"I've been a occasional customer at Pochinki Truck and Trailer Repair for some time, but my last two visits have left me feeling disappointed and frustrated. Not only have they made mistakes on my truck's repairs, but they've also charged me extra hourly fees for doing absolutely nothing. It's clear that they're more interested in padding their bottom line than providing quality service. I've been overcharged for subpar work, and I won't be returning. I would advise others to steer clear of this shop and look elsewhere for honest and reliable service. 1 star, and that's being generous."

I had a fantastic experience at this truck repair shop. The mechanic was thorough and found all the issues with my truck. Great service! Also they are doing the body part repair! Highly recommend!

Since I become owner, I always bring my truck here to repairs and inspection, oil changes etc. Mechanic guys knows their job, reasonable price, no false diagnosis. Highly recommend for everyone. Good as always

I ve been using their services for nearly a year and they never let me down. Always very helpful, couple times they did extra job for me. Even today came for PM service, they did extra check and found that my hub seal was leaking. Moreover, they have affordable prices than anywhere.

I ve been coming to this shop for a long time now and speaking from my own experience I d say i finally found a really really great people and very professional honest mechanics in the whole country. No BS only professionalism here!!!They ve done major repairs on my truck in JUST 1,5 days where others couldn t even fix it for weeks. Well done keep it up fellas!!!Leaving the shop happy and I can now say I m a LIFETIME customer

They charge double price than other shops and they don t have any prove to show as photo or video tape what they have changed in your semi.

Bad experience was last year and I gave them second chance but still unprofessional staff , waiting too long and expensive! NEVER COME BACK!!!!!

I have been few times there and I had very professional service on my rig. The team is so helpful and takes care of the truck. They do use OEM fiters for PM service and the price was reasonable. most of the time they can start serviceing right away. Just hang on there and You leave the shop with your problem solved. The Chief Mechanic Vlodimir is best mechanic I have ever met. He inow everything about the trucks, especially Volvo and Freightliner. They have good and asphalt parking at the shop where you can leave the truck if it takes long. overall, I am doing really good business with them. They have have a discount and they work with dealerships for parts. Rest assured about the part they used and once I brought my own part it was DEF NoX sensor and they replaced it.Recommend this place and the team.

Professional guys work over there. Everytime when i visit i never get disappointed because i know my problems will be solved as soon as possible. Max is a main repair master who handle any problems with SEMI trucks. These guys work with dealerships and have discounts. The cost of repair in this shop is much more lower than in any other shops in Chicago.
