The sales consultant, Mauricio Hernandez, was absolutely wonderful with helping us buy a new car and making sure that we were shown all the new features of the car how to work them. He went out of his way along with the other people involved in the sale to make us want to recommend them to other people.

Well, to start with it was an outstanding experience that my wife and I have not had in a very - very long time. The sales representative Marcionio Hernandez was top notch, he treated us like family. His knowledge on the vehicle was spot on. He took the time to go over everything, as well as giving us a class on how to set up and use the electronic dash board.The sales department went above and beyond to help us finance our new vehicle. They truly took their time and found the best deal for us. Everyone is so immensely nice, personal, professional and all had amazing senses of humor.Thank You

I am not sure if I can truly articulate how EPIC my experience was at Castle Chevy North in Elk Grove. I had a pretty horrible experience at another Castle dealership, but my wife urged me to give Castle North a shot. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Sales Consultant, Mike. Mike felt my negative vibe right off the bat but quickly defused my attitude and I felt like he was a guy that I could trust. Upon hearing what I went through, he QUICKLY introduced me to Ed who was the Sales Manager. Both of these extraordinary individuals heard our situation and IMMEDIATELY made us feel at home. My wife and I didn t need a test a drive, we knew what we wanted, and we were set on what we were going to pay. With that being said, Mike went way above and beyond, and I received more than what I expected! When it came time for payment arrangements, Ed, and Fabian (THE General Manager) outlined every option and gave us an interest rate that would blow any dealership out of the water, especially in the state of this economy. This was the FIRST time, in my many years of buying a car, that I was in and out of a dealership in UNDER an hour! The entire staff was not pushy on upsells. When I said NO to any offer, they moved on to the next order of business. At NO point, did I ever feel rushed, pressured, or badgered. These were Sales reps, that actually LISTENED to the customer. I cannot say enough good things about Castle North, and I assure you, they have earned and claimed a customer for life! I am now the proud owner of a Chevy Equinox. This was the car I wanted but it happened because of the honesty, personalities and ethics of Mike, Ed, and Fabian! Thank you, guys, for a GREAT experience!

I want to give my appreciation and recognition to sales associate MAURICIO HERNANDEZ. An Outstanding Professional in his field, (he was also waiting outside for me to greet me at my appointment) he took his time to make sure all my questions/concerns were answered and made purchasing my new car a smooth and clear process.I must also give thanks to the financing department staff, very professional, for working with me and making the paperwork process very efficient (I had to be out the door for work before 1pm and they worked diligently to meet that time)I highly recommend, Castle Chevy Elk Grove for anyone interested, and to contact MAURICIO HERNANDEZ, for any sales inquiries.

I bought a vehicle at this location (Elk Grove) from John Lee (I believe his name was) and I have to say the experience was very professional. I wanted a used car, and they were able to negotiate a reasonable price. I then started to experience some issues a couple weeks after purchase. During the time of the maintenance working on my vehicle, I received notifications from the "MyChevy" app which informed me of further more issues happening while the vehicle was being serviced. The maintenance worker attempted to charge me for the new issues, and I requested the manager. Usually, I'm not the kind of person to run to a manager, but I think we can all agree if you only experience 1 thing wrong, request service, and more issues begin to pop up after/during the service you would to (especially if they try to charge you for the issues that did not occur prior to the service). The manager, I believe his name was Zack, assured me the expenses would be covered and assured me that is not how they do business there. Zack further informed me his team does business the right way. That in fact he did. As someone whose heard the horror stories of buying a used car, this was the total opposite. Big thank you to the Manager Zack, and John Lee for being very understanding, helpful, and reasonable. I can assure you if you buy any type of vehicle here, you will be satisfied with the outcome. Thank you again!

Went in for an oil change and new battery. I waited for car as I thought how long could that take, right? Well after 2hr and 45 min with no communication from service manager (Brian), I walked to service area to see if they forgot about me! No, they were still charging old battery? Told me they were going to write up estimate and would let me know! After another 45 min Brian walked over and handed me bill and said car was done.My biggest complaint was there was zero communication through entire process. Not even a text to let me know where we were in process (how hard is that?). An FYI I bought my corvette at this dealership(Hoskins then) in 2006 and have been using your service department ever since! Never had such poor service!

Zach was very nice. Explained what was going on with my car. Just wish I was able to get a loaner vehicle so that I didn t have to stay at the dealership all day. Unfortunately, I had to bring my car back 2 more times after the work was done. But Zach was very apologetic. And the issue was resolved completely the next morning. Very thankful, that everything was taken care of.

Castle Chevrolet North is a great dealership with a nice, friendly, and very accommodating staff. They helped me find the perfect vehicle for me and my wife, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a car.The only issue I had was that it took a little long to process us and get us to the finance advisor, but that wasn't their fault; the person ahead of us was having issue with their financing. But other than that minor complaint, I still thought it was a great place.

Mike Pirozzoli is an awesome sales person. He has a great personality and made the process of getting me in to a vehicle smooth and seamless. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from him. I purchased the 2023 Chevy Malibu RS and I love all of the features such as CarPlay, Backup Camera, and Lane Assist.

Pat O'brien was very pleasant. He answered all of my questions and seemed genuinely honest and sincere. I didn't feel hassled or pressured to purchase extras I didn't want, like an extended warranty, unlike the last dealership I went to when I bought a vehicle. Everyone I dealt with at Castle treated me kindly and respectfully.

All staff Zac,Mike,Brian and Don are all top notch. Have been bringing my vehicles here for years and trust nobody else. The dealership may not have sold us any cars over the the years but the service is the best. Wish the sales team could learn from the service team.

This is the best Chevrolet in the area. I ve had oil changes here and have been handle by Zach each time. They are fast, very friendly, and overall have never had a single complaint! The cashier lady on Saturday, I didn t get her name but she was lovely as well. Rachel Kovel helped getting my appt set up and gave me a great deal! If I could give 10/10 stars I would but I can only give 5/5! (Also very clean!)

A great experience with Mike Pirro. He made sure I had all the necessary paperwork to apply for the state and federal rebates. One thing, however could have been mentioned. When I bought the car, the infotainment panel was on demo mode. Not knowing this I was a bit irritated that I had to pair my phone every time I got in the call. But a call to Onstar resolved the issue. Been driving the Bolt for 2 weeks and really enjoy it.

My SUV was at the dealership from February 19th until March 25, 2024. I was mostly in the dark on what was going on with the vehicle. I had to be the one to call and find out information. Customer service was subpar. Also, when I picked up the vehicle the gas tank was not filled. I would think common courtesy would be to give me back the car with a full tank of gas. Especially after they had been test driving it. Chevy was contacted directly due to the car being at the shop for over a month.
