Brought my car in for a checkup and a slow tire leak. McLean gave the car a very thorough inspection including pictures and helped me prioritize what needed to be done. Based on my work schedule I was not going to be able to pick up until after they were closed. The payment and pick up process for after hours was incredibly convenient and easy. Would highly recommend McLean for auto maintenance and repair.

Recent low tire pressure led me to McLean auto late one afternoon. They filled with air, and told me to bring it back the next day. They found a nail in the tire and repaired. Even better than that though, they delivered my van back to my house because I had no way to come get it. Their friendliness, and ability to treat everyone with the same level of care; anyway keeps sending me back to them. Thank you my for providing car care and instilling a sense of trust that you have my best interests at the forefront.

Once again, awesome service from McLean Auto Repair. We bought a used car and had some concerns about the brakes. They inspected the car and provided honest and thorough advice. So nice to work with people you can trust!

Excellent experience! Patrick in the front area is customer oriented and pleasant to work with. The technicians and mechanics do great work as well. I have been using their services for almost 20 years and I have mot been disappointed!

I had a great experience working with this shop. The processes was very straightforward and thorough for someone who is not a car person. My car was back on the road and running smoothly. They differ from other mechanic shops and communicate better by using technology (text messaging, pictures showing the inspection/issues, etc.) Will be returning for regular maintenance and any other issues that may arise (knock on wood).

I live in Chicago and came out to see my parents and get my brakes and rotors done on my Civic Aka Little White Tiger My first impression was satisfying , Theattention to detail was genuine, professional, and caring. One of the Patrick s took care of me ( Pat with the glasses ) funny guy by the way .which made my service with them even better. Patrick took the time to explain everything to me in detail, I had allot of questions and he was very patient with me , lord knows I can talk . He did and excellent job and put my mind at ease.I like the text messages with pictures of the work on the car and the ability to discuss recommendations and possible needs. I also had my brake fluid done along with new windshield wiper blades. All for a fair price . For good service, it s worth the drive . Glad I made my appointment and came outThank You McLean Auto , I feel good knowing I can go to a mechanic I can trust .Much Love & God Bless

Work is always guaranteed, honest, and professional service every time. I like the detailed analysis that is provided before any work is done along with actual pictures. Absolutely 10/10. Brought my truck in for an issue that ended up being a Toyota service bulletin free fix. The team over at McLean could have easily just not told me, done the work, and made their money, but they sent me over to the Toyota dealership to get it done for free. Loved the honesty about it, can't recommend these folks enough.Services: Vehicle Inspection, Auto maintenance

McLean Auto Repair are very trustworthy mechanics. I went to them for electrical issues with my headlights and they were able to quickly diagnose the issue and provide a fix for it. They also provided transportation to and from their shop and did an overall inspection of my vehicle and found other issues which i didn't ask them to do originally. Patrick did a great job of explaining the maintenance that is needed now and in the future on my wife's car. She said all her questions and concerns were answered professionally. Love McLean Auto! We used to be strict dealership devotees but after a failed starter 4 years ago, our car was towed to McLean Auto. Such a great experience working with Patrick and the team who clearly explain what is happening, they keep in touch with their work progress and charge fairly. We never feel they are upcharging and they are honest about what services really need to be done now and what can wait. We haven't been back to a dealership since. My car had overheated and couldn t be driven. McLean Auto Repair came to pick up my car and assessed that the water pump had gone out. The repair was quickly completed and a lot of the fluids needed to be replaced to ensure there were no additional incidents. I ve got my car back and it s back to running great. This is the best place to go. Jimmy the owner is honest and won t let you down. We have been going to them for over 15 years. They stand behind the work they do and will take the time to explain everything that needs to be done. Would recommend him to any of my friends and family.
