I hate going in for an oil change and being stuck for 1-1/2 to 2 hours. So was extremely pleased with Martin s Service. I had 2:00 pm appointment and was driving off at 2:30. In the meantime, I was able to enjoy a soft drink and snack and continue working on my computer in their gorgeous and comfortable waiting room.I also appreciated that they had someone do a QC check, even driving it around the block, just to make sure everything was ok.Quality all the way around!

These gentlemen are the best, they took the time to explain everything to me and what I needed to do for my car. I have recommended Martin Auto to my family. I work in the automotive industry and I know quality work when I see it. I can't thank these guys enough for their continued excellent service.

Outstanding service and fantastic atmosphere. Waiting for my oil change was like visiting a friend s living room, Complete with comfy furniture and drinks and snacks.Cost also was Significantly less than anywhere else I called.

Took my car in today for rotors and brakes and found out it needed a bit more than that. Javier made sure I was informed about everything that was taking place & even got me on a payment plan so I didn t have to drop thousands of dollars that same day. That alone will have me coming back to this place EVERY TIME. Truly appreciate you guys today.

Martin Auto Service is a fantastic local mechanic! I prefer to go to them rather than a dealership or chain store, even with a brand new car. They are always prompt, fast and upfront about their work. I ve taken 3 cars to them and have always received excellent service. Given their location in Downtown Elgin, I find their prices completely reasonable. I value and appreciate their transparency and integrity in their work. I absolutely recommend Martin Auto Service!

I wholeheartedly recommend Martin Auto Service to anyone seeking reliable, honest, and reasonably priced automotive care. They go above and beyond to ensure that I understand the necessary repairs and always provide a fair and reasonable cost estimate. I've had both routine maintenance and unexpected repairs done here, and every time, I leave feeling confident that my vehicle is in top-notch condition.Also, several days after any type of service, you get a personal follow up from the owner Kyle, or the Service Manager Dean, to make sure everything was done to your satisfaction.Great job Martin team!

Great guys who do some good service...High quality synthetic oil change that comes in as a mailer is definitely worth it since servicing with them will provide a complimentary diagnosis just to get up to date with your cars future possible problems or any wear and tear items...The waiting area is nice and had complimentary snacks for their customers. They were quick with the job and had me out in less than 40 mins on a weekday.

Have been taking my car here since they opened and have had nothing but consistently awesome service from Martin Auto. All the guys there are great, not pushy with recommendations, and go above-and-beyond to make sure your experience is five-star. Pricing is fair and workmanship is top-notch. Can t recommend highly enough.

The only place I recommend taking your vehicle for regular service as well as any maintenance or repair. They repaired my Camry but also work on all makes and models. Thanks to Kyle and his team!

Went in for an oil change, and they were friendly, helpful, and did a great job. My van runs much better with good oil in it. I also used a coupon and feel like I got a great deal! Special thanks to the tech that went over the service with me and opened my eyes to some things about a service I had recently had at another shop. Keep up the Good work!

Javier, Joe, Dean! These are some of the reasons my experience at Martin s was great. The services are described in detail. The questions are thoroughly answered patiently. The work is excellent ( mine was oil change and brakes), and because of the cleanliness of the waiting area, along with coffee and snacks, I chose to wait there. In other words.. Highly Recommenced

Martin Auto is the best mechanic experience I've ever had. They take the time to explain everything and answer questions without ever being condescending (as a women, mechanics shops tend to be an unsavory experience, especially when you want things *explained*).When I take my car in, they give me a breakdown of everything my car needs and how urgent each issue is - I always feel like I am able to make an informed decision about what services I do or do not want to move forward with. Even the invoice has such a detailed breakdown of how they preformed the service, it's clear that the job gets done thoroughly.I travel across the country several times a year in a van with almost 200k miles, I wouldn't ever dream of taking her in anywhere else but Martin Auto.

My first time experience with Martin Auto Service was a good one. I needed a 4-wheel alignment. I called around to get pricing and Martin was the least expensive. They did a good job. I would highly recommend.

I have to say I am truly impressed with their customer service.I was concerned about the length of time it was taking for my repairs to get done I reached out to Dean not really expecting a response but to my amazement he responded back rather quickly and assured me that he was going above what I expected to have my vehicle back to me as soon as possible. Truly did not expect that response, top notch customer service if I ever experienced it. Thank you for showing that your customers matter.

OMG!!!!! Yes indeed for Martin Auto service. Joe Javier and the whole entire staff simply amazing. The service is A1... the professionalism on a scale from 1 to 10 is a 20... Joe was so knowledgeable and so patient in explaining the situation to me. I have no knowledge about cars .. now, I have a little bit about my situation... I had to say THANK YOU!!!! please, if you need good car service... I recommend no one in Kane County except Martin Auto Service!!!

The best Auto repair shop! I have been coming to martins auto since the year they opened and they have exceeded every expectation. I have done general maintenance, repairs and upgrades to my 2013 Infiniti G37x and every service has been as good as the next. Consistent, dedicated, sociable and friendly, this shop truly is for the community. Dean has excellent customer service and will truly provide you the best price. Many auto shops are known for shady tactics but there is none of that here. Fantastic shop!

12/12 -Tues. ( I like how they handled situation, rather than throwing me away as a # ) I Recieved a Call From Dean. I belive he's the owner. Nice to Know He Cares. So we came to agreement even though the 2'nd estimate from other co. was totally different from Martin's Automotive-they offer a 5 yr warranty and want car to be 100% repairable not just for now but for future. He agreed things could have been better customer service wise. So they were kind enough to refund the reassembly, checkup fee.Dean alone showed professionalism. If I want more warranty and coverage. I most probably will try it in future.Wow! RIP Off Central! I was disgusted. Read ad for breaks $ 349.with everything included. After reviewing car they said $800 dollars. Okay I though let's just get it done next day 3,000. Than I said no way now 1900. Turns out I took it another shop and even though Mar cost 1300 to fix. The Schaumburg dealership told me the cars wiring is fine covered in plastic can't go bad. So diff. Estimates wavering people at Martins.

THE best auto shop to go to. Worth the drive if you don t live close. The owner Kyle and his crew are very honest and upfront about issues with the car. My last visit, they made a list for the issues of my car and prioritized them for me. This helped me plan ahead and budget for the fixes. The quality of work is outstanding and they are very reasonable getting your car done as quickly and efficiently as possible. I m very impressed with the service. Very nice and personable crew working. Dean at the front desk is the man. They will do everything they can to accommodate your needs. Genuine business overall! I have no complaints and fully recommend this auto shop!
