WOW! From start to finish they provided the best service! The staff is very friendly and they keep you updated through the process. Very knowledgeable and professional. My car looks like it came right off the assembly line

Exceptional service. Had a parking lot incident and needed a new rear bumper cover. Went on Tesla App and booked first available, which was over 2 weeks out. They called me 1 hour later and said there was a cancellation the next morning and could get me in that slot. I m picking my car up right now, literally 48 hours after my incident. Tammy brought the car around to the front office/waiting area to have me examine things. There was an imperfection where the plastic met the metal on both sides of the bumper. She stated that she thought it was dust, and would take the car back around to the service area and have them take care of it right away. She returned in 10-15 minutes and said indeed it was dust, and she just needed to use a small wet paint brush to get in there and get the dust out. And then she said, "oh, by the way, your trunk lid had swirls on it and we took those out too." Did I mention that I scratched my trunk lid with a garage door coming down in it? They did a quick wet-sanding and touched that area up too, at no extra charge!Tammy was fantastic and kept me updated twice a day!

My Model 3 needed a bumper repair after we curbed it pretty badly on an abnormally tall curb. The entire team at this center was super responsive and super helpful. The repair was done quickly even though we had an issue with our insurance on our end. Got the car back and it was clean! They even helped with another small issue we'd been having with the car at the last minute for basically no cost to us.Wildly different experience than what I've had with the Naperville service center. Elk Grove was infinitely more helpful and the quality of the work was top notch.

Charles Knowles for the win. We all know that collision repair is backedup everywhere for months, but Charles and the team at Tesla Collision EG made it happen.Charles walked me through every step of the process, in constant communication and keeping honest and realistic about completion expectations.Ken and his team also kept in touch every step of the way keeping me at ease. Even notifying me of a slight delay when a part they received didn t function according to their standards.They didn t cut corners and allow me to take my car for the sake of completion without the job being done right.Kudos to this entire team! For top-notch work, this is the go-to place. I experienced an accident over the weekend, and Edgar along with his team went above and beyond to fix my Tesla. While their rates may be higher than other shops, the exceptional service quality makes it a worthwhile investment.

The DAY I took delivery of my Tesla, a guy sideswiped me on 94. All the shops were backed up and I had to take it out of state to a collision center. While there, I got the call that, if anything was wrong, to call Charles in Elk Grove (he was there helping out) and he'd make it right. I picked up my car from that "shall remain nameless" collision center and they didn't repair everything.I called my main man Charles and he got me right in. Since this was the second time in, he got me a loaner. He even worked it out so I got a Model X to try. Now these guys have all my Tesla business forever (although I hope I never need to see them again).Five stars.

I would have gave them a zero star if I could. I original had a quote for 1881.75 for my car repairs. The quote was given to me face to face and via the app. Vic gave me the quote. I was told my part wasn t in so I had to wait over 10 days which I was ok with. Vic later called me via phone and ask me if I was ok with the quote I said yes go ahead with the repairs. After they completed the work I was told the total was over $3,100. The original total was deleted from my app some how from their end. The guy at Tesla said he could release my car for the 1,881.75 but I won t have app functionality until it was resolved. First the guys was also two hours behind on the estimated completion time than they tried to up charge me over $1,100. Make sure you take screenshots of your first estimate before any repairs. This place will try to snake you.

From the moment you schedule an appointment, the service its top notch, there is no comparison with any other authorized shop at all, the updates, quality and OEM parts to the service team just the best. My Tesla was significantly damaged and needed careful attention. The collision repair estimator, Christopher Sipek, was incredibly kind and accommodating of this unfortunate circumstance. I m very thankful for his help in getting things settled in an efficient fashion.

Great service and communication. I would highly recommend them (I worked with Charles)My parked car was rear-ended by a delivery truck trying to make an illegal U-turn.I contacted Tesla Collision, send photos of the damage and they were able to get me a prelim estimate within 1-2 business days which I submitted to the insurance company.I dropped the car off and they provided me with updates Monday Wednesday Friday via text.They arranged for the local enterprise to come pick me up on arrival so I can get my rental car.This particular shop had the earliest availability in the Chicago land area by at least 2-3 weeks.Some Tesla approved collision centers are booked out over 4-5 months.The whole job took about 2.5-3 weeks, which is really good for this car and this climate of supply chain issues.Just as an FYI: some insurances don't work w/ Tesla (as they charge a higher premium for hourly rates). Specifically GEICO doesn't work with them unless the customer wants to pay for the difference out of pocket.They do work well w/ Traveler's.Service: Body & Trim

I took my Tesla to a Tesla Collision Center for some repairs, and I have to say that I was thoroughly impressed with the level of service and expertise that was provided.From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly and knowledgeable staff who made me feel comfortable and confident in their ability to repair my vehicle. The facility itself was clean and modern, with state-of-the-art equipment and tools.The repairs were completed in a timely and efficient manner, and the staff kept me updated throughout the process with regular progress reports. The staff even took the time to thoroughly clean and detail my car before returning it to me, which was a nice touch. Overall, I would highly recommend the Tesla Collision Center to anyone in need of repairs for their Tesla vehicle

Excellent staff who really take care of their customers. Gave them a list of issues with my vehicle and took care of them all overnight. I was able to pick up my car the next morning. Can't beat that. Tesla cars are the future of the automotive industry. With service centers like this one, it makes getting your car fixed a breeze.

Unfortunately, my car was backed into and my bumper was scratched and gouged from the hit. I was considering just going with Tesla's service center in Westmont for a prepainted bumper and have them do it, but there were no appointments available. Also, they don't answer voice messages over there, didn't even reply via text messages through previous services when they used texting to contact me... just bad experiences over there.Didn't want to just take my car just anywhere so wife and I checked out Tesla Body Repair in Elk Grove Village. My wife talked to both Chris and Charles via phone and e-mail prior to bringing my car in and while it was there for service. There were great and exemplified what we thought we would be getting for service after getting a Tesla. During these times of Covid 19 they were very professional in how we were to drop off my car and afterwards when I had to drop off my rental when my car was ready.The car looks great and although I don't want to visit again, I know that if the need arises I can trust them.Thank you both Chris and Charles!

I drove from Kennesaw Georgia to have my vehicle repaired at the Elk Grove service center after not being able to find a reputable repair shop in my area. My experience was Superior!!! Charles hats off to you!! Charles kept me informed through the app/ telephone until the day of pickup. I m so grateful that I chose this Tesla service center. The work completed was done well, but not without the need for a minor follow-up. Very happy that they corrected things while I waited. Keep in mind that their goal is to get the car back to Tesla specs, which is good. But for those who make some small aftermarket additions, you may have to go elsewhere to have those addressed after the fact.

Official Tesla body repair facility, no photography allowed inside, but I managed to get a picture of employee Charles (friendly and helpful) with our newly repaired Tesla. top notch service with friendly well informed employee's.

Overall it was a great experience. Huge shout out to Dave specifically for really working to get things done. He really helped out a lot throughout the entire process and helped me get my rims powder coated at a great price. I could not have been happier with the final product. My car needed 2 doors replaced, and the front and back bumper replaced. When they were finished with it the car looked brand new off the lot. The paint job and overall fit of the pieces was flawless. Overall I'd say the service was great and if I had any other body repair issues I wouldn't hesitate to go back to them. Thanks Dave!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My experience with Tesla Collision was top notch from beginning to end. I was able to submit pictures, schedule, and get an estimate via the Tesla App. Dropping off was very easy (especially when using Enterprise via Insurance). My rental car delivered there within 15 minutes. The best part of my experience was working with Scott. He gave updates on progress and responded to my questions within an hour or so. Scott also worked directly with my insurance company appraiser such that my only out of pocket was my deductible. I would recommend Tesla Collision for their professionalism, great communication, excellent repair work, and working on behalf of me with insurance.Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Welding

10/10! Awesome job! Charles gave us a call saying that there was an opening for us to send our vehicle early for repair, his voice is really friendly and spoke with a positive attitude, you can immediately tell this guy loves his job. After sending car to repair, We receive text messages 3 times a week from Chris and it took only 5 days to have the car repaired and it looks like a brand new car. (the estimated time was 10 days).

My service advisor Scott was very communicative and provided weekly updates via text each week to let me know which stage of repair my Model 3 was in. Total time in shop was about 4 weeks which was expected given the extensive repairs involved. They were also kind enough to wash tar stains off my paint and made the exterior look brand new. I highly recommend this place to other Tesla owners for collision repair!Service: Body & Trim

**UPDATED**2nd time being rear ended I unfortunately was rear ended again and I happened to be out of state this time for work. I was lucky enough to be able to tow my car to the EGV shop and have the A-Team work on my car again. I cannot speak more highly about both Charles and Ken! Both were highly attentive with giving me updates on my car. It s truly a pleasure working with them and makes the inconvenience of having your car fixed less stressful. I honestly wouldn t take my car anywhere else!1st time being rear ended below I HIGHLY RECOMMEND using this shop!!1st: it s TESLA!2nd: VERY attentive, helpful, accommodating3rd: fast! Estimate was 2 weeks, my car was done in 10 days.I first had gotten a quote from another repair shop that said they were tesla approved . And the cost for repairs was roughly $9000. I decided to do my due diligence and get another quote. That s when I stumbled upon the actual Tesla body shop. I quickly received a quote through this shop and it was literally half the amount.For me the body shop was an hour away from my house, but well worth the little extra drive to get my car properly repaired by Tesla experts!Charles was my point person there, and he was absolutely AMAZING! Like, he needs an award. They really make sure that when you re dropping off/picking up your vehicle that you were 100% satisfied with the work that has been done.Now that i have this experience i wouldn t take my car anywhere else.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My experience with this location was absolutely great. I have had body work done on my car in NC Tesla, and the work was done extremely poor. I contacted the team at this location letting them know that the paint wasn't primed and the quality situation with a previous Tesla body shop. After Charles and Ken got approval to fix the deficiencies we also added additional work for a small scratch on the side. The work these gentlemen did was outstanding, also being new in town I asked if they could add the responder and new plates....and they did that. Very responsive team, would recommend.I can say has been the first GREAT experience I've had with a Tesla body shop or service center.

MAJOR LOVE TO DAVE AND CHARLES! I'll never take my car anywhere else. Unfortunately, I'm a repeat customer here. What is fortunate is how INCREDIBLE these guys are. This is my second time bringing my vehicle in (it was randomly vandalized, sucks) and Tesla Elk Grove squeezed me into their schedule even though they're about to be closed for remodeling. The other shop I thought I was going to have to take it to (non-Tesla) wanted 6-8 weeks for a repaint. These guys got it done in two. Frequent updates, upbeat attitude, good humor, and incredible work ethic. I literally cried when they told me it was done so quickly because I was so stressed about losing my transportation for work.BEST SERVICE EVER.

I was happy to find a Tesla owned body shop after I was rear ended in my model 3. I was nervous about how it all would work out with insurance, but Charles took care of all the initial conversations and approvals with the insurance company. When I initially spoke to Charles and sent him pictures he ordered all the parts he thought he would need so that when I brought the car in a few weeks later they would be ready to get the car fixed fast.Once the car was at the shop Dave was my advisor on the process. I really appreciated that Dave updated me every 2 to 3 days on the progress of the repair. I was appreciative when Dave called me to tell me they had found an issue with some wiring not related to the accident, and that Telsa had taken care of it under Tesla's warranty.When I picked up the car it was cleaned thoroughly and absolutely sparkled. The repair was done perfectly. I love having my model 3 back! Thanks Charles, Dave and the rest of the team that worked on my car.
