This place is outstanding! The dispatcher was kind and efficient. Matt and Daniel took extra care for our show car hellcat and made sure to handle it delicately. Hands down the best service I've experienced in a long time!

AVOID. I normally dont post reviews but this place overcharges on everything! $75 winching fee? $60 per day for storage and charging for a day they are closed? 4 mile tow for 250$? Find better places....

On 8/9/23 we've called Suburban to send the rotator for the trailer lift up, due to the trailer slipped off from the fifth wheel. It was brand new Cascadia and less then one year old Great Dane 53 footer loaded van. The Trailer partially was on the truck's frame, so we just need to lift it up and pull the landing gears down to squeeze the truck under the trailer.The Rotator arrived pretty quickly (it was close by in Elk Grove). The operator placed the strap under the trailer by the landing gear area. I asked him to move the strap forward over to the king pin area to PREVENT the bottom rail damage but he refused to do so and he said he will install the edges protection.For aluminum bottom rail protection operator used RUBBER MUDFLAPS AND TWO PIECES OF WOOD... HE DID TWO RUBBER MUDFLAPS AND TWO PIECES OF WOOD TO PROTECT THE ALUMINUM RAIL OF LOADED TRAILER FROM THE DAMAGE.Then he adjusted knuckle boom and hit the roof on the trailer. After about an hour of adjusting and hundred attempts to place the wood pieces between the trailer bottom rail and the strap he lifted it up.And then happened exactly what I told him on the beginning... the wood pieces squeezed off the strap and damaged a bottom rail and because of aluminum rail smashed it cut the strap and the LODAED TRAILER FELL DOWN. Thanks God I've moved the truck from under the trailer.Right after it happened the operator said I need to talk to the office or to the owner of Suburban and they will take care of the damage expenses. (Operator's name was James)However they charged us for the ,,Service " at the moment with no adjustments.I've called the office multiple times, dispatch lady says she can not help with this issue, she can not provide any information on this damage expenses and the owner is unavailable... Sounds like the best customer service, right?Now, what we got here:It was few months old trailer with no damage and after Suburban "worked" on it we got ROOF DAMAGE, PASSENGER SIDE BOTTOM RAIL SMASHED, DRIVER'S SIDE BOTTOM RAIL CRACKED, ALSO QUESTION MARK FOR THE FLOOR CONDITION due to loaded trailer fell down.THEY CHARGED US FULL AMOUNT IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE SERVICE CALL.And we do not know if owner of Suburban knows about the incident or not. This review probably the only way to bring it to his attention and to the attention of all future customers of Suburban as well.Business relations for us meaning honesty, reputation and responsibility ... but unfortunately for somebody else it is just about to get a few hundred of dollars ASAP.Thank You.

Great customer service and really nice people. I called this morning to have our car towed to a local shop. Rob was friendly and informative, truck was here in an hour, Sal was professional and courteous. Definitely recommend Suburban Towing & Recovery.

Would rather leave my car abandoned on the side of the road then deal with them again. I was in a car accident in which suburban towing came and towed my car. When I went to the tow yard to retrieve my belongings, in crutches and a broken foot and back mind you, I found that my iPhone was missing from the vehicle. I had tracked it the night before and it clearly told me my phone was at this location. I tore up the inside of the car looking for the phone through broken glass and broken pieces of car and was unable to find it. When I asked about this at the front desk I was told it was most likely at the scene of the accident when I have screenshots of my phone being on their premises. They re a bunch of thieves I hope karma gets them back.Update:I most definitely have the correct suburban towing and recovery as I went into the establishment personally please stop trying to invalidate reviews by claiming it s the incorrect business

I had an accident and my car was taken there. The workers here are very rude and don't want to work at all.Their negative attitude and emotions are shown in their face. They speak very rudely to the customers, like they are forced to work there. It was really bad experience.

Was quoted fair price and when Mark Newman arrived at scene promptly the quote didn t change and communication was clear and nothing was hidden. Mark showed care for my vehicle and they had no problem towing my lowered car. I told dispatch it was lowered and Mark came prepared. Would not hesitate to use them for towing again.

This company saved me when I had an accident during a snowstorm. I do not remember the driver s name (so sorry!) but he was very kind and dropped me off at a safe location while I waited for someone to come pick me up.

Had to move a large truck body and place it in a tight spot. Ryan Raimondi at Suburban towing did an EXCELLENT JOB! Would highly recommend them to move anything difficult. Took the extra care and time to work slow and think it through, not just stop and say no it can't be done. All of this in the rain and cold. I've used them before and their service is fabulous; from the office (Colleen) to the drivers. They were at our place in less than an hour and got my SUV out of my 2nd floor parking space down a ramp without the truck! Impressive!! We had other companies tell us no. Thanks again Suburban Towing!

My car broke down. I was recommended by my mechanic to use these guys.the dispatcher was very polite over the phone. (I think her name was Carry) She quoted a very fair price. I was also told that it would take anywhere from 60-90 mins for the tow. I received a call 20 mins later saying he would be there in about 15 mins. When the tow truck driver showed up he was very professional. He was able to get my car out of a pretty difficult spot. My car wouldn't go into neutral and the steering wheel was locked up. My car was in "safe" mode, and was at a gas pump. He clearly made sure my car got on the truck carefully. Long story short. They are saved in my contacts and I will use them in the near future. I woke up yesterday morning to my car battery completely dead. I called and then sent over a man named Ryan. He helped me through the process of trying to restart my car. It ended up having to be towed, but he kept such an optimistic attitude even though I was upset with how the day was going. He was super understanding and just went the extra mile to help me out even if he didn't have to. I will definitely use the services again! Thank you Ryan for all your help. Great , friendly, awesome people. Thank you so much to Colleen, Christ, Larry and Stacy(hopefully I didn t spell their name wrong, if I did, bear with me please). They have great customer service, patient, polite. I had an car accident and almost didn t know what to do and how to deal with my car. I am a stranger to them, but they were trying their best to help me today. Gave me extract help besides their services. I am really grateful for their concern and their kindness. I defiantly recommend them to anyone who need tow service in the future.

Drivers are wreckless and arrogant . Management refuses to address safety issues and personnel issues nor address complaints, instead would rather deflect and project the issues onto the customer. Their drivers need a lot more training on safe driving practices. If they were in my fleet. I would fire them.

We called several roadside service companies and this was the only company that picked up the phone at 6 pm on a Friday evening.All other calls went to voicemail.Woman said they would have someone out quickly.(My husband could not get a lug nuts off to replace with spare).Mike arrived quickly and took care of everything with the tire change.Thumbs up to Mike!And Suburban!Start to finish one hour.Service: Tire change

These guys were great, beginning with Stacy who answered the phone. She must have dispatched someone immediately because Suburban Towing was there in 15-20 minutes. I had a flat on my work truck and still had other jobs scheduled. When my spare tire release broke, this guy literally crawled under the truck, cut the spare loose and changed the tire. WAY above and beyond! I thought the price was VERY reasonable. I'm keeping their number!Service: Tire change

Our van which is used for our business died and was block a loading dock. We called AAA but they never showed up. I worked with Larry who went out of his was to make sure it was removed promptly and towed to the dealer. Mark Newman from Suburban Towing was incredible! From the time I called for assistance all the way until my tow was complete I was impressed. Mark responded to my call for assistance in 20 minutes, was extremely kind and professional, and extremely efficient. Service so great you don't even have to call! My car completely shut down on the side of the road and while waiting for my dealership to tow me Daniel pulled up and completely saved the day towing me a few miles back home to wait. I called suburban towing to have my project car taken from EGV to Streamwood. I m stuck in FL so it was a lifesaver to have them show up, get air in the back tires, onto a flatbed and to my friends house with zero issues. The dispatchers are very polite and i was a pain in the butt because I had to call back to verify my friends would each be at their homes to have the car taken and dropped off, and suburban worked with me and was able to change the pickup time. It cost me $138 said and done. Great value and the tow driver absolutely nailed the landing on getting the car off and into my friends garage, first try. Highly recommend!

Completely disappointed.I take my friend towing company..They charge extra money just to take out of their place.. plus.. I'm sure in their place was stolen 2 front tires of my car unfortunately I notice after my car was in the shop to fixed.. I didn't make any complaint about.

Everything we smooth with the start of the process of towing my bus. My friend that had the money wasn't there to pay them at the pickup location. I had told the driver that they will get paid on drop off location cause my friend wasn't there yet. However I was on the phone when they called me. They said they contacted that shop that was going to be at the drop off location and said that they were going to give them a check which I had no idea about any of that. I had someone that was going to meet them there with cash. They had left my lot within 7 minutes of a missed phone call.They would have possession of my bus and thought wasn't going to pay or something no idea how they thought like that. Any tow company has the right not to drop the vehicle until they are paid.At the end off the day I think it was more of the fact that they had an emergency call that was going to make them more money and 350$ for 2 hours wasn't enough.The fact is 7 Minutes if money was such a big deal on pickup the company you at least speak to the person that SET UP THE WHOLE TOW not someone that I had no idea who it was that the office spoke to.Another thing is 2 years ago as well no idea what had happened I also had a chevy that I was driving everyday all of a sudden they get a police tow with my vehicle I go to pick up my car and my engine is all of a sudden knocking.
