This place is awesome they will take care of you customers first before anything. All workmanship is very professional no hidden charges or gimmicks absolutely the best and all employees are pretty good especially Jim.

Nesbitt is the best auto repair shop around. They are very honest and never try to upsell you on things that you don t need. I ve been taking three cars to them and they have never steered me wrong. I recommend them to everyone!

My dealer said I needed about $800 in various repairs to my car. I brought it here for a second opinion and they said everything was fine. They could have easily charged me for anything but they charged me nothing because they are honest and reputable. I will absolutely use them in the future and I recommend them 1000%

Absolute top notch service from Jim and the rest of the staff. They went above and beyond to fix my problem and keep me updated along the way throughout my service. I was beyond pleased and wouldn't take my car anywhere else. The whole staff was extremely timely in making sure to get my car done as soon as possible for me. Honest mechanics are very hard to find and that's why I always use Jimmy. Hes been in the business for decades, he usually knows what to look for just by the description I give him. I'll never use anyone else. Hes honest and is always willing to work within your budget if possible.

As a college student to poor to afford anything better than beaters, I've been going to Nesbitt for years and they've always done well by me. Jim and Danny are the proverbial "honest mechanics" who look out for their customers' best interest instead of upselling and price gouging. From my own experience, I could give many examples of their integrity, but instead, I'll recount the one time I DIDN'T listen to them:Last year, I bought a Suzuki from a mechanic who wanted to start flipping cars. The vehicle was in great shape for its mileage and came with a new timing belt. Six months and several thousand miles later, I took the car to Nesbitt for a check up, mainly because I was suspicious of my sudden good luck with cars!Jim agreed that the car was in good shape, but noted the engine made a noise he suspected was a problem with the timing belt. None of my friends, family or neighbors (several of whom are hobby mechanics) thought the sound was anything significant. When I mentioned that the car came with a new belt, Jim stuck by what he'd said. He suggested a couple possibilities that could've damaged a new belt.Well, I went on my way, confident that the timing belt was one problem I didn't have to worry about. Only six weeks later, the new belt broke and wrecked the engine. A lesson learned the hard way: if I'd listened to Nesbitt, I'd still be driving that car... They are true professionals who know their trade through and through.

Great experience taking my car here. Was in a pinch and they took care of everything. Small businesses are a million times better than the corporate owned firestones/ntbs out there. Highly recommend

The guys seem to treat you fairly but, unfortunately, my experience suggests otherwise. - they diagnosed my overheating problem as the thermostat. I checked - the average cost to replace was $150 - they wanted $300. I decided to go ahead as they had 'diagnosed' the problem. $300 and one week later, car is still overheating.

This place is amazing my alternator was messed up and i asked them to make sure the serpentine belt was fine with no cracks before replacing it ANY other mechanic could have lied to me and still charged me for a serpentine belt however they were honest enough to tell me the belt was perfectly fine and only charged me for the vehicles alternator and labor I m extremely grateful for this mechanic shop I ll definitely make it my go to from now on.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Battery
