Terrible service! My driver brought my trailer there for new tires and once he returned to our shop I realized they lost a stud and lug-nut. I had the driver return to Pomp s with our receipt to replace the missing stud and lug-nut. They told me they didn t replace those tires!!!! Unbelievable!!! Overpriced and unprofessional!!!! There are more professional and reasonable shops around. STAY AWAY!!!!

Don't waist your time. Stuff doesn't know how to do alignment. Brought to their shop my volvo truck after replaced rear axles. Management start trash talking, "it can not be aligned, bla bla bla". This guys doesn't have knowledge what is mean alignment, I said as mechanic. If you don't know how to do alignment, please close shop and never try to collect money for nothing.

Changed steer tires and made alignment. Took about 2.5hr to finish but i feel like they did a solid job. Will recommend for truck alignment. Everything feels straight

Called Friday to schedule appointment. They said they first come first serve, open from 7-12. I was there 6:45, there was one truck dropped for scheduled alignment. They told me they open only till 12 and can not take second truck.I tried again Wednesday. Guy saw my truck (outside, no touch, no tools) and said i dont need alignment, i just have bad tires.Avoid this place.

Had an emergency flat needed to be back on the road & took me in right away. Customer service & the billing process could use improvement. Overall I m extremely satisfied with the work performed!

Called, got asked for my tire size twice. Then because it's after hours they gotta charge 900 dollars and then they'll return the rest on Monday. Seriously, are their computer systems from 1995? What's so hard about swiping a damn card. I know credit card companies accept payments 24/7!Now I'm sitting here waiting on a call back so they can tell me what the ETA will be. It is seriously a lot easier to get roadside assistance in the middle of no where Tennessee than it is in the Chicago area.Edit: I gave them two stars for their terrible first impression but I'm now moving down to one star. Apparently, after almost 30 minutes of me waiting for a call, they couldn't find a tech and did not bother to call me back. I called back and they called the back up tech. So that means a that if I didn't call, they wouldn't have bothered to try the back up tech.They get the back up tech and get an ETA of 45 minutes BUT it takes 10 minutes to runy card apparently, so I should expect an hour. Ten minutes to run a card...ten minutes...Ten minutes...I learned my lesson.

Awesome service and genuinely nice folks. Flat tire on my tractor and they got me in within 5 minutes of arrival. 30 minutes later I was back on the road. Everyone was friendly and professional. Really appreciate the great service. Thanks!

Rip off. I asked how much it was gonna cost when I arrive there, he told me to pull in I assumed he was going to check it first, a few minutes later I asked The other gentlemen how much it was going to be h told me $41. I told them I don t want it. I Explain to them that that wasn t a truck this was a small minivan. I was told that a new tire will cost $170 there for they charged me $41 for a nail repair. I wouldn t go there ever again and I would never send anyone there.

We use this Pomp's on a regular basis to service our trucks; always very helpful and treat their customers professionally. Never had a problem with them.Sparrow Express Transport

Called to replace front tires for my sprinter van but guy seemed bothered by it that he told me I don t have any time not today like it s 10am how can you possibly not anyways won t use they re service at any branch going to Midas instead

Arrived at 1:30pm .Asked to balance two front tires on my van, not four, not six, just two front tires. Very sad old frontman told me that they don t know if this is possible!! But if I will came back next day they will try to check if it is...

Went to have a tire repaired for my job. Service wasn't prompt to help me when I walked in the service office. But once I was helped everything went smooth and they fixed the tire in no time

As a company driver I was sent here to get a tire puncture fixed. They were able to start working on my truck immediately and repaired it quickly. Very friendly and professional staff. Thank you!

Terrible customer service. I called and spoke to them around five times... each time it felt like I needed to continuously reiterate what I was saying because they were too dimwitted to understand. I would tell them one thing and 5 minutes later it was as if they completely forgot about what I told them. My driver had a blown-out tire and arrived at their location at 4pm. A 2nd driver was meant to bring him a spare tire from our lot and Pomps was meant to do a simple tire change. I called Pomps and spoke to Juan... explained to him that the 2nd driver will be there exactly at 5pm (Their closing time) and told him that they can start taking off the bad tire. Juan told me that "there were a few trucks ahead of my driver and he would have to wait a little bit." Called my driver to confirm... negative. He was the only one at the lot. Pomps just didn't want to start taking off the tire until the 2nd driver arrived. I called 5 minutes prior to Juan and spoke to him again, asking him to please start taking off the tire because the 2nd driver was right around the corner and I was worried that they would just close on me at 5pm when he arrived. Juan told me, "Do not worry about it - we will take care of you." Guess what happened when the 2nd driver arrived at EXACTLY 5pm? Pomps closed their shop and told us "It's a different charge after 5pm. $90 an hour!".... Really? I sent my driver to a Love's Truck Stop.

Horrible place to do business with, and specially with one of the sales man name Vito Valentino, typical lier and super lazy guy, was waiting over a year for refund on Yokohama front tire for semi truck that blow up on my truck, day after I put them on, this guy was teling me every week for 13 months that his taking care of my case but actually was doing nothing at all, empty promisses and lies, finally after calling yokohama my self they issued refund for me but I have to call this guy Vito for another 4 months to get my money back, with same results and lies and promises, finally I call this guy manager and got my money in 2 weeks, I do not recommend this place and definitely this guy VITO VALENTINO be avare and keep away from him

I called at 6:42 am I was told 30-40 minutes. I got the run around for almost 2 hrs they kept telling me he will be there in 10 mins. 8:34 he shows up and he was dispatched out of there shop 4.2 miles away! Terrible service!!!!

When I read the previous comments, I was shocked. I've never had a problem with them. Free popcorn is a plus Frank helped me with the pop machine.

I went for semi truck alignment(bobtail only, all three axles) and it was done in 90 minutes, plus 15 min. of waiting for my turn.

If you have not seen a liars in your life,you can call them and come to see them........Now is 2:30 pm, they have 1 semi truck inside ,and don't expect more to 5:00 pm......Guys,how match time you need for alignment???
