If I could give this place zero starts, I would. I have never experienced what I experienced here and still experiencing it. Dropped off Friday morning, September 15th, for a check engine light issue. They tell me it s a $50 charge for a diagnostic fee. They call me back later saying they can t check it until Monday. I tell them I can pick up my car Saturday the next day since their lot is full . I asked them what time they open so I can pick it up and they said 9am. Got here at 9:15 and no one in sight. Left a voicemail. It s 10am now and still no one. They moved my car and left it unlocked as well. Luckily, I have an extra key and I was in walking distance to get my car back and take it to Car X that s 5 minutes away. They set me up with an appointment within an hour. Unlike this place. Don t bother bringing anything here. They simply don t care. Hopefully I can get my extra key back since they never showed up to open their place of business.

Someone their white Jeep trackhawk with the KSB Performance logo plastered all over their car tried running myself and several other cars off the road and is weaving through traffic. If this is how employees of this company behave I would never want to be associated with them.

Highly recommend KSB PERFORMANCE, Took my truck in for suspension work they got it in and out everything was perfect and the truck rides so smooth. Quality in their work and honesty. Very nice guy! I called because my car was leaking. He very well could've told me to bring it in and charged me to look at it, instead he asked me if I had been running the AC & I told him yes. He said it was just condensation.
