Couldn t be any more grateful for Cosmin and Hugo s service. Bought my first truck and brought it here to get DOT inspection done, and they were friendly and efficient. Cosmin gave me some good advice as to what to look out for in the future as far as what might need some attention later down the road. If you re looking for fast and friendly and respectable service and advice come here. I m looking forward to bringing my truck here to get things fixed in the future.

This shop was recommended by a friend of mine from Chicago, as being good from many points of view. I have nothing bad to say!Actually, it would be something, but it's too small compared to the fact that I was satisfied with what they fixed in the end.. They are friendly and do their job. I belive this is all you need to know They have a waiting area for drivers,bathroom,etc The shop is preety big and applies the style of big companies, with rules: one of them is that you have no way to assist with the repair, that is, after you have checked in, you are not allowed in the shop unless they call you to show you something related to you re repair(truck or trailer)But that matters less considering that you leave happy with the repair done. ($110 labour hour).They are not to expensive but not to cheap,meaning ,that is quite good compared to many other shops All in all, what I can say is that I confidently recommend this shop. 5 stars is my point.

These guys go extra miles in customer satisfaction. They show sympathy even when they feel your truck has stay an extra hours or a day. They share everything to avoid hidden expenses. They communicate in every step from parts purchasing to replacement. I l them. Food and hotel is a walk away too.

Absolutely fantastic. After going to two other shops, Redpoint quoted me ALOT cheaper, and got the work done expediently. The customer service was awsome and the Techs explained everything and even gave me options depending on how much I could afford. This shop is a rare gem, and will be doing all of my repairs from this point forward. I was really down and out, but they got me back rolling in no time, even to still make my delivery and go home. I am highly pleased and thankful. Keep up the GREAT work.Service: Body & Trim

Best in the business, period. Repairing my trucks with them for last 7 years. Deal is, whatever the problem is they can fix it for u in a timely manner. Very acknowledged and pleasant stuff. Highly recommended.

Review update:I am updating my previous review that is listed below. I went out of my way to take my truck back to Red point to have the valve lash done and an alignment. Again I couldn't be happier. Got me in quick did the work professionally and accurately. I'm now enjoying about a mile plus more per gallon of fuel burned. Truck no longer pulling to the right. I had to go out of my way to get back to Red point, and I'm glad I did. Thank you to Ivan, Peter, Hugo And all the unnamed heroes at Red point.Previous review:Knocked a couple teeth off a bull gear... Nobody is sure how. They got me right in... They were fast, friendly and as far as I can tell efficient. It's been a week and the truck has been running great. And they did not try to gouge me. I called some places they quoted me as high as $15,000. They did the whole thing for three grand. (I bought the bull gear myself, brought it with me) in the future... No matter where I am... If I can limp my truck there... I will do so. Highly recommended.Service: Steering & suspension repair

One of the worst mechanic shops. Took six weeks to do repairs. Did a cable adjustment, did not tighten down the Jack brake bolt, ended up having to pay 4000$ to get the def filters replaced. I would not recommend them to my worst enemies.

Exceptional shop, would not take my equipment anywhere else. Great location as well, in the heart of Elk grove. I took my truck to the shop and it was in there for a week, I was supposed to got discounted turned out I'm paying $6,000 for dpf filter replacements and a PMI on my truck. I was told 1,000, to 1,300 to replace the filters when I called them. Turn out its 3400, plus my labor. They also replaced mudflap rackets which i didnt even ask for. Here it is next Friday and my truck is knocking. Noise so loud it don't make no sense, I had to pull over. TA said they couldn't fix it, but the oil was low of 1 and 1/2 quart of oil so i paid the guy to to put more oil in there, and they said it oil leak. I had to take it to freightliner to sit there for the weekend. I haven't even been rolling a good week. I missed all my money last week waiting on my truck to get fixed, had to pay for a hotel and now here I am 7 days later on the side of the rode. This truck center messed up my truck!! How did it mess up and the motor is knocking if it had a PMI done a week and a half ago??

You can get dealer quality service for really affordable prices. They do all the work from diagnostics, DEF, electrical issues to bodywork.They even have a truck wash that is also cheap.They work on all kinds of trucks from big semis to straight trucks, from Freightliner, Kenworth Peterbilts to Volvo's. Give them a chance and you'll be def satisfied with the results!! Really professional!!

Best shop to get crazy insurance estimates and get fixed everything that has nothing to do with actual damage.who had claims to insurance with estimates from this shop please contact me so I can forward to my attorney.
