Great experience, no wait. John, the manager, is very knowledgeable and friendly. Have been taking my car where John is at everytime. I come in quick, and he gives me honest feedback on the status of my car. The place has three bays ready for any size volume of cars and truck. I have a lift truck, and the bays had no problems with the oil change

My wife and I had a horrible experience at this place. Please AVOID this business. They screwed up bad on my wife s car, treated use rudely, and their customer service line is a joke. They make promises they never keep. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Another out-of-state Valvoline center had not completed my service satisfactorily I spoke with John at this location and he encouraged me to come in and he would take a look at it. John, Anthony, and Betty gave me exemplary services and fixed the problem. They were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable.

Oil change was quick and easy even though my truck has the filter in an odd spot. Prices are a bit high but then again all prices are rising. It's a bit hidden but would recommend

I had been going there for years. I feel they overcharge me and offer things that are not needed. I may not be knowledgeable about cars, but I think I paid for things I didn t necessarily need.

Have used this location often in the past with no problems, though I'd never have called them cheap. Just got oil changed with full synthetic two days ago plus a tire rotation -- about $90 for 5.1 quarts of oil and another $30 for the tire rotation, definitely felt more expensive than the past and definitely pricey. Far worse, I found an oil puddle under the car in my garage afterwards. Went back to them, they claimed they simply neglected to clean waste oil off the frame and "it slowly drips out holes in the frame" -- meanwhile I feel my SUV shaking a bit as they do something that feels more significant than wiping off oil. They refused to compensate me in any way and simply offered to give me a little "oil dry" to address the puddle of oil in my garage. Zero interest in making me whole for my wasted time and the mess their shoddy work resulted in, and zero willingness to provide the name of a more senior manager to address.

Went for an oil change and the attendant started draining my oil prior to me choosing the service. I was quoted what I deemed to expensive and drove away. Upon getting my oil changed somewhere else, they informed me I had hardly any oil in the car. I can only assume the attendant drained my oil and when I wasn't going to pay the exorbitant price, didn't put anything back in it. HIGHLY DO NOT Recommend if you value your vehicle!

AVOID, DO NOT SUPPORT! Place has changed. Came in for an oil change and next day found out I had a tire leak thanks to a drill bit being in one of my tires!!! What's a drill bit doing anywhere near a tire anyway!? Unbelievable and dangerous trying to hide that from me. What happened to Roberto and the old crew??? They were the best. Now I am no longer going to this location or any valvoline location. Where can I file a formal complaint???

Told me 89.99 for an oil change. Once they emptied out all my oil the store manager Charles told me that it was now 99.99. I told him I did not agree to that price and he called me a deuche to my face! What an unprofessional and classless establishment! Midas is $30 cheaper for full synthetic oil change. Much nicer staff and owners as well. :)Service: Oil change

I usually get my oil changed at Valvoline. Never been to this location, and I won't be back.They did not check the air filter. They did not check the lights.I had just filled the washer fluid with the brand I like. They topped it off with their stuff and now the sprayers leave an oily film on the windshield that makes it dangerous to drive. I'm really not sure how I'm going to clean that out of there.

Poor place to work and do business don t come here if you want thieves and pot smokers working on your cars. Used to manage that place even the owner doesn t care about the employees pays 9$hr minus we gotta pay him every week 7$ for uniforms for something he should be providing worst place to work do business. Owner doesn t care about his customer seen him deny plenty of claims even know he knew it was the shops fault. Drain bolts coming out wrong oil filters put it on oil not even in the car and leave with out oil trust me that place does like 80 cars a week go to Britain s they do like 150 day good service and is family owned and not racist.

These guys will pull your typical "you need more than an oil change" stuff. Tried telling me I needed a transmission fluid change and my air filter changed. To build your case, it would've been helpful to show the correct air filter I HAD PUT IN TWO MONTHS PRIOR. Same goes for the transmission fluid that I had taken care of in July. Don't fall for their crap. Won't be returning for oil changes ever again.

I drove more than 10 miles just to see how this oil change place is and man I was amazed. I am so glad I drove that far for an oil change. I was super impressed by the customer service, knowledge of all employees and super fast oil change (in ten minutes) with all other inspection of my entire car. Then I took my another car at the same place for full synthetic oil change and I have decided to come to Valvoline for this service for all my three cars. First, no appointment needed, you will be done in 10-15 minutes. They change the oil right in front of you (which I've never had the chance to see at any other places I've been at). Second, great customer service with courteous employees. They explain you everything and answer all your questions in calmly manner that made me go there again. Thank you guys, you will see me more often now. No more oil changes at the dealers anymore :)

Went in to get my transmission fluid changed after being told on a previous visit that that job costs between $90 and $120, but was not informed that there could be additional charges depending on how much transmission fluid is put it. The team was very polite and apologitic but I still had to pay a whole lot more than I was expecting. 1-Star.

Took my wife's SUV there the other day and they were very quick. The only thing they could do better is wiping the old oil off the oil pan. When they don't wipe it down the old oil drips all over our garage floor making it look like we have leak. This isn't the first time they have done this with my cars.

I would give them zero stars if I could. I arrived at 5:25pm, pulled up to door 2, Roberto came out and told me to park in front of door 1 because they were draining the other bays. At 5:55pm he came back out and told me they wouldn't be able to change my oil because they had been trying to get the car in Bay 1 to start all this time and it still won't. What happened to the days of quality service? Or using one of the other two bays?l

Dropped in for a quick oil change while my wife shopped in the stores nearby. Was in and out in under 20 minutes. The staff were really friendly and made right suggestion for things to replace like wiper blades and what nots. Will for sure return when it's time for my next oil change.

Came in last year for an oil change. Completely forgot about the experience until I was reading about shady mechanics online. I understand some companies push their employees to upsell, but I was offered several things, even after saying ahead of time that I just want a basic oil change and basic oil. They topped off way beyond the limit (and charged me for the extra) and I ended up having to drain some of it.It seems they don't ask before doing some things that will end up costing you more. I drove in for a basic oil change and drove out spending over $50. I wish I said something.It's also very suspicious that they have several reviews with 5 stars and no actual review.

Great place with friendly staff. Actually ask me what I want done rather than just telling me what they checked. Love the fact that I can say I just put in a new air filter, and they dont pester me about it later. Highly recommended.

This is one great place to have your oil changed. Brent, the manager there knows his stuff and gets the job done quick and professionally. They have gone beyond what i normally expect from any oil change facility and have earned my business for life.

The oil cap was left off, oil sprayed everywhere and the manager on duty denied that one of his employees could have done that. Found the oil cap laying up near the windshield, called them back. The manager did not offer a refund or anything to compensate for the hours and money we now have to spend to clean the engine professionally. Now we need to have another person inspect the drain plug and oil filter to be sure they were installed properly. I'm hoping that the correct oil was put in also. Quality control should be the number one thing that these amateur high school kids should be taught when performing one of the most important jobs on one of the most expensive investments of their customers. Apparently it's not. Now we are out over $200 because of an oil change.

I wouldn't give it any stars if possible. Brought my car in for an oil change and the next day there was an explosion of oil in my garage. Towed the car to Valvoline and long story short, they couldn't fix it so I had to bring it to the dealer and the owner did not want to take responsibility for his employees mistake. He didn't want to pay for any of it. Do yourself a favor and never trust your car to these Unprofessionals. By the way, the owner and district manager are the same person for this location. He makes the final decision regarding paying for the damages or not. He based his decision on internet blogs.

Not all valvolines are the same but every time I go the guys always help me find the coupon code for $7 or $15 or whatever, this particular store acted like coupons don't exist for some reason. Fortunately all I did was search for one on my phone and I showed it to the guy and then all of a sudden he remembered?? Thats too shady for me. Idk if valvoline managers tell these guys to say that but savings is important to consumers. Now I feel like they just tried to rob me of my savings. Definitely won't be coming back here. Id rather spend a little less and wait longer than worry about whether I'm being manipulated.

Quite possibly the best oil change service around. Fast, Quick, and Helpful. Great overall experience and the workers didn't push me to buy products I didn't need/want. I would recommend this place to my grandma it was so great!

I was charged $70 for a synthetic oil change and as I left, I seen an ad for 49.95 synthetic oil change. Good service but you definitely lost my trust. First impression is everything.
