Very happy with the service I received. Referral through insurance and this company has the best reviews and location for me. It was the best surprise to have by car fully cleaned and have a little treat when I got back to it. Absolutely made this whole experience much better. Highly recommend.

Oh my gosh, I m blown out of the water with the amazing work these awesome people did. Nick, took care of my truck right away. It was a low point for me and money was tight and my truck got pretty messed up, Nick worked with me and they are very pro first responders which was awesome to hear. The price was way way cheaper than competitors, I would recommend everyone to this place. Within a week my truck was ready to go brand spanking new! Thank you so much to everyone at that place! If I could give them 10 stars I would. I have been raving about Cosmetic Collision to everyone I know and saying if they EVER need any body work to go to this place. Nick was sooooooo wonderful. I felt like an old friend on my visit. Everyone I dealt with provided exemplary service. I can't say enough about this place. And, their quote/price was about 1/2 of what another repair shop was going to charge me for the exact same repairs!!! The repair they did on my car is unbelievable (see the before and after pics).............looks like a brand new bumper was added instead of being repaired. Truly unbelievable. I am beyond ecstatic from first walking into the shop to receiving my repaired car. I can't stress enough how much I highly recommend this shop. Thank you to Nick and his staff!!!!!

Overall, I had a great experience with the entire team at Cosmetic Collision Center. The customer service is the best I ve seen in a while, and my car looked great. I would definitely recommend.

They did great work on my daughter's car. Nick the owner was very nice to me and answered all the questions I had plus the one's my daughter forgot. THANKS to your staff as well, this is how a business should function.

If I could, I would give this place 0 stars. Nick wouldn t want to service me and I feel racially discriminated because I am Mexican he was REALLY rude. I recommend DAVE AND JIMS. All my car needed was a new headlight.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

After a close encounter with a Chicago street sweeper, my driver's side mirror was no more. The folks at Cosmetic diagnosed the damage quickly and delivered a top-notch repair at a surprisingly affordable price.

This review is way past due, but I highly recommend this business to bring your car in for repair. Not only is the body work on point, but overall, the best part is the customer service provided to their clients. Every encounter I have had with those that work here especially Nick has been 100% quality with that old school customer service which is rarely seen nowadays from the initial scheduling for an evaluation of your vehicle to picking up your vehicle. They made every step easy and stress free especially when dealing with the insurance company and rental. My focus was simply to drop off, pick up and they would handle everything else. I truly can't recommend this company enough. The hours may be a little difficult to work with especially if your hours conflict with theirs, but one thing for sure is they are worth the PTO. Your car will not only be in good hands, but you better believe so will you. I don't write Google reviews, but for this company it is well deserving of one. Nick and Steve are great to work with. I had some minor damage to my rear bumper and they did excellent work. They are very easy to do business with and went above and beyond. My 17 year old got into a car accident and smashed the entire driver side bumper, hood and head light. Getting into a car accident is never fun but going into Cosmetic Collision changed that immediately as soon as I walked thru the door. Nick was extremely professional, friendly and honest and got me out in 5 minutes. He also did not allow me to take public transportation and drove me home. I don't get into many car accidents but I also don't know anyone who will go beyond help to ease the customers stress. The turn around time was less than 4 days which is extremely quick. My biggest and greatest satisfaction was when my car was ready and I was not able to pick it up, that concerned Nick and he once again went beyond to arrange for my car to get dropped off to my home. Honestly, no lip service here but I cannot express how happy I am and how this experience has been great with Nick- Cosmetic Collision. I had a great experience here. Nick was super helpful and kept me updated throughout the process of when everything would be done. It was done very fast. I dropped it off Tuesday and it was finished Friday afternoon. I was also very pleased when I picked up my car and the inside was detailed. Highly recommend!

My car got side-swiped and needed a lot of work done. I brought it into Cosmetic Collision and was floored with the level of service and knowledge this team has. They made this into a seamless and easy experience. You can tell they care about you more as a person than as just a customer. Great communication and very helpful in answering all my questions. I hope not to see them anytime soon, but if I need to then I won't hesitate to bring any of my cars back to Cosmetic Collision.

This is the second time I have used them and they did a great job on the car! They even went above and beyond to vacuum and clean the inside of my car too! Definitely would recommend!

I used Cosmetic Collision Center three years ago and returned this year to have even better service! The team blew me away the first time, so I drove 40+ minutes to return this year. They provide the best hospitality and workmanship around, plus everything is affordable and fair! Nick is an incredible owner and goes above and beyond for anyone that walks through his door. He is personable, values excellence, and makes everyone feel like they are old friends. Ex. I inquired about purchasing tires and Nick invited me into his office while he made some phone calls to get me a quote on the spot. As far as service to the car- it is always beyond my expectations. They ensured the trunk was opening to my satisfaction before they turned the car over to me. They vacuumed, wiped the inside of my mirrors, and gave the car a wash. All just because they care! I have had no problems with the quality of their work and I plan on remaining a lifelong customer!

My husband s name is the one on file, but wanted to leave a review for the work done since it was for my car.Cosmetic Collision Center did a fantastic job at fixing the hail damage on my car. They found a pretty significant amount of damage (even in places I couldn t notice) and made sure to lay out exactly where the damage was in the estimate. They were very accommodating when scheduling the work to be done and the drop off of the car.Another plus was that they finished my car ahead of schedule and we were able to pick it up sooner.I would 100% return here if additional work is needed on my car in the future and will recommend to others

We've had them work on my wife's 2006 Camry twice now and both times they did excellent work at a reasonable price. They've offered sensible shortcuts to minimize our cost without compromising the results, and we really appreciate that on our older cars. I ve dealt with Nick in the past, sent my daughter to have her car repaired and needed to have my Mustang convertible cleaned up for better resale. Came to get my front bumper fixed after I was in a little fender bender, Nick and his team were very efficient and super informative. Nick called me every step of the way and I had my car back in a weeks time. He also took a look at my air conditioning which was acting a little funky and fixed it free of charge! So happy that I picked Cosmetic Collision for my repair. 10/10 would recommend!Services: Painting, Air conditioning

Dinged up the front of my car in a very odd spot and needed to get a dent out and some paint repair. Nick was the first one I went to for a quote and I'm not sure why I wasted my time getting others. His quote blew everyone out of the water. My car was also done 24hours later and looked flawless. Hopefully I don't need a body shop again but If I do, I will definitely be bringing my business to Cosmetic Collision CenterServices: Painting, Body & Trim

I was involved in a fender bender and was recommended to check out Cosmetic Collision from my family. They have all used Cosmetic Collision several times and were very impressed with the work done, I can attest to their praise. Jesse was very helpful right from the beginning giving me a quote and getting me scheduled in. Dropped the car off and returned to find my car looking better than new! My car has a pearl white finish and the new paint work blends in seamlessly with the rest of the car. Added bonus, my car came out cleaner than when it went into the shop. Thanks again for the great service!

While it's never fun to have to get your car repaired, Cosmetic Collision makes it the best possible experience. They were quick to schedule the estimate, efficient in scheduling the repair and even drove me to the rental place for a loaner. My car was ready as promised and looked amazing. My family has used them a few times and every experience has gone smoothly. Jesse is fantastic! The little touches set them apart from others. Highly recommend them!

I don't often post review's like this but I wanted to for Cosmetic Collision. I had a dent in the door of my 2011 Grand Cherokee and Cosmetic repaired it like new. Nick saw me through the entire process and was quick to answer any questions along the way. They get the job done right at a reasonable price. I will be recommending this place to family and friends in the future. Thanks for the great experience!
