They have great prices and the employees are so helpful . It was my first time going and I didn't know that you can find almost anything their from clothes,shoes, house hold needs, freezers , tools, and much much more.

Love this place they have alot of options, staff is nice and helpful , they have chick's to buy , we did buy a car battery for a very good price , there is a clearance all around the store very good prices , the manager was so nice and helpful

Their store is great.Their people are even better!However their website will cause you to drive an hour for something you've ordered only to find out that it was never in stock.They have website issues.

My partner and I have come to the Elgin location recently for all of our automotive repairs, and the staff in the auto department is phenomenal! These guys are friendly, professional, and efficient. The service manager, Alexis, helped us resolve a recent miscommunication involving our quote- he went above and beyond to get us the best possible outcome, and followed up thoroughly the whole way through. Ben has also given us honest advice, and really takes the time to communicate what is being done and following up as well. Not to mention the great prices and deals compared to ones we've been quoted elsewhere. Happy customers here!

Their small engine repair department is a joke. I brought in a snow thrower for repair. They gave me the wrong part information to buy. After waiting 2 months, they never fixed it, and were impossible to get in touch with. Complete and total idiots!

Received personal help in obtaining the correct size and brand of work boot not available in store that day. Mateo held and named the exact needed work boot for the next day shipment delivery. Fantastic customer service. Thank you,

I like this chain a lot. I wish there were one just a tad closer. But typically, they have always had something I couldn't get somewhere else, or they had it cheaper. Sometimes, it's just not cheap enough to make the trip.

Omg, I love this store. Staff is very friendly and helpful. They have everything and anything you could ask for. Always a smile on the friendly cashiers (which in my opinion, is one of the hardest jobs) .

This was a very nice store. They had great deals and a large selection. I was really surprised by all the baby clothes that they had. I found a few dress for only $3! The only thing I didn't like is that they only had 2 registers open and there was a very long line for both

Every time I come here there are new things to see. I can find all the nuts and chocolate covered goodies I can eat. The made for tv items aisle was exactly what I needed to find a curtain bracket that needs no hammer and nails.

I recently got quoted and made an appointment. I was very fortunate to get in so quick as I had a lot of travel the next week and I had bald tires. Upon arriving for my appointment I discovered they quoted me the wrong size of tire. I did not have any choice but to have this service done as I had no time to get into any other service center this time of year and my tire was going flat frequently. After I pointed out the wrong size the price changed much higher, but after some explanation of the situation I was in they took accountability for their mistake and we agreed on only a slightly higher price. I was happy to meet them on an agreement and would always recommend this service center as they were able to handle a tough situation with great attitude and poise. I have always preferred farm and fleet for service and will continue to do so! If you have a service need please check this place out. You will not be disappointed with the professionalism and skill.

Closest place to get farm gear and animal supplies.Prices are not the cheapest but they have deals if you can it on what you need.

I shop here at least once a week. I like there specials, plus there drive thru service is fast and easy. I like that I can get my pets food plus livestock food in one place.

I Need to be more familiar with the layout, I missed some camping equipment , and a metal bucket they used to sale that was wider than the conventional. Customer service was great, im guessing Sort of a map.

It's always been a decent shopping experience...The store is always clean when I've been shopping... Covid-19 safety practices are in place...The two issues I had this time was there were only two registers open for customers at checkout/long lines and an item I went to purchase was out of stock ...It was quickly rectified by opening additional checkout lanes...The checkout lady was helpful and friendly...

The Blain's Elgin location's service-center has lost some employees due to COVID-related problems. I have been going there since I owned my first car and have never had any problems. I brought my car in earlier this week to have 5 different items worked on. I got a call 4 or 5 hours later that my car is ready. I drive to pick it up and when I get there the manager tells me that the younger guy working this morning assigned a technician to work on 3 of my work items who was unable to perform the desired tasks because of inexperience. Also, I never received a warning call from them saying that they wouldn't be able to accomplish any of the items... So, I went in for 5 items and get one oil change. The manager at the location is a good guy and does his best, but he can't do anything about not having viable trainees. Also, got a quote to replace all 4 tire rods and they gave me around ~$700. Got another quote from a shop nearby for ~$400... not sure.

I received a quote for 4 tires and rear brakes. I scheduled the work. When I came to pick up my car, the total was $100 more than the quote, and I was told they couldn t find the quote, that they don t keep that as a record.Somehow, the gentleman helping me could see the tires I was quoted were less expensive than the tires I was given. (Not sure how since they don t keep the quotes?)Was this a bait and switch? He knocked $30 off since I wasn t given the tires I was quoted, but I m still out the $70.I m told if I can dig up the paper quote I was given, and bring it back in, they ll refund the money.I m a single mom. I don t need another errand to run. I don t need to be gouged. I just need you to have integrity and do what you say you ll do for the price you sat you ll do it.Apparently, integrity is more than this establishment can handle.As far as I can tell, the tires and brakes work. So, yeah, you get a star for that.

Order dog food pick up 2 times and both orders were canceled. If they didn't have any, why didn't they fix there inventory to sold out.

I called before going to the store. I asked if they had a belts fore my toro snow blower and the lady told me yes they do stock those parts. I drove to the store to find out they don't have it they made me waste gas time and why do they have people that they don't know what they are doing. That's no good!!!!!!!!!!
