$393 for 1 Kelly steer tire, end up paying $600 with fees, balancing, taxes and fees and more fees, oh wait one more fee, you can go to buy a Michelin tire to many other smaller places with $650 installations included, will never use this company again

The team at this location is outstanding. Matt was very patient with me as I had a lot of questions on tires for my RV both before and after the sale. Juan did a terrific job installing my G647 set and balanced them so well I could tell the difference right away on the drive home. I had a lot less vibration than before. Joe helped over the phone with some unusual billing circumstances since I leveraged the FMCA tire buying program (which was very new) through this store. My experience was top notch from start to finish. I highly recommend this team!

Just saw your tire truck speeding down busse, almost rear end a turning vehicle, had to whip the wheel at the last second. When he got to golf rd he held his head back so I couldn't see him. Younger maybe Hispanic male with a black beard and hair.

Amanda C. and her Office/Shop teams are amazing. My truck had a tire and alignment/balancing issue. Amanda advocated on my behalf to our lessor to pay for the service, which they did. Seriously thank you!!!! I was impressed by all of you and was happy to report my experience to Goodyear corporate. I hope they let you guys know how awesome you are. Jupiter the pup says hello ;)

I got a flat on my steer tire. They not only had my tire in stock, but got me right in. I was in and out in under 2 hrs. Staff was exceptional and efficient. Thanks again for getting me back on the road.

worst service possible i had my dodge 3500 towed to do tire swap they told me they only have machines to do semi tires !! (what !) since when anyone is using machine to do semi tires??? fine then can u do a wheel swap i have a spare ? they told me they don't have the tools to do so ((what!!! commercial tire store ) so they went on to drinking their coffee i will never ever come back to this place the irony is they do advertise small truck service right on board in the office !!

Great place, I have 2015 KW t660. I had bad alignment all three axles. I don t know there names but the whole team was very helpful, took them hour and only 296.00 thank you

They even didn t check my truck and send me suspension service. If you guys coming here, first go to the shop and check your suspension.

It would be nice to give this place less than one star. Their service is horrible and in my case it was dangerous. I brought my company truck for a new tire and they put the wrong tire and did not bother to notify somebody. The tire blew up driving down the highway and almost lost control of the vehicle. Stay away from this place or double check their work if you have to use their services.

These guys are lazy as hell. I was there at 3:20 PM for alignment and steering tire balance and they did not want to take me in because they close at 5, saying it will take. Around 2 hours for the whole thing. I went to Louie's tire, they finished everythinh in one hour.

People here are very friendly and knowledgeable in commercial vehicle tires. They take the time to inspect the vehicle before the work is done. If the repair is unnecessary then they will tell you why the repair is not needed and when to expect next service

The West Memphis Goodyear commercial tire center is a great facility the people there are highly professional and are willing to help you maintain your commercial vehicle don't forget to ask for Terry the shop supervisor wonderful professional who help you anyway I can also if you are on operator they offer a commercial account with very reasonable terms they have locations all over the United States that will help you keep your preventive maid service on your trucks check them out

Didn't do any alignment on the truck and still charged me. They didn't even check if the suspension on the truck is ok for the money I spend there. Avoid that shop.

AVOID! THEY WORK WITH MOTEL 6 TO HAVE VEHICLE TOWED ILLEGALLY. THEY AREN'T SELLING MUCH TIRES THESE DAYS SO THEY STARTED THIS SCAM..THEY HAD MY LEGALLY PARKED VEHICLE TOWED . COST ME $520!!

These guys know there stuff. Owned my father and son. Unbelievably knowledgeable. These guys work on anything from model T's to semi trucks. Heak they even fixed my log splitter!

If you need heavy duty truck tires this is the place to go. They gave me the reasons behind my tire issues and no hard sell tactics I plan on bringing all my trucks to this store.

These people are very disrespectful of person's time and property. I was told an appointment time but they didn't start even looking at it when I came in. They caused damage to my vehicle by being careless. A whole day was gone waiting for just a few tires to be changed. God damn imbeciles!

Unprofessional ... they sell long time stocked tires that will blown like popcorn in week on hwy cheaters and wrong doing people don t try to deal with them its waisting time and your money ZERO STAR !!!

Bad service, find a different place, they won't respect appointments, they left the bolts loose when aligning and I was told to pay again if adjustment was needed!
