This is a great body shop I m sorry to be so late with the review. I own a 2019 Dodge Charger and had some passenger fender and suspension work done my passenger fender was replaced along with suspension. I had paid cash out of my pockets for this job due to my insurance company refusing to pay. It was very affordable and I was back on the road in no time that you guys

From time to time I see this business have cars for sale so this time I called, asked to see and possibly purchase the vehicle for sale. Andres and the mechanic (sorry I didn't get your name) we're very helpful, professional and went above and beyond to make sure I loved this vehicle. I ended up purchasing the vehicle and am very pleased with these guys! Highly recommend. Trustworthy.

I went to him show the car that needs the body work he gave me the estimate $350. When I arrange some one after 4 days I went back to drop off the vehicle, he told me I'll charge you $600. My suggestion is please be careful with this guy. He is not professional at all.Service: PaintingService: Painting

This shop called Route 19 Auto body in Elgin Illinois was the worst experience I ve ever had! Never take your vehicle there ! I took my car in the shop for a simple part repair the dishonest man joe who came out of this establishment saw my car in person at the shop was shown the part to be ordered and replaced! joe was given a complete description of the part sent a link to view and said he d order the part. First time I came to get car the part was completely wrong on every aspect! When I told him why would you order that part ? No answer , days later again said he got car done when I went to pick it up again wrong part missing key feature of part! My car was scratched in various areas where part was installed by this horrible shop he acted like a jerk arguing with me that he got wrong part again very unprofessional attitude said too bad and after I picked up my car the next day my car had 30 miles put on by Route 19 auto body shop while it was there I know because I took a pic of my miles when I dropped it off ! Unacceptable and had no right or permission to drive my car,the part replaced did not require a test drive ! When driving it home service the engine light went on I barely made it home. Took to another shop the next day a mechanic I trust said the ignition coil was tampered with intentionally he assured me of this! And the spark plug it cost me $175 !!!! This Route 19 Auto Body shop is SHADY, DISHONEST..Do not recommend to your worst enemy!

Ripoff will take your money after they tell you what you want to hear. Get every detail in writing because they jack the price up. After they told me it would be more i wanted my car back. They cut my car up stole parts off my car..

The owner of Rte 19 Auto Body Shop in Elgin is a shady character! Not only will I NEVER GO BACK to this shop, but I would NEVER recommend it!!! There were scratches on my car in the area that was supposedly fixed that were not repaired! I had to threaten to call police in order to get my key after paying my bill!!!! Worse place ever!!!!

Don t believe anything this dude says. Says one thing then changes it. Gives you one price then when work is done he will say another price. Don t go to this place. He said to me car tint for $100 when I got there he changed to $300
