They did amazing work on my car after an accident and provided guidance on dealing with the other person's insurance company which helped tremendously. They also communicated with me on updates regarding parts and happily answered my questions. I highly recommend them!

Let me clear something up, the rating should have been more than six stars here. I ve dealt with 3J auto for the past two years as I have leased a car from them.Unfortunately, I was not able to keep the car, but the thing is they have been upstanding, caring, and have bent over backwards to make sure that I had a vehicle to get to work and to take my daughter to her doctors appointments. I ve never met such upstanding people like I ve met here. Whenever something happened with the vehicle, they always offered to fix it at a reasonable price. There s been times when I miss payments or I wasn t able to pay that week and they would work with me. I highly recommend 3J Auto because of the type of people they are. In this world it s hard to find, honest and caring people who will look at the big picture and understand. I feel because they are a family owned business and they believe in family values. Thank you for giving me faith in humanity again.

My car was towed here after accident. From my first phone call to the shop, I received the highest standard of customer service. Juan, the shop owner and his daughter Esmeralda, who manages the office are super friendly and honest and it is apparent that they truly care about their customers and the reputation of their business. My car ended up being totaled so I did not have repairs done, but because of the level of service I received from this shop, I would definitely chose 3J Auto Body if I needed repairs done in the future.

Juan & his team were extremely helpful and kept me updated throughout the whole process. My car had been stolen (Hyundai) and Juan assured me that my car would be repaired to the best of his ability-Which he did! The wait was not long at all for most Hyundai parts being on back order, and Juan always kept me informed on how my vehicle was coming along. I've grown assured that Juan works with integrity and will definitely go to him for other issues + recommend him to those around me. I brought my car to 3 Jay after someone hit my car and left the scene. Needless to say I was already on edge about my experience, after my insurance body shop wanted to keep my car 12 weeks. 3 Jay performed amazing work, got my car back to swiftly and kept me informed every step of the way. They kept my mind at ease in a stressful situation & my car looked flawless. When I picked up my car, they showed me all the parts taken off & walked me through all repairs that were completed. About a week later I had an issue, that I am now sure was not related to the repairs completed, they were more than willing to take a look and again help me. If you want flawless work, to be treated like family, and get your car back in a reasonable time come to this shop!Service: Body & Trim

I had some minor body work done on my car. Juan's daughter was kind enough to take me home, as well as pick me up, once the work was complete. A few details needed to be corrected, and so they were by Juan and a worker. Thank you for the work done. I would recommend this shop to whomever.

Car accidents are never a fun experience, especially when it s your teenage daughter s first. From start to finish we were treated like family from everyone at 3Js. Juan did the initial estimate with my daughter and explained everything to her. Everyone was super helpful and accommodating - staying a little late so we could drop her car off after work. And even coming back when I left my cell phone in her car. While I hope I don t have another accident any time soon I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone. It s not often you find a company these days who really pride themselves in customer service and truly make their customers feel valued. Right in line with their customer service their work is impeccable - and she s beyond excited to get it back!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Such an amazing service that I received, I could not have been happier! They fixed my water pump that had burst and also fixed my bumper/fender from a previous accident. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Juan really took his time and explained everything that was done to my car and made sure I understood everything. I have gone to other places where they try to overcharge me because they see a girl and think I won t notice. But not here, my experience at 3J Auto was the complete opposite! Everyone was so welcoming, professional, friendly and helpful. Overall I would definitely recommend 10/10!Service: Body & Trim

3 J Auto Body is amazing! My truck got swiped half way up the drivers side when it was parked at my work and I brought it to the shop for an estimate. The owners, Juan and Nallely, were very thorough and explained every detail of what was going to happen and approximately how long it would take to repair. They were very responsive and made me feel very comfortable. They made this stressful experience very smooth and I left extremely satisfied with the results and how I was treated. Awesome job to Juan and crew! Hopefully this wont happen again, but if I ever need any body work, I'm coming here first! I highly recommend this shop to anyone who is looking for great, honest, detailed and quick service. Thanks again!

I got in a car accident with my Mitsubishi and Juan did a good job on color matching and they gave the car back before I expected, it looked like nothing happened to it!! They did a really good job on cleaning the inside of my car (it smells super good) and giving it a nice shine on the outside. I will recommend friends and family come at this body shop. The owner is really nice and I like the way they worked. 10/10 thank you!!

If I could give this shop 10 stars, I would!! First of all, the service was fantastic! Juan truly cares about his customers and wants to make them happy. He went above and beyond to make the process from this accident claim smooth. In addition, the estimate was extremely fair and reasonable. We got several other estimates and 3J's estimate was on the lower end BUT also listed all the details of the work to be done. The work was superior!!! Juan took extra time to make sure that we were satisfied with the work. I was more than satisfied, the car looks like new! I would HIGHLY recommend 3J Auto Body !!!

Juan Flores and his staff at 3J's Auto Body did a great job fixing up my car after I smashed it. I would highly recommend them - the service was awesome and the quality excellent. I found 3 J Auto Body on Google and I m so glad I did! Juan and his team did an amazing job on my Jeep! My Cherokee passenger door recently got hit and had quite the dent. 3 J Auto made my baby look like it never happened. Juan, the shop owner, was extremely professional and friendly as was his staff. This shop is a bit tricky to find from the road but when you turn in, head all the way to the back on the left, the last door. I took my car in to get a quote for some minor body damage, he was able to give me a quote on the spot and told me he'd give me a call when the parts came in. I had a BMW which I guess is "exotic" so I wasn't surprised it took a little longer to source the parts for such a car, but he was ready to go within a week! I dropped the car off and it was ready the next day, looking brand new. He washed the car and his staff was nice enough to pick me up to get it back. I highly recommend his services!They're also bilingual Spanish and English.Service: Body & Trim

Horrible body shop communication with this shop is non exist first I was told they could not find my claim which was done thru insurance no call back they had the check all along cashed it still no call back an I'm still waiting to get my car fixed appointment was today called 4 times still no call back my first appointment was August 10 still dealing with this with my car Still needing to be fixed nothing I can do because they cashed the check even though at one point I was told by them they received no check

Very happy with the work that was done here to my 1962 Chevy Impala. Juan the owner was very friendly and helpful. He communicated well throughout the entire process. The car was thoroughly gone through prior to painting it. I am very impressed with the result.

This auto shop has many great qualities ! If I could give higher rating I would . They were able to get my car fixed within a few days. Car was ready day promised and they got the job done right . Super friendly staff. Straight forward with the repairs that needed to be done.

I m a State Farm insured and they send me somewhere else for an estimate. I wasn t happy with the estimate they wrote. So I ended up at 3 J Auto Body Inc, because my dad has worked with Juan before. The shop owner is really nice and attentive. He went through the estimate and explained what State Farm was going to cover. I m am very thankful that the vehicle was done in a timely manner because we don t have rental coverage. It was a very stressful situation due to the hit and run but Juan and his staff were very friendly.

I have an awesome customer service experience and outstanding quality of service everytime I need my vehicle serviced. I would highly recommend 3J Auto body for all of your car repairs and maintenance. Everyone's friendly and all work is done professionally and in a timely manner. Such an amazing body shop, they fixed my Jeep like new after a car accident that I had, which damaged my whole front end. The owner Juan is such a friendly and honest business owner. I recommend this body shop 100%, they ll take good care of you and your needs!

Vandals deep scratched my van. Juan and his wife Nayeli were EXTREMELY professional. Juan did a GREAT job removing the scratches and the paintjob is perfect!! Thank you 3J Auto, If I EVER need work done, I'll be sure to bring my car here. Very affordable as well!!

Amazing service - wonderful hospitality - they definitely took care of me and my car will most definitely come back again. I got into an accident, i just got my car back and its like a whole new car, beautiful work and amazing communication with the staff including Juan he just Always kept me updated and i never felt like i didn t know what was happening to my car. Would 100% recommend to anyone

My experience here was awesome! Went in to get a new side mirror installed and Juan got it done quickly and efficiently. I mentioned that one of my doors wasn t opening properly and he looked at it on the spot, saw what was wrong, and saved me so much time and money by fixing it then and there. I would highly recommend!
