Bought an engine only to be later told I didn't pay taxes on? Reputable auto service(Shelby's) said oil pan had hole, two misfires, etc. Drove 250 miles to exchange just to be denied without core-which should have been due upon initial delivery. Had to double back just for their choice of a gunk-filled replacement with damaged valve cover and more. Poor parts. Poor customer service. Absolute junk! Do not patronize. Had to warranty an engine as the first one was burning oil almost as bad as the one I was originally replacing. Joe was wonderful through the process and there was no hitch in getting a replacement and returning the engine. Not burning oil anymore! Only thing you guys get 4 stars for instead of 5 is the co-worker dynamic. Every time I've called or been there it seems like I'm walking into a house of a dysfunctional family. Everyone yelling at each other, always feel like I'm about to witness a worldstar moment. Entertaining in its own way I suppose but kind of off-putting.Service: Part finding & extracting

They sold us a computer that isn't capable with ours. They have the WORST attitudes ever and will not return the part. Dealer Said they are not capable but they said they know best so I'm out 400 dollars. Stay FAR away!! Just look at there reviews, a 3.2 is a crazy low score. I don't think I have ever seen a score that low. I think the worst part is there ego attitude. He was like that from the start. That shows it all. They won't last long

Rude and not helpful. We were trying to figure out when they sold an engine we found in a customer car so we could see approximately when it was put in. I did not ask for any customer information just when it was sold and how many miles were on it when it was sold. It's become sort of apparent there is some fraudulent activity going on. They have the VIN and stock number listed online showing the parts vehicle to have 105,000 miles on it. After running the carfax service history I found that this car actually had over 231,000 on it. Unless they can clarify this and come up with an explanation, this is indeed fraud. Do your own research before buying anything from these people.

One of the best places in the whole Midwest area to get your car part, engines/ transmissions/ even windshield, Joey is doing a great job and so friendly, price wise I believe o one can compete them. Highly recommended

I ordered a starter online from these people and i did receive a starter 3 weeks later after ordering just to find out its not the starter i ordered. I called them several times about the situation and Ohare agreed to ship me the proper starter at no additional charge. It has now been 9 days since he claimed it was shipped and i have yet to receive my starter or even a tracking number! Wont be doing business with these people again!

Terrible customer service. Workers are really rude. Even the owner has a bad attitude trowing papers and screaming in front of customers.They dont honor their warrantys or store credits. Woudnt recomend this place to anybody

Terrible service. I never received an invoice for a part I ordered and the part didn t work when I installed it. On top of that they did not want to take my return and claimed that their invoice stated I can only receive in store type of credit with them for a return, not an actual refund. When I actually looked over the invoice it said no where anything about returns. I was guaranteed over the phone that the part would fit and work fine and that if it doesn t work I can return it. But, I was lied to.

Picked up a 1jzgte from them last year and was a good motor. Yesterday I picked up a sohc Saturn motor and found that the motor is rusted inside from sitting OUTSIDE. It s not just surface rust. It s deep on the cam lobes. I called and tried to work with them, I really didn t want to believe all the bad reviews and wanted to continue to do business with them. I got the run around. I got ripped off. I was willing to work with them. They just want their quick buck. The warranty doesn t mean anything. I asked for a different head and they don t have any .

After calling twice to confirm, they had a part. I drove all the way there. Paid for the part, waited for over an hour for them to find it. And then told me they didn't have it.

Just bad and rude services totally disappointed. I am never going there again and don't recommend it at all, the guy try to sell me 2 screws for $5 I asked for more info about the screws just denied me. I went to the junk yard around the corner and totally see the difference, they gave me 4 free screws!It just didn't work out at all NEVER going there and I don't recommend it.

ZERO STARS ! Buyers Beware! Horrible experience! Liers! Purchased a motor that was supposed to have low miles. $2850 with shipping.Drove 2 months and the timing chain went out. The owner agreed to replace it. Told me to have the motor taken back out and on a pallet and a new one would be to me on a specific day. It never came, I called and got excuses after excuses. After 3 months the car was up on the hoist, holding back jobs, waiting for replacement and getting lie after lie. I got upset.Joe, the owner then told me off and said he was not doing anything to help me. Went through the attorney general to look for assistance. They are being watched closely for shady business now. I apparently am not the only one that has had problems.I sent the motor to have timing replaced. The shop told me the motor has been beat and indeed has high miles. Very sludgy. Advised not to replace. But I was already in over my head. Bad experience.

Driving back to Wisconsin, got a flat tire from a cracked rim 4 cans of fixaflat later; tire wasn t holding air at all anymore! I found this place and flew there as my tire drained out completely; got a decent deal on rim and tire and they even put it on for me! THANKS GLOBAL AUTO!

The worst recycling company I ve ever used please please do not trust this yard and the salesmans. They are all shady they sold me a transmission I paid $1,580 the shop that installed it, stated the torque converter didn t work. I called the yard they told me the torque converter, which is attached to the transmission. Is it under the warranty? Come to find out the whole transmission was bad they told me they won t warranty it because it s out of warranty. Keep in mind this car never left the shop, because of the transmission they sold me was bogus. I ve been in business for about eight years and I ve never seen a junkyard. So unprofessional, that wouldn t work with the customer and sell you bogus parts and the. stand behind it.The worst customer service Ive ever had in life. my father always said if you buy cheap you ll pay twiceI paid 3 times because the shop had to install a bad trans and now I have to find another trans and have it installedService: Part finding & extracting

Stright up THIEF! Told they will pay to buy my old wheels. I drove 30 mins there and dropped off the wheels. It's not until they took away my wheels they told me " we don't buy wheels" and refuse to give the wheels back.

they offered to buy our car. agreed on a price. no show and cancelling 4 times last minute and showed up late when they finally came. Had to take off work each time they said they would be there. This guy was rude and offered us $150. less then we agreed and we called him out on his way of handling the agreement and basically admitted to the scam and that's how they operate. to make you desperate and then rip you off! hence why the have 3 stars but should be 0 stars. becareful when dealing with these people. better yet don't do business with them!!!Service: Vehicle purchasing

This place is wrack ..people who work here are theifs and liars ...they conned you in to buy wrong products. And refuse to come at any solution.. i would never recommend this place for any thing ..not even for a screw. This place is a scam.
