Bait and Switch. online quote for windshield replacement was $291 called to confirm and schedule and it was $900. They waste your time to hook you. Safelite quote was $406 for comparrison.

I got my Toyota Tacoma windshield replaced. The initial technician was very friendly. Unfortunately the technician did not seal the glass propertly and I ended up with water damage throughout the passenger side, a few scratches on the paint, dashboard, and upholstery. I contacted the company immediately and in less than 24 hours they sent a few technicians who worked very hard to replace the windshield, clean the water damage and fix any issues created by the previous tech.

I paid for two chips to be repaired and only one was repaired. They did a good job with the one. I called and they won't repair the second chip. The initial contact/scheduling went great, price point seemed reasonable. However, they are either purposefully deceptive or have poorly trained staff and have a terrible day-of scheduling system. You will not be given an appointment window until the morning of the scheduled day.Do not attempt to schedule for next day with them. I confirmed on the phone and received the confirmation email for my next day appointment. On the day of, I had not received a time window by noon. After a 25 minute wait on hold, I learned that my appointment was scheduled for the wrong day (even though I had a confirmation email). I was also told the windshield was not in stock even though I had confirmed the previous day.Zero empathy from the staff and manager I spoke with on the phone. Ended up wasting taking a day off to not have my windshield repaired. I was offered to reschedule with a small credit but would still not be given a time window till the morning of the scheduled day. Useless, on their error, they expected me to have a whole another day available.Lastly, they require up front payment on the phone (apparently give Covid as an excuse for this) but then say 5-7 business days for refund.

We got a quote online, paid, scheduled, & received a confirmation call the same day! The price was half what the other companies wanted! The technician, Joseph Lopez, was on time, polite, professional, & had our new windshield installed in no time! We've had no issues & we're totally satisfied with the price, quality, & service. We recommend them to everyone!

I received an online quote with a request to call the scheduling desk to confirm the time of the appointment. During that call the quote jumped from under $250 to over $380. When I questioned the difference in glass, I was told that the original glass had a sound shield in it. I requested that the standard glass be installed, but was refused. I cancelled the appointment immediately and was very angry with my treatment. I am updating this review since the company made things right. I received a call back asking why I had cancelled my appointment. I explained the situation and the customer representative was able to install standard windshield glass in my car and actually lowered the overall price from $250 to $225. The technician was very professional and completed the replacement right in my driveway in about an hour. If only this service was provided from the beginning, then I would have given a 5 star rating.

I went through the quote form, submitted an appointment, and everything seemed good until the day of the appointment when I received an email saying I needed to call them to confirm my appointment??? The website made it seem as though it was scheduled and good to go. Maybe exclude scheduling appointments if you can't make it actually happen. No one was coming, and my price jumped from $258 to $389 because of some sort of specialty trim they said I needed and a soundproof layer on the glass....I feel like this could have been avoided. Would recommend removing their online quote/schedule tool. I also needed to produce my VIN at this time, why was it not captured and ran through the quote tool? That would have saved me time, and your company a bad review.I should have read the reviews to see the company only sits at 2.5 stars, offers no sort of resolution to customer complaints other than sorry for your experience.

I was very pleased with the entire experience here in the Austin Texas Area. From the initial quote over the phone, to the installation visit, Autoglassonly.com made my windshield replacement experience very easy and stress free. The price was very fair and competitive, the technician was very courteous and professional. The installation was done as scheduled, in a timely manner and took approximately 45 minutes total. The technician was very helpful and direct with the instructions to follow post installation. I originally wrote a negative review but they fixed the problem almost immediately. After writing the review I received a call back from the owner (who is very polite) within a few hours who apologized about the inconvenience and was able to schedule me an appointment to get my windshield fixed. If I can take the time to write a negative review I can also write a positive one and edit my originally comment to 5 five stars. This is amazing customer service. If they are willing to go out their way for little old me then I tip my hat to this company. Excellent work

I called to ask additional questions after receiving a quote online. Didn't take long to reach a rep, which is good. Dolores, the representative wasn't the friendliest, but wasn't rude either. She told me I needed to get the VIN (didn't ask for it on the website) and call back. I got my VIN #, called back, and was hung up on (not sure if it was Delores or another rep), I called again, not sure if I received another rep, but she just rudely asked for my zip code. She then says her system isn't working and told me to call back later. Then the phone disconnected. I've never received customer service like this. I was willing to pay to get my windshield replace but if this is how customers are treated, I will take my hard earned money elsewhere.

I was very skeptical at first because of the reviews, but I am super glad I went with them. The prices were better than other places I called, and the customer service was very good. The tech did a wonderful job with the installation. Will definitely use this company again.

Edit: They now claim they don't do work with State Farm. State Farm contracts their auto glass claims through a third party called Lynx Services who works with Auto Glass Only. If you're reading this review - use this company at your own risk. The negative reviews speak for themselves (and apparently they are misleading and dishonest as well as providers of bad customer service)I filed a claim online with State Farm and was assigned this company to perform the service. The online tool for State Farm had available dates and time of day (Morning, afternoon) to choose from with a disclaimer that the company will call to confirm the date chosen.Six hours later I had to call this company to confirm. After being placed on hold for a brief time I was helped by someone who was able to look up my info just by my phone number. However they requested all of the information previously submitted into the State Farm website which was not available at the time of my call.That was enough for me to decide if this company cannot call/email to confirm an appointment and can retrieve my name by my phone number but does not have the vehicle information already provided then I do not trust them to service my vehicle.I did not experience their actual service but if it is anything close to the experience trying to set up the appointment than I would suggest you look for an alternative auto glass company - I sure did!

I scheduled an appointment on August 7th to have my windshield replaced paid in full at that time. I recieved a confirmation email of the appointment for Monday August the 10th. The following day I recieved a call that their contractor was understaffed and being they were located 1.5 hours away couldn't make the appointment. I was given two options drive the car to the shop and keep the August 10th appointment or they could come August 20th. I chose drive the car to the location for Monday 10th. At this point I recieve a second phone call that they cant honor that appointment for the 10th because they dont have the molding I'll have to wait till the Thursday August 20th appointment. On Thursday August 20th by 1130pm no call for time window had been recieved so I called auto glass only to be informed they had the molding but I didnt have an appointment for the 20th for installation that they had called on the 18th left a message (which isnt true) to setup an appointment day and time. It's clear that not only are their contractors understaffed and unreliable but that the entire company is understaffed and unreliable. I would think twice before using this company, it's a hassle and a headache that ends with no service. I've requested a refund let's see if they can handle this.Service: Auto windshield replacement

This company is a waste of time. Please read all the reviews on here before you commit. I sure wish I would have. I had a windshield scheduled to be put in today only to get a call this morning stating that they didn t have my windshield and that they would try to get out here Thursday, that covid and things have stuff behind. Called to cancel and get refund only to be told that their installer had a van break down .. which is it? They didn t have the windshield because of things being behind and covid like the installer said? Or did they have a van break down like the company said? I hate being lied to. You guys are far from a professional business and I will make sure my family, friends and local community know my experience. DO YOUR RESEARCH , READ THE REVIEWS on this place before you use them

I originally went to Safelite but after being treated poorly and the company brought the wrong window I decided to cancel my appointment and went with Autoglassonly. I did my quote online and spoke with Bobby. She was friendly quick and helped me confirm my window since I did not want the same repeat mistake as previous company. I would def recommend them to my friends and family. The end price jumped up $40 but it was still a hundred dollars lower from the first quote I got from competitor.

Set up an appointment, had to wait two days [no big deal, we're all busy]. On the day of the appointment, received a call. They stated they did not have the glass, nor could they get it currently, the appointment was cancelled, and then just hung up. No attempt to reschedule, or a time frame on when they thought what I needed would come in. The woman on the phone acted like calling was beneath her, was mumbling into the phone, and got aggressive when I was trying to clarify they couldn't get what i needed. You had TWO DAYS to inform me of this, now I have to deal with this a second time. Just spend the money elsewhere, this is not worth it.

I field out the online questionnaire to have the mobile unit come out to me. It said they would come out on September 8 and they called at 3 PM after I had waited ALL day for them!!!! They stated they may make it tomorrow ! The girl on the phone was rude and would not listen she kept talking over me. Poor Customer service! Poor Website! I would not use them ever!

First off, our online quote were different prices. We paid before our car was fixed and when they came to fix our windshield they told us they could not fix it due to the rearview mirror. They told us that our rearview mirror needed to be replaced, the quotes were $1800 and $1500 FOR A REAR VIEW MIRROR!! That would not include the installation fee. I am currently still waiting to be refunded my money. I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!! We were told that the rearview mirror was broken and not reusable however, it was not broken at all. We went to Aaron Auto Glass 38th and Kedzie and got everything fixed for half the price!!

So far I was told 1-2 through a text and then 2-4 in a email..... the technician even called me to say yeah I ll be there . And has NOT. SHOWN. UP!!! I have been calling and calling and texting when they will show and no response .... I m starting to think it s a a no show...Update: never showed up, nor called ....I will have to call in morning

Not a good company to deal with. Never did show up to install as they promised. After waiting days I had to get a refund, they sub the work out to other companies and they (Suffolk auto glass) treated me like a customer they couldn't care less about.

Be aware. The price quoted on the website is not the price they will attempt to charge. Has to be a strategy because customer service stands by the higher number and will not honor the quote.

So glad I read other reviews! Got a quote online of $277.57, called after reading the reviews about the price jumping and was quoted $432.44! What's the point of an online quote if you're not going to follow it????

Seriously never dealt with a company that had a lack of professionalism this bad. They told me several times throughout the day they were going to come and they didn t, and they said they called my phone when they hadn t. I m just thankful I was planning to pay them in person and I hadn t already paid over the phone.

Company called and tried to make it right. Don't talk to the tech, call the company if issues. Not a scam.
