Really great Jiffy Lube, a perfect example of what Jiffy Lube stands for. Quick, reasonable and no hassle. Sales team was not pushy. Give me exactly what I needed and help me get out the door quickly. Got a great oil change during my lunch break. What more can you ask for?

This was my first time going to Jiffy Lube in a long time. I was pleasantly surprised at the wonderful and professional service I received. I was in and out in 15 minutes and the manager explained everything very well. This is my new go-to place for oil changes from now on!

Jordan Martinez and his crew were amazing and definitely made me feel welcomed. They did an amazing job and were very tentative. I was actually very impressed quality job they did in such a fast time. I was in and out with in 20 minutes. I will definitely be coming back for future oil changes.

I left my key in the middle console so they can bring my car in, THERE WAS NO REASON FOR THEM TO REMOVE IT FROM THERE! After the car was done they Left my key on the roof of my car without telling me and i drove off and my key fell between the windshield wipers. Also drove about a mile and the light for my left tire came on. No idea what they did BUT NEVER GO THERE if you value your car.

Fast, courteous service. Waiting area is a little bit small but has coffee/water for while you wait and access to a bathroom. Would definitely recommend for a quick oil change.

An excellent experience all the way around. I drove up, and they were able to take me right away. I was in and out in 30 minutes max! They changed my cabin air filter, which was quite bad. I had coupons for a free safety inspection and brake inspection, both of which were fine, which gave me peace of mind. They weren t trying to sell me on anything either, which I appreciated. Overall, very happy with my visit!

I usually stop in quickly during my lunch hour for oil changes. I am always taken in right away and oil is changed quickly. Small little things like tire pressure are always addressed and not charged. I also check for coupons online and during checkout they end up applying them anyways!

I go to jiffy lube for oil changes for both of my cars because it's quick easy and quality work but these guys at the Elk Grove location on oakton took care of my 2002 Lexus is300 like it was their own i appreciate that as I have 265,000 on my dash

Systems were down and getting serviced while I had my oil change take place. This resulted in an extra long time waiting to get it done. When the system wouldn't work to take my money, their backup system was used and it charged more that the other system. Was told nothing could be done about it. So the extra long wait cost me extra...really bad business.

They are always very helpful and quick on servicing the car.They take time to explain what the vehicle absolutely needs and what can wait.Place is always clean,compared to other jiffy lube's i've been to.Highly suggested..price is decent.

Amazing experience every single time I use Jiffy lube for my oil change. I was informed that my break light was out and the service person was quick to replace and inspect my vehicle for anything else that I might need. Thank you for the professionalism and thank you for serving our community

I had a great experience. From the time I drove up to the moment I was checked out. The oil change for my car was done quickly and the guys working at the place were very professional and friendly. The young man that checked me out at the register had a great attitude and a big smile. Thank you for your great customer service.

The guys here at Elk Grove Jiffy Lube always do a fantastic job! They bring me into the shop to explain to me with details what my car needs and/ or what's they recommend for the mileage. Thanks guys..!! I would recommend this location to anyone!

They were fast and quick I ran next store to get something to eat and they were done when I got back they explained everything to me of what I wanted changed besides my oil and they were very polite and nice I ll be back soon for another oil change

I want to say that this place has helped me over and over and over again I am very impressed with their service sometimes I have to go somewhere else because of where I am but it always leads me back to you I really appreciate the service the gentleman there they're very kind friendly helpful patient I'd like to thank all of them at that location

Went there for an oil change and the service was good, a little bit pricey but no complaints about that. However, everything they have touched on my vehicle, was covered in oil. Oil is really bad for paint and plastic trim especially on a new car. So if it wasn't for that I would've gave them 4 stars. Here are some pictures to show you what I mean. Unfortunately the camera doesn't give it justice. It's a lot worse in person.

When they took my ford transit connect in to do the oil. The car have a undercover and when they do the service I check after when I get home and the cover was missing. But sometimes when they ask for doing more stuff and I said only the oil change, they get kind of angry and they start acting weird torst you, but I'm there do the oil change, for my car I have to buy another cover and I didn't call them because you tell them something and they get pics off.Service: Oil change

Really bad service, i paid for synthetic oil and the technician was putting regular oil instead of synthetic... i had to tell him he was putting the wrong one... dont waste your time and your money!

Came during my lunch break, there were not a lot of cars lined up but nobody came to check on me after I arrived and then they moved somebody in line ahead of me. I had to come back to this location too because they screwed my oil filter on too tight and nobody else would change my oil.
