Great service at this place, just get there we ll before their closing time (8pm). Twice now, I ve gotten there 7:40 pm, to find lights on, doors locked, and the guys in there signal that they are closed already.

I was told I needed to have a new air filter and new cabin filter for my car and because I always buy my batteries at AutoZone I immediately contacted the Elk Grove location to get pricing information. I spoke with Manny who was very very helpful and I appreciate it his kindness.

Went here this AM. Needed a battery. Was taken care of by Kendall. He was very knowledgeable & quick with installing a new battery. Was in and out in no time. GREAT service.

Poor customer service by management/ team leaders. Someone by name of Sal or saul was on bad toxic mood. Had bad attitude. Demonstrated very poor customer service.. and he is part leadership ? Wow!! So much room for improvement at this location. I felt like I was an inconvenience by asking questions all while employees were on their cell phones. Had very bad experience. Competitors show significantly better service! This place has ZERO PROFESSIONALISM. Elk Grove Village DESERVES BETTER !!

Not gonna lie, was trying to cut corners and get the job done. But after picking up my parts, I left with more knowledge than I got on YouTube. Not sure about other locations but this Elk Grove spot got the smarts. Autozone is definitely for DIYers .Oh yea They take 5Gals of used oil after your oil change.

The manager at AutoZone in Elk Grove Village was super helpful!He diagnosed my battery was bad and changed it out in 5 minutes.I was able to get home quickly to pass out candy for Halloween.Thank you for the excellent customer service!

My car battery died at the nearby Jewel and the gentleman that assisted me was very helpful in locating the replacement, and offered to me to temporarily borrow their tools and a cart because the battery and tool tray were too heavy to carry. This is not the first time I've had a good experience here, but it was a very nice offer to borrow tools that I'll probably never need to ever use again. EGV store Register #11 and CSR #04 at 9:45am on Sep 20. Thanks!!!

My car died outside, with my daughter in the rain and Reyna was just the most helpful sweetest person. My car issue turned out to be much more serious but she got it running and stayed with us the entire time. She was extremely knowledgeable as well!

Urgently needed to see why my car was acting up so I went in to ask to have them to hook up to my car to see the issue. Not only was there one person working there who said they couldn't help because he was alone, but the guy barely looked up at me from his phone while he was playing some game. First time being at this location, definitely not coming back.

I just need to sing the praises of Autozone on Biesterfield. I could go on and on talking about how much they saved me today! I was putting in a new headlight at my house when I realized I had the wrong bulb. I got in the car with my 3 kids, took it back and the exchange was easy. Go back outside to install it, and Christiana came out to help me. Unfortunately I m clueless and asked her to change the wrong bulb. Regardless, she and Saul (I hope I m getting his name right!!), the manager, helped with the CORRECT bulb. At this point they go in and I start the car. It s dead. Did I mention the 3 kids? I haul them back inside, and they jumped my car without hesitation. Noticed corrosion on the battery and tested it. It was so low there was no guarantee it would start again. They made it SO easy to get the new battery with all my kids in tow and installed it while my daughter slept. I cannot recommend them enough!!! Thanks Christiana and Saul!

I went there to buy some oil and filter. I walked in and a sweet older man is dealing with a woman who cant read. I waited at counter and waited, and waited. There were two individuals in gray shirts completely oblivious to time and space. Never said hello, someone will be right with you, not a word, a smile nothing. I believe the highlight of their day is a Facebook post. I'll go back to Advance Auto, thanks

I had gone to Auto Zone for help with windshield hose issues.What I was told I needed was a y connectorI was being helped by a manager name Saul Tlatenchi he was very helpful he went as so far to actually replace the part for me in the parking lot and mind you it was a cold and windy day but he did it 100%.I was very happy customer and I have too say thumbs up to Saul Tlatenchi if anyone needs help ask for him you will be a happy customer I know I am.So now my daughter has a windshield washer working properly and we all know how much we need them espically in the winter.Thank you Saul Tlatenchi again

My coworkers girlfriend works near us and drops him off on her way to work. A coolant hose burst when she was pulling into work. I drove my coworker to see the car and figure out what went wrong and drove him to the store to get the parts. The worker was able to help us get the right hose and helped us get new clamps too. The worker also helped make sure we got the coolant as obviously the car lost it when the hose burst.

AutoZone is a nice auto parts store. I got something I have been needing for a long time. I also replaced my headlights with brighter ones, the dealer would have killed you financially to do.

They took the info from the OBD-II reader and let me know it was just an issue with my gas cap. The CEL ended up turning off a couple days later just like they said it would.

The person helping me didnt habe any interest on helping me i asked questions as to how to install a light bulb on my car and his attitude was you don't know that and didn't probided any information and while on my way back toy car the lady next to the cash register commented aldo that she needed help replaving her light bulb

Great location. Nice employees and good selection. Had a return and it was very easy too.
