Tried other repair shops in the past but now I m using Auto Pros exclusively as I think they are the best shop in the area around Elmhurst and Addison.The increase of business and return customers are a good indication of their success and outstanding service.

Horrible business. Took a car in on a Tuesday, Wednesday was closed for the 4th of July, but had Thursday, Friday AND Saturday to look at it but still had no straightforward answer for an estimate. They need to get their stories straight: one second it's a loose bracket that was causing the noise and they already fixed it, no big deal, and the next minute, it's an issue with the timing chain and gonna cost a lot. Very hard to get ahold of them. Left a voicemail to call and when we called at least 3-4 times AND texted, no answer. When they finally called me back, I picked up and was hung up on. Also took me 3 times to call back to get ahold of the owner, who I was told would be in at a certain time but didn't talk to him until an hour and a half later. Took the car out and took it somewhere else.

Quality expertise. Should have gotten my other car modded here but didn't know about this place. They can do everything. However, the place is a little cramped but I don't mind.
