My experience with KS Autocare was excellent. Seth and Mike do a great job with their customer service and are very personable. The mechanic team in the shop were able to diagnose my very uncommon issue (unbalanced rotor) very quickly and I was provided an invoice to send to the rotor company. I received a new rotor under warranty and the KS auto care team managed to get it installed quickly and without even making an appointment. The accommodation was greatly appreciated and the price was very fair. I would recommend this shop to anyone who is looking for a professional and personable repair experience.

My son s car needed new brakes so I took it into KS Autocare for my son while he was out of town for business. They were amazing! Not only did they diagnose his car and give me an estimate immediately, they were able to fix his car right away and to top it off they dropped my son s car back off at his house while I was still at work and brought his car keys to me because I couldn t leave work.I highly recommend KS auto care for any of your auto repair needs. My go to place. Amazing people, amazing service and extremely honest. There s no place I d recommend more than here. They have consistently gone above and beyond for me for every visit. There s been a few times that I was in need of the work done quick and they just got me in, no appointments, nothing and got the work done fast and perfectly. They re just the kind of place that s rare to find nowadays. You won t regret placing your trust with them.

The guys at KS Autocare were amazing to work with. They explained in detailed what they were doing to repair my vehicle prior to beginning work and kept me updated throughout the entire process. Furthermore, after finding that their initial diagnosis turned out to be something else, they were able to save me over $600 in repairs. They are completely honest and displayed incredible integrity. Sam, Seth and their whole crew are incredible to work with and I will definitely continue to take my cars there for repairs and highly recommend them to everyone I know. Thanks again KS!!

If I could I would give this place 10 starts. It was an awesome experience, Sam was very understanding and work with me through the whole process along side other employees, on figuring out my car situation. I'm definitely a customer for life, I 100% recommend this place with no doubt that you will be taking care of with honesty and respect.

I always bring my vehicles here. They have the most advanced online and user friendly status system I ve ever seen. Pictures and video of the problems they found. You check what you want them to fix with a price break down for each item.They are also honest. I had an alternator with a squeaky bearing that they were ready to replace. I received a call back the next day saying the alternator was fine and it was a bad idler wheel right under the alternator. That was a several hundred dollar savings.When the work is finished, you can pay them online and then just show up and pick up your vehicle. Wonderful service. I can t recommend them enough.

This place did a nice job and had a friendly staff. I went for an oil change.Their pricing was quite high for everything else, but while waiting, I got the impression that they do a good job with anything they put their hands on. They also stand by their work.

A replacement timing chain is no small repair. I did my research on the top-rated auto repair shops in Elgin and St. Charles. Visited all the shops in person to request a quote. The estimates ranged from $5,800 to the average of $3,100. When I walked into KS Autocare, Sam just seemed genuine. We brought the car in for the mechanic to look it over before a good estimate could be completed. Even though the amount was a few hundred dollars higher than the average, Sam stated that our 14-year-old Camaro was still in such good condition that original GM parts should be used - not the cheap aftermarket stuff. I was sold at that point that we selected the best shop to perform our repair. The job was completed a full day ahead of schedule and a little less than the estimate.Don't hesitate to have KS Autocare do your automative repairs.

Great care from Seth, Mike and the crew at KS. Correctly diagnosed a finicky problem on an older Camry, got it fixed up and even delivered it to the house. Five stars.

This was my first experience at KS Autocare and I definitely found a neighborhood place to handle my car problems. The owner Seth couldn't be friendlier, makes you comfortable and I feel gave me an honest recommendation of the service my car should have without being pushy.

It's hard finding a trustworthy mechanic. Luckily I met Sam who made me feel like I was in great hands. He resolved my issues quickly and filled me in on everything going on. Definitely a great shop to bring your vehicle into!

I brought my 2008 GMC Acadia to KS Autocare for my heat not working. Even though my car gave them a run for their money they never gave up. They went above and beyond to get to the root of the problem. I highly recommend them and will use them in the future for all my vehicle needs

I have noting but good things to say about K&S. The service is beyond compare, they are fairly priced, the workers are kind and I will keep being their customer, as well as sending my family and friends to get their cars serviced at K&S.

I ve been referred to bring my car here for years, but fortunate I didn t have to have any maintenance done until now. Seth was great and I am extremely happy with everything done to my car!! They were extremely kind and courteous, and a great pleasure to deal with. You did it again Seth! Great customer service and they make you feel like family. I've only used KS Autocare twice now, but they are fair and wonderful. Our 2007 Toyota FJ Cruiser has struggled with rust and I called Seth and had my wife explain what happened and Seth gave me the exact diagnosis as everyone else online. Disappointed on price quoted. It was higher after the repair. In the price of repair they did not use new mounting hardware. Instead of looking for tools to do a nice repair they simply use a hammer and potentially reunion the parts like brake pins. It is the attention to detail and nice work that I look forward in any repair shops.But this shop does not have it. The shop been in business for a longtime and I am sure their customers do come back to them.For my first time experience I was not happy. They do offer to help if something is not right and that is a plus.Service: Brakes

This is my new go to garage. I have been there a couple times now for repairs with my Ford escape and they did a wonderful job! I would recommend them to anybody and everybody!!! When the estimate included that the rear brakes needed to be done, they got in there and found out they did not need to be done, and we re honest about it and I was not charged. Very grateful for how kind, welcoming and professional the people here are. I felt like I was walking into a families business by the way I was treated. They went above and beyond to make sure that I got a service and had a way home and back! I was blown away by the consideration. I only got an oil change and I m so thankful I received such great treatment regardless. Engine swap plus clutch and flywheel. Very quick turn around. Great price. Absolutely no issues after the work was finished.
