I did a rear disc brake conversion on my car and experienced poor stopping. I have had it in multiple shops who were either unwilling to work on the car (restored Pontiac GTO) or unable to get the brakes working satisfactorily. Charlies was able to identify a combination of bad and incorrect parts in the installed kit. They did a great job of trouble shooting and the car now stops on a dime. Great shop and nice people to deal with.Service: Brakes

This is a good place. Honest service, I trust them. Great communication. They got my brakes replaced, new tires, alignment and a few new parts, all done well, had the car back next day. Was in and out in 15 minutes! They did recommend that my coolant needed to be topped off. I declined the srvs went home to put coolant in and found I didn't need any. Clean & polite staff and facility

The fuel pump and sensor went bad on my 2014 Kia. The parts had to be special ordered. Once they arrived the work was done quickly, and at a very reasonable price.This place is very close to my house so I've been going here for years, with 2 different cars. I have never had an issue with any of the work they've done for me. They've always been very friendly, fast, accommodating, and their prices are quite reasonable. 10/10 Would recommend. I ve been here twice to service my teen daughter s car for oil changes, and am so impressed with the service received! Management is extremely honest and fair in their assessments of what needs to be done, vs what can wait. They make a point to show you your VIN# service history so you can make the call if you need a recommended service based off the info they show to you.We will continue to use Mobil 1 to service her car in the future, and highly recommend them for others!

Great place to get an oil change and vehicle repairs. They get u in and out quick. They are upfront and honest. U may expect to take your vehicle in for a simple oil change and they find other things wrong....and they did....but they literally OFFERED to take me to look at what they were talking about without me even asking...and there was no pressure to have that repair done. But I appreciate them showing me what they see rather than just giving me a paper with issues and prices. The pricing is fair. They told me upfront there was a charge for diagnostics, but they appear to have waived it bc I had the repairs done there. Some other shops in the area still charge for disgnostics on top of the repairs. Overall, u may see Mobil and think corporate chain, sales quotas, gonna sell u repairs u don't need, but my experience, they operate as a small shop and even better. I will continue to go

I took my car in for some engine trouble. From the the time that I talked to customer service and to the diagnostic it was friendly and professional service all around. If you want honest people an good service I recommend these guys. They treated me with respect an did excellent work in a timely manner. I had an issue and Nick was honest with me and told me we can guess at the problem but without a code light I really can not tell you the problem and I respected that cause he was honest with me an just not out to get mine or my company's money.. I will be returning to these guys when I am in the area an need a vehicle service..Services: Transmission, Oil change

Charlies Car care and mobile 1 are the best!!! The owners and workers are all very genuine, knowledgable, polite, HONEST and accomodating. I'll never use anyone else again to work on my vehicles. I use to be a mechanic so I know when I'm getting ripped off or shotty work. And they don't!! I'd give them 1,000 s if I could.

Went for a power steering flush like a month ago , fluid frooze again and they didn't want to change it . They don't give you warranty in their work. Big scam

This place is a rip off, charged me $500 to do an ac recharge on my Jeep, they claimed to have done a test on the A/C lines to check for any leaking before adding the freeon, and that everything checked out good they said. That was a total lie, as soon as I got home my driveway was covered in the dyed coolant. It has a huge leak. Now they want $2,000 so they can repair the leak. If they would have told me from the beginning the test was showing a leak I would have never spent the $500 to get my ac recharged in the first place , they just wanted to get my money right from the beginning one way or another. bunch of scammers, stay away from this place! Nick was the one supposedly helping me, not helpful at all, just figuring out ways to not make it right this guy was fishy from the start, wish I could of noticed it right then and there.Service: A/C installation & repair

I used to go there for oil changed but not anymore. They literally broke my glove compartment when changing my cabin air filter. Worst experience ever.

I called because my oil cap chipped and it was slightly leaking oil. I needed an emergency oil change, and for someone to look at my oil cap. They immediately told me to come in and they will take a look at it with no hesitation. They were competent, caring, and professional. I was in and out of there within 30 minutes. The whole team was amazing and I will not go anywhere else for an oil change or service ever again. Thank you again!

I went to get an oil change at a different auto repair shop, and it left me with my car in the shop for 4 days for an oil change and a tune up. When I finally picked up my car, I realized they put in regular oil vs full synthetic that is required for my car. I called mobile 1 express 15 min before they closed, and they told me to just come on over. They were wonderful, they changed my oil in about 15 min while cleaning up my windows and vacuuming my car. They saved the day with exceptional customer care. Funny enough my boyfriend recommended this place before...and I should have came here in the 1st place. Thank you!
