I have been taking all my cars to EGM for years. Randy, Russ and the team have always been honest about what repairs have to be done and the work is completed effectively.The entire team is honest about the repairs needed without any additional unnecessary expense. Most importantly they have some master technicians that do the job properly. I m always impressed!! Thank you

Have trusted Manny and Russ for more years and cars than I can count. Just had power-steering repair done. I was kept in the loop as to what needed fixing, and nothing was done without my knowledge & approval.They come highly recommended for anyone looking for high-quality work at decent pricing.

My uncle usually fixes my car but he was unavailable. I was worried if I went elsewhere I would get bamboozled but I needed my brakes done ASAP so I brought my car to EGM. The guys there were so nice and I definitely didn t feel pressured into anything extra. No bamboozling here! I was able to drop my car off the night before and pick up the next day. Everything was an easy breeze. Highly recommend

EGM was able to get me scheduled very quickly. I dropped my truck off first thing in the morning and picked it up in later the same day. Everyone I spoke to and worked with were all very courteous and professional. I would recommend EGM for service!

Very honest mechanics that fixed my muffler and a few other things that were not working on a used vehicle I purchased. They were very reasonable, did not try to sell me on unnecessary work, and they also provide a car shuttle to and from home. They will be servicing my vehicle as needed in the future. A++++

My first time visit was a pleasant experience. The staff was very courteous and kind and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend EGM for service on your vehicles I'd like the communication via text, email, making an appointment was easy and they were right on time.

First time client~EGM was recommended on multiple local social media groups, so I called them on a Wednesday for brake inspection/quote and they called back with results & a plan mid-day. Rear pads, rotors and right rear caliper needed to be replaced. Part ordered & car was ready first thing Friday morning for pick up. Couldn t be more pleased with service, price and courtesy. Front brakes will need attention in the next few months and I ll be back. Thanks, guys!

Correctly diagnosed a check engine code and made repair. Likewise with brakes. Did a fantastic job on a older classic vehicle. Randy and Russ kept me informed in a timely fashion and explaining the situation. I will continue to keep them as my go to repair shop. Subsequent work was also required, which was performed expertly in a very timely fashion. Great shop and excellent service and mechanics. Latest visit for unrelated issue was again diagnoswd and performed expertly in a very timely manner. I really appreciate Manny and his team's desire to help you. One of our vehicles required repair and the issue was quickly diagnosed. The repair was done professionally and efficiently in spite of the inclement weather. This is an update to my original review. I now have taken 3 cars to EGM Automotive and I am still greatly satisfied with their service and customer service. My son will take his car soon also. *****I strongly recommend this auto repair service. This was my first time here and it was surprisingly clean from other shops I have been in and I was immediately greeted with a smile which I find also rare in this type of business. I had my brakes replaced and fluid flushed. From start to finish, it was a great experience and I will be using them as my preferred auto repair service moving forward!Service: General repairs & maintenance

I took my 2011 Honda CR-V to EGM at the recommendation of my sister and niece, who said the team there was straightforward with them and gave good advice that suggested they wouldn't just do a big repair for the money. I had a check-engine light. They conducted the full analysis of codes and found a leak, actually a broken bolt in the manifold connecting the catalytic converter to another pipe (forgive me if I don't translate that exactly perfectly). So an exhaust issue. With the repair, my Honda actually sounds the quietest it's been in years (I wonder why it hadn't been caught earlier at other places). EGM also pointed out a deteriorating pipe connected to the thermostat, told me it'd be something to fix down the road -- and they called Honda to learn the pipe is on a fairly big back order. They gave me decent advice on what to watch for and the looming question of whether to sell the old vehicle or keep it.So I found EGM a smaller garage that's not so corporate and therefore can give you good advice and not just kinda automated recommendations, but is big enough to allow you to set up appointments online, to send text messages ahead of the appointment and following up, and to email about the appointment. They'll clearly work with you on the options, costly or not. The repair did take a few business days -- I had to call on the second day that had been promised to get a status -- but I was not in a hurry and this was during a deep freeze that had taken hold of the area. So far so good with EGM.

As a first time customer I was very impressed. I was having an issue with tire pressure and made an appointment as I live a few miles away from EGM. They were very helpful in explaining what might be the issue and how they would approach things. It was determined that a tire replacement was best and then we told me about different kind of tires and made a recommendation for a brand which was not the most expensive but the best for my card. I ll be back!Service: Tires

If you're searching for professional, courteous and thorough auto service may I recommend EGM. My 01 Silverado needed a fuel pump replacement which was replaced in less than 2 days. I'm back on the road thanks to Randy and his top flight technicians. With the cost of new vehicles skyrocketing, keeping my 21 year old Chevy on the road is more important than ever.

We had a good experience taking our car to EGM. They fixed our wheel bearing quickly and inexpensively, and they gave us reasonable recommendations for future service. We didn't feel pressure to complete all service immediately, and they helped us come up with a realistic timeline to get the work done. We appreciated the great service provided.

Great customer service!!Needed my tire repaired right away (found 2 diff nails in it). Manny (owner) responded to my after hours text immediately. Russ (manager) called me next morning before 730 am to tell me to come right over, he could get it taken care. Will definately be going back for future car services.

Stopped on a whim since the shop is in area I work. Spoke with Russ to get a worse case pricing on my 2011 Explorer. I made an appointment to get a hands on estimate. I was very surprised that the actual repair was about 1/2 of the verbal quote. My repair is resolved.I'm also very happy that I stopped in and I will be using them for both my future needs and will be referring EGM to others.Thank you Russ

Recently visited EGM Automotive for an oil change. In the process of inspecting my vehicle, I was advised my battery needed to be replaced. A big thank you to the EGM team for saving me from being stranded and/or needing a tow.
