Very high quality work and very professional. Great way to explain the needed repairs without any pressure. I personally fix my cars but when I need something that is too complex, Adam is my guy. Thanks for you hard work

Excellent service! I just walked inand was given prompt attention. Adam was professional and fit me right into his busy schedule. I was treated with respect. They replaced a tire pressure sensor. Work was efficiently completed within a 2 hour timeframe and I was given a fair price. Definitely recommend them!!!

My car had been smelling like vinegar for a couple of weeks now and it got so bad that I Googled it. It said it could either be a clogged condensation line or a dead animal, yikes! I looked up mechanic shops in the area and lo and behold there was one not even a 1/2 a mile from where I work that I pass every single morning. I did not realize there was a mechanic shop in the industrial park. I stopped in after I got off work just to see if they might be able to schedule me for an upcoming appointment. Adam took me right in. He ruled out a dead animal thank God! LOL and said the condensation line was fine and it was most likely a very dirty air filter which he promptly changed. Igot out of there for under $30 and less than 30 minutes. I'm so thankful that I now have a new mechanic shop close to home and work and with trustworthy, capable mechanics and a very kind owner!Service: Air & cabin filter replacement

J&Z is a trustworthy shop that provides excellent quality repairs and great customer service!!! Excellent customer service and repair! I have brought my car here several times and have NEVER been let down. Upfront and honest quotes... and might I add I have never paid a dime more than what I was quoted. Also, they always let you know what needs to be done BEFORE doing it. My real name is Richard H. I brought in my vehicle after my catalytic converter was stolen. These guys were fantastic and took care of me immediately. They even gave me a ride home after I dropped off my car there overnight. That is above and beyond. Great customer service. Friendly and professional. I am from out of town and was looking for a shop to get my brakes fixed, as they were grinding pretty bad. I saw many good reviews on J & Z and decided to give them a try. I couldn't have been more pleased with the outcome. These are some really nice people! Not only did they do a great job in a timely manner at a fair price, but they also kindly offered to give me a ride both back to my motel and then again to the shop to pick up my vehicle when it was ready. Such friendly people too! I highly recommend this shop, you will not be disappointed!

Everyone there is friendly and honest. I had my Mercedes towed there after two other diagnosis saying the engine is bad. The team at J &Z Garage are the best. They figured out the problem and has the same engine in it. Thank you to all of you there. You have a customer for life

I ve been using them on and off for the past 16 years. The thing I respect most about this shop is they tell you how it is. My first car was falling apart, and they fixed a few things but finally gave me a quote how much it would cost to repair and said it s not worth it because the car was beat up over the years by prior owners Since then I ve had 3 other cars serviced with them and was never disappointed. They are not the cheapest out there but at the same time I never had to bring my car back for the same problem which I feel means a lot. I personally like to drop off my car once and get it done right and not waste time.

Got here by mistake just because i needed air in one tire, there was an older gentleman that helped me without asking questions. Seems like a cool place with friendly staff

Awful experience. Had to bring the car back multiple times. Got the car back with more problems than I had when I originally brought it there. Very slow to get the car back. Repairs needed to be fixed again, within a month's time. Expensive place for amateur work. I will NEVER be back to Adam or his shop. Seemed like a nice guy, wow was I fooled. Have to take my car to another shop to fix things properly.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I can not recommend this place enough! They saved me $1,000. I first brought my car to a dealership for an oil change. They then told me I needed all this work done on my brakes and it would be $1,000. I hadn t noticed anything wrong, but honestly don t know a ton about cars. So I brought my car to J & Z Garage, and they were amazing to work with. I told them what the dealer had told me, and they said they would take a look. They then let me know that my brakes looked completely fine and the pads had some wear, and would want to get them changed durning my next oil change. I am 100% coming to J & Z for any mechanic work I need on my car from now on!

Just had an opportunity to use J & Z for the first time. They were recommended a while back, but I was sticking with a shop I had used years ago in Jefferson Park. An excellent overall experience with J&Z. Joe took a close thoughtful look at my Civic, told me all about what needed done, and why, and about possible other options. Then did exactly what he promised, at exactly the price he quoted. Adam in the reception keeps you informed and feeling like you, the customer, actually matter. Neat!

I've been coming to J&Z Garage for years with several cars, thanks to a friend's recommendation originally, and I've always found the service here to be pleasant, trustworthy, very competent and reasonably priced. Most recently I came in the evening to fix something which was causing the engine to run rough. They knew right away what was the cause, and fixed it promptly the next day. They even fixed a mechanical problem with the driver's door that I mentioned but hadn't expected to be fixed! That's going above and beyond expectations! Thank you Joe & Adam!!!

It's hard to find totally honest good mechanic shops nowadays...And they been around for quite some time..This is a diamond in the rough.Professional quality services for your car or truck at great prices...Quick turnaround times,extremely friendly staff .Won't take my car anywhere else

High quality service you can trust. Joe and Adam provide exceptionally professional service and deliver results that you can trust without feeling like you are getting overcharged or robbed like other shops. They communicate with customers very openly and clearly about issues found and always recommend the most reasonable solution to fixing the problem. I have BMW, 3series that J&Z Garage has been servicing for 3 years. I trust J&Z Garage and wouldn't take my car anywhere else. - Loyal customer

Thank you once again for the AWESOME service, definitely not expected!I needed a new exhaust for my 2001 Ranger. Joe came over to pick up the vehicle and run it back to the shop to evaluate the system. The truck was gone for a couple hours and it wasgetting late in the day so I thought I d walk down the street to pick it up, save him a trip.It wasn t ten minutes later, Joe pulls up in the truck, he walks in with what I thought was a quote. It was a bill, for the new system. I couldn t believe it.THANK YOU SO MUCH J & Z GARAGE!

This is a Father Son business and these guys are great. They can get busy at times so you just need to confirm if and when your service will be available, but I've never had an issue with them in five years of car service. They even got me a friendly discount at a Transmission shop when I had to have my old tranny rebuilt. It's nice to have somebody to talk to about any car problems and they will walk you through any explanations. It's a shame to see some bad reviews on here, I can't help but think that those people just told them to do whatever work was required, then got sticker shock when they saw the bill. These guys have never done anything without talking to me first. As long as it's convenient, I'll keep going here because I trust them.

I Have been doing business with J & Z for about 8 years. Never had a problem and they are extremely helpful. I recommend all my friends, family, and co-workers there and they all have felt the same about the service there. I will continue to recommend them to anyone that needs their car repaired.

I have nothing but great things to say about J&Z Garage. It was my first time taking my BMW to anywhere other than the dealer I bought it. The service was excellent and the gentleman I dealt with was top notch. They have my trust and future business.

So I reach out to this mechanic and ask them exactly how much time will they need for the repair it turned out that a two-day repair turn into 15 days it only took a 5 days to tell me exactly what I told them was wrong. So they only lied to me just to get me in. I have taken my car to different mechanics but these have been the worst experience I ever had these people are con artist and crooks. I was better off taking my truck to a dealership please avoid this mechanic he's a liar.

Reliable and efficient car service.I was referred to J & Z Garage by my friend and have been using them ever since. The prices are reasonable, the service is great and they are conveniently located in the neighborhood. I feel I can trust them.

I was so nervous because my car was making a weird noise. They were extremely kind and transparent about the issue and fixed her up in a timely manner. So honest and not slimy like a lot of shops... Very appreciative I ve found them and issue is gone!
