You can find anything over there. Good shop for heavy duty. The price is reasonable for great chicago area.

Very low quality parts they will not warranty anything you are better off ordering parts from Amazon or eBay they re better built than the Chinese parts they have DO NOT BUY BRAKE DRUMS!!!!

the manager is an inadequate person 3 months ago I bought an injector from them as a spare, it was time to change it, it didn t fit, they wanted to return it or exchange it for the right one, they refused return the money or exchange for the desired one

Very good customer service. Miguel helped us out and took his time to actually look and help us out with exactly what we needed. Very patient and understanding. Very nice to come to a place looking for help and having a person help you without being rood or not even trying to help. Thank you Miguel

Came in on Saturday purchased 2 ruber bumpers for my trailer. Paid $41.67 total for both. Came in the following Monday 2 days later for return and they don't have $41.67 in Register. They keep insisting giving me store credit and I refused it. Or wait 24 days for check in mail for refund. Can you belive this....This is so unheard of.

Went here recently, a very fine young gentleman helped me out with any questions and concerns I had, I believe his name was Wheeler. Such a fantastic experience will definitely be coming here again to ask Wheeler some questions.

I want to thank Sam for helping me with locating the parts and the advice he gave me when my trailer was broken down on the road.I have always have had a good experience when I have come into the store, but this experience with you has extended to me when I needed help on the road. It's nice to have this kind of backup.You guys are a wonderful team and keep up the good work.

It's good place to shop for all your big rig needs . Guys over at this place are helpful and very friendly. I highly recommend this place for all truckers . I will keep giving them my business any time I need something for my tractor. Great job guys keep up the friendly faces and the good customer service .

The parts professionals at the counter are EXACTLY that they are PROFESSIONALS these guys are incredible extremely quick and affordable parts and they have pretty much almost anything you would ever need even if the dealer says it s back ordered they probably have it! I strongly recommend Acme as my preferred parts vendor

It's a good to have store for truck parts, but their customer service has a long way to go. If you have a problem with any of the parts purchased there, they will say it's your fault (in my case those dual tire inflating CAT eyes). If I can avoid the store, I will in the future.

The employees at acme belong in the zoo working with animals they have no business dealing with customers, the owner is a joke stands there while the employees disrespect customers, this place is awful I will drive cross country before I buy anything from them .

Stood at the counter and was utterly ignored by at least four employees. One guy was about 2' away typing on a computer, didn't even look up. I smiled and tried to be patient. Watched one guy eating and talking on the phone 5' away. I'm sure they do plenty of business and don't care about mine but there is no reason not to say 'just give me one minute' and I'd say 'take your time'. Haven't been disrespected as a customer like that in a long time, maybe ever.

We bought a new starter for a truck with a one year warentee my starter broke we took it in they kept the truck for 4 weeks and they did not do anything about it and the workers are rude and I showed them the recipet about that ive had it for 5 months and they told me that they had to take it some where and now my truck is broken down and cant move so dont rely on this company and they told me thats not my problem and we dont care so please be aware of this company it is not a good company!!!

If your looking for truck parts this is the place to go. They have a lot of parts instock and ready to go. The large sales staff is awesome to deal with. Get here for all your truck parts needs.

Selling defective parts, when I asked for my money back has been told they will not return me the amount. Very rude people. Will never again come here.

I needed some parts for my flatbed trailer then I stopped at this place the people here are really helpful and their prices are pretty decent I was in an out pretty fast

They have almost everything for your truck, i mean it in a very good way. But if your not a regular, you will have to be patient, you'll have to step up and yell your way to the counter in order to talk to the staff.

A great place to get parts little bit on the pricey side but they normally have what you want bad thing is no one has a sense of humor and poor attitudes so five stars for having everything you want three stars for bad attitudes

Truck parts only but very good service. The people inside are always willing to work with you you can find almost everything and nothing 4 semis and semi trailers as well as some stuff for a regular trailer for box truck
