I would like to take a moment and submit this review to share my experience with the rest of the world. I was devastated when my car was smashed by another driver and I found out that her Insurance wasn t the greatest. Luckily, Collision Experts was on their approved list and I was able to get my car fixed.I called Collision Experts and talked to Tom, and he was able to get my car into his body shop in two days ! He assured me that the job will be done in a timely manner with great results. In a couple of days he called me with an update, and week later he called me to let me know that I can pick up my car !I was so happy. I finally had my car repaired, and all covered by the insurance of the other driver that caused the accident. No additional costs out of my pocket. The job was excellent ! This place is the old school, detail oriented body shop where they value their craftsmanship and combine it with affordable prices. Win, win situation. I highly recommend this place. Now I know a trustworthy mechanic and body shop that can make quality repairs. Thank you guys for taking care of my Subaru. Sincerely - Mar

This is my third time coming here. They always do a great job. I ve had my door fixed it had dents on it. Got my bumper fixed and oil tank. My car looks even better than when I first bought it. Very professional staff I keep coming back.

They work with insurance companies and they do a terrible job!u have to wait longer then u should and they call u every other day with a new problem but never fix it then to find out they fixed nothing just dummied the car up !fixed the outside for the looks

Tom is the manager and I worked directly with him, amazing guy, very nice and extremely helpful. My car was in an accident (2015 Audi A3) and he worked with me to get the body work done perfectly and took care of some engine work that it needed as well. If you have a higher end vehicle he can and will get the job done quickly and hassle free.Services: Transmission, Steering & suspension repair, Body & Trim

Great experience with Tom, he did some extensive body work on my Tesla S and the results are excellent. The car looks like new, Tom kept his promises and delivered on time. Overall I am very happy with the outcome. Highly recommended body shop.

Collision experts auto body was very professional. They did a fantastic job on my car. They went above and beyond to make sure that my car looked brand new. The punctuality of their service was phenomenal. My car was finished with full repairs in a week. Most places that I have experienced took weeks to give my car attention. I appreciate all of the hard work they did and the customer service I was given. If anything happens to my car again I will be coming back to this place again. Thank you !

I have an '08 Acura TL that needed some pretty extensive body and engine bay alignment work done. Tom (the Owner) mainly deals with Insurance claims so, I was a bit apprehensive about taking my car here especially, after having to deal with the other parties Insurance Company. But, after talking and meeting with Tom, I felt at ease with how the repair process and the time it would take to get my car back, would go. I mean, I was kept up to date from the time my car was pulled into the garage, up to the time the last retaining clip was put on. I will definitely be coming back to Tom for any future repair needs. I would highly recommend Collision Experts to anyone out there looking for outstanding body/frame repair work, excellent customer service and a fast turn around time.Thanks Tom!

Tom was excellent. Some of the parts were delayed (expected) but he kept me inform of all the updates. Car looks fantastic. I would take my car here again in the future if I need to.

The owner of Collision Experts Tom is an extremely helpful guy made the stressful situation more bearable. The work that him and his team did to my car is great looks just as good as the day I bought it. After goin to other shops threw insurance company and them sayin they couldn't get me in until March, I'm glad I chose to go to Tom and Collision Experts. I would definitely go to him again and I highly recommend this shop.

Tom did a great job of repainting my Lexus for its scratches due to a hit-and-run accident. A Lexus dealer had given me a quote more than twice the amount that Tom did it for. Thank you for such a quality work!

I believe it was Tom the one that helped me out. He was professional and honest. The job took a little longer than expected but that was because of my insurance. Otherwise, the overall process was fast and the result was great. I would definitely recommend this place.

Bought my car for a side door repair. It took them 4 weeks to complete. Owner gabe me an excuse that he wasn't feeling well and his employees were sick. He was the one who told me when to bring in my vehicle after getting the estimate approval from my insurance company. Will never go to this location again.

Going through someone elses insurance, your always leary of the shop they make you use, especially an insurance company like american access (-10 stars), but i have to say i was plesantly suprised by the level of professionalism and quality of the work the guys have done with my vehicle. They were quick to get my repair done and are always available if you have questions. They took very good care of my car and will not hesitate to use them again if i need a body shop.

I took my car here to get repaired after a claim and the issues followed. After 2 months for a non-complex fix I get my car back with a broken hub cap, scratched window tints and a right side window that won't roll down. Please please avoid this place they are no where near professional.

I came in for a window replacement, they did a great job and I found them friendly and easy to communicate with. I found their price is competitive for the neighborhood and would recommend them to all my friends.
