Always willing to share know how. They have a great inventory and if by some odd chance they don't have what I need, they will the next day. The parts are noticeable better than the other guys in town. Great customer service. I found out they are locally owned too. Huge plus for me.

Very nice people work here. Once I needed a component and they located it at a near by store and quickly moved it over here for me to pick up. Will return to more parts in the future.Update in 2022...Still my go to place for car parts.

Staff was very friendly to me and also heard them joking with customers of theirs on the phone so they must have good relations with repair shops in their area too. I was not at my local store and was in a hurry to make a Dr appointment in their area so I asked where I could find what I was looking for and they took me right to it. They showed me their current specials and also told me if I bought a $2.99 wash bucket I could save an additional 20% that would more than cover the cost of the bucket and then some. I'm very greatful for their hospitality, friendly attitude, and help with quick service and money saving help. Great place and employees made my stop quick and fun. I hope I don't have a little issue with my vehicle on the road again but I'm very greatful for this NAPA's employees for their knowledge I was not late for my appointment with their help. Thank you for your help!

Drove all the way there from Gilbert's because their website says it's open Day till 5pm. Get there and their store hours on door say open till 4 pm on Sat. Why should I come to you when you can't get the basics straight and cost me time and money.

Thanks for locking the doors and closing before your posted hours and looking at me from behind the counter through the front door and not unlocking the door and allowing me to grab the one item I needed quickly... a well deserved one star review

I've been buying parts from this Napa for 30 years. I've never had one issue with parts quality ever. Staff is knowledgeable and helpful.

When everyone else had to special order parts for my 2010 Ford, Napa had them on the shelf. I inspected them prior to install and it is quality stuff.
