Was passing through the area driving from Colorado and noticed water leaking on the passenger side of my car, ended up coming here to try and get it fixed. They were super accomodating and were willing to just squeeze me in real quick without any appointment to get it fixed. Very honest about the issue and they were able to get my car in and fixed in about 5 minutes, didn't even charge for it since they said it was such a quick and easy job/fix. Seemed like really friendly people here and I really appreciated their help on this, would definitely recommend!Service: A/C installation & repair

The guys know their stuff. Really high-quality service without extra gloss.I have an old Toyota Camry 2004. I ve been to many service centers, everywhere they promise to do everything in the best possible way, while doing it for a long and expensive time, and the quality is just terrible. Horse Stable employs professionals who are truly know cars and know all the subtleties and nuances of a particular car. Masters from America and Eastern Europe work quickly and efficiently. If you love your car, here you will find what you need at a good price. Highly recommend.

Let me start of by saying this location is amazing from there customer service to there amazing communication. They took my truck in because of the transmission. They were able to get a new one so I could get back to work immediately. They have high quality techs. I have taken my truck to multiple locations and nobody could figure it out but as soon as I took it to him he knew right away. I would highly recommended this place for any issue with your vehicles if I could give them 10 stars I would!!!!!Services: Transmission, Exhaust, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair

Great guys, they do a fantastic job and are fun to be around/talk to about cars. I had a lot of work done on my Audi and they made sure to be transparent with me and address everything to get the job done right. They also called me before any major decisions so I knew 100% what to expect before getting the bill. I was very satisfied with their pricing and the quaility of work done on my vehicle. They've definitely gained a lifelong customer.

No other mechanic touches any of my vehicles after i met Vas and Roman even i do live far away, car guys themselves they know what are they doing not your regular Joe Shmoe local mechanic !

When moving from DC to Chicago my Jeep dropped a valve and destroyed my engine. I knew absolutely no one in Chicago and didn't know where to go. George and his team found me a gently used engine with low miles and dropped it in. They turned the job around in just a couple of days for a great price. I've since been back for suspension work. And will return again. Great guys, fast turnaround, and fair labor rates.**UPDATE** - Just got off the phone with Horse Stable (11/7/19). I called to inquire about them doing a lift on my new (to me) Grand Cherokee (WK2). The person I spoke with said "[they] don't do those anymore." Disappointing to say the least, especially after I brought them, what I felt was a substantial amount of business in the past, as you can see above from my previous review. Oh well, I'll take my good money elsewhere. FYI - if you've got a Jeep, it seems these guys aren't working on them anymore.

I've brought all the vehicles I've owned here and I will continue to do so! They talk to you like a human being and explain what needs to be done thoroughly. They also have a quick turnaround time for being such a busy shop. 10/10 would recommend for maintenance or even serious repairs on any make and model car/truck!

So like most people I dread going to auto shops... First they are expensive, they take forever and the best part is they always seem to find a million other things wrong with your car requiring more time and money!That being said I found a gem, unlike any other repair shop! The staff was really nice and helpful, I never felt that I was being taken advantage- which I think says a lot. I got my car's brakes done here for less than I would've anywhere else and they did a great job.Bonus: their waiting room is inviting and comfortable! They have a mini fridge for guests- awesome!Highly recommend

I know that they will fix what needs to be fixed on my car. You can trust them to take care of your car and do the job right. Believe that the price paid for the service performed is fair, and that the work was done in a timely fashion. Will definitely be back when work is needed.

I just got my minivan ready to go this is one of the best places to get your car fixed. they have great service nice people great work done for very low prices. they are fast and do a great job. i don't think anyone else could beat there prices. i recommend this to anyone

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!!!! I feel everyone else cheats you out of what s really going on with your car for money . But they are very honest, professional and affordable! I have a 2010 bmw 328i and I tell you they are great at what they do. Vas and his Brother took great care of my 3series earlier today. Was very professional and prompt. Had valve cover done and rear brakes- all good as new! highly recommend and will be back for future business.

The labor may seem cheap, but it will cost you more in the long run. They like to throw parts at your vehicle without finding out what the problem is. They also use cheap parts despite the suggestions of the car manufacturer. They do not have the technology necessary for today's vehicles. They are not professional enough to admit to a mistake and make problems right.I recently took my vehicle there for a simple problem and after I took it there I started to have more problems. Trusting them I kept coming back to them when I continued to have problems and every time they told me another part was needed and i had to pay more. $730 later with still having a problem I went to the dealership and they told me that Horse Stable put in the wrong part when I first went there. It will cost me $1805 to fix the damages this part caused my car. When I called them they would not own up to their mistake or give any refund. I just asked if I could at least return the parts for a refund and they refused.

These guys are fantastic! They changed the clutch on my car for $300 with very quick turnaround and quality work!Andy is very nice and knows his stuff. Its very hard to find an honest shop that does quality work, and this one does just that. I highly recommend!

Hi everyone! I check out this place with my Mercedes Benz 2017 because I have some noise on front wheels! I m pretty far from mechanical side , but everything from beginning to receiving a car was perfect! Reasonable price, knowledgeable people and great communication! Definitely going to use them again, and strongly recommend!!

Amazing place! I brought them my Viper for maintenance. They were honest and very helpful with the process. Got me the best quality parts and the work was top notch. Very professional people! Will be bringing the Viper back for some modifications in the future.

I was told from an ex employee that horse stable will mount and balance a tire for $10 a piece. So I come here and they charged me double per tire. Then after he takes the tires off he (the mechanic) decides to take his lunch break, knowing that I'm in the waiting room. A 20min job turned into an hour and a half and counting. Terrible customer service. Definitely won't be back.Furthermore, while I had two and a half hours to write my review, the owner (Andy) confronted me about the review I had left and was very rude, at the end of the confrontation he said and I quote"wait and see how long it takes now." Here I am driving down the highway with unbalanced tires, I feel like my wheels are going to fall off. Not only did it cost me full price, but now I have to pay an actual professional to do the job the correct way. If there was a negative star I would leave it.

FIVE STARS!I have been looking for a auto repair shop that I can trust for a long time! I can finally say that I found the perfect shop! Horse Stable offers great service as well as amazing prices! Being a female that does not know a lot about auto repairs I feel comfortable knowing that George and Andy will offer me a great price and service!Thank you again for fixing my brakes!

When it comes to flat out honesty with diagnosis and repair, I have yet to come across any shop/owner better than Vas and his venture with Horse Stable Automotive. I've brought a slew of vehicles here with a slew of issues, and each and every time the repair costs less than my own well versed estimate (I used to run a shop of my own). Bring your cars here and be amazed by how well things can go for you.

I believe under new ownership now. A great place to come for great service. Great people and a reasonable price. Did an oil change and cabin filter change on my 2015 BMW 328 for around 100 bucks

Took my 335i in for an oil pan gasket (common issue). These guys had it repaired the next day for nearly half the cost of everybody else while sending picture updates on facebook. Great price and quick service.

I don't usually leave reviews, but I felt like i should share my great experience with other car enthusiasts. I always wanted to own a custom built turbo bmw E34. After doing months of research, i took it to Horse Stable Automotive simply due to the fact that they were very knowledgeable on turbo setups and was inspired by one of the owner's turbo datsun. Guys did an amazing job, rebuilt my whole engine including bearings, rings, valves, all the gaskets. Did a completely custom turbo setup and did most of the research on their own and recommended best parts. They did my full custom exhaust, custom wiring for ECU and gauges. I really love the way my car turned out, and I feel that I got quality work and I thought it was very reasonable price for the amount of work they did. Andy updated me every week over text messages on the progress of the car and send me pictures of every step done.Its hard to find honest and knowledgeable guys that love what they do.Thank you!

Bad experience. Took my dad's car here when he toasted his clutch. I was quoted a certain cost then charged more at the end. Was told the clutch job would take a couple days. Ended up being 2 weeks. Took them 3 tries to get the right pressure plate and then they charged us more. A good business wouldn't make the customer pay for their mistake. Never going here again. Wouldn't be surprised if I have an issue with the clutch, but it appears the work was complete. Regret not taking off work and doing it myself...my Dad would've wasted money on a car rental either way. Also the bathroom door doesn't close and the place looks filthy.
