Bought a used car, found the brakes were in need of repair, talked to the service manager, and they took care of it. Total happy with my purchase. Easy, straight forward no extra sales tactics or pushing me to a more expensive vehicle. Got what I wanted at a good price.

Wish I could give 0 stars, will not be going to them for any vehicles going forward. Sales people are pushy, rude and not helpful.

Charged me for 5 hours of labor when they only spent 1-2 hours on the repair. Dishonest!!!While they did fix the issue, they charged the maximum possible, not for the time it actually took to do the repair.Clearly, they are collecting funds to pay for bored sales staff.

Just took my malibu to a transmission fluid replace. I got a call 3 hours laters saying that they did not had the fluid in stock and they could not do it, and the price jump from $270 to $900 just for the fluid. But they had already flush it to put the wrong fluid in. Now I am afraid something is going to happen to the transmission.

This is a terrible place, the inside might look nice, but the people are terrible and the manager. The poor receptionist for her having to work with these people. A person fixing our car got a email wrong and I had to call the places to get everything together to not pay full price. And when I went to find a employee for the emails, they where out smoking. When we talked to the manager, he was not the smartest. He said due to some personal issues of the employee, it is our problem to deal with it, if we cared. Even though we overheard that he was going to pick up food, not that anything was wrong. He was going back and forth trying to say he s right in my opinion. I wasn t gonna put a review before, but now I did because it wasn t fixed. So please don t visit here.

I took my truck to have the ac diagnosed because the cold air stopped coming out. what they told me they found nothing. They recharged it and everything was fine. Not even 12 hours passed and the same thing happened again, no cold air came out and I took it back. They checked it again and told me that the compressor was damaged and had to be replaced, that they had to order the part and the truck would return in 4 days.I took the truck and they call me to tell me that a hose had a leak, and had to be replaced. when the first time I took her to have the diagnosis done, they told me that they didn't find anything.I told them to fix it, but then they call me 2 and a half hours later to tell me that another hose had a leak too.I told them that how was it possible that in the first diagnosis they don't found nothing and then everything came out damaged.I couldn't fix anything they wanted me to pay more to change the other hose. I felt ripp off by them.when they make a diagnosis at first it was to find the problem and give you a solution. What they did was just guess what he had. They don't offer a professional job there, and their manager still comes to tell me what the AC procedure is to do, that sometimes you have to take your car up to 4 times so they can find the problem. What kind of mechanics do you have there? Apprentices or they are not interested in clients.Bad service I never go back thereThey ripped me off!!Service: A/C installation & repair

Stopped in to speak to my sales rep to discuss options I have for my end of lease. No pressure sale and was given all the information so I can make an informed decision. Appreciate this a lot

To make a long story short. Biggers service is utterly incapable of keeping their word. Down to the most simple of tasks: returning a phone call. I have been understanding, I know body work can be complicated and time consuming. I have called not once, not twice but 10 times over the course of a month and a half begging and pleading with the staff and service manager to simply keep their word and call me back with updates.I have called three times this week asking for the service manager. Each time I have been told he is busy and will call you back. That call has yet to come.I have never been treated like such a nobody as I have by Biggers service department. I can confidently tell you they do not care at all about what I think or the repair they are allegedly going to fix on my vehicle. For the third time. Odds are they won t care about you or your vehicle either. I hope Biggers quality control sees this and calls me back, but I know they won t. They haven t over the course of 75 days. Why would they start now?I wanted to update anyone reading this. I am still dealing with this. Being treated the same way. Still having to drive in to speak face to face because nobody will call me or return my calls. Truck has sat multiple weeks with no work done. Lying to me left and right which I have caught them doing 4 times now. 152 days since I brought my truck to them for this.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Bought a few Cars here. Been having service done here too. The last time the service manager got involved. Roger made the wrong diagnoses. Mechanic, GM engineers said it was in the engine. Roger knew more than all. Roger said a ejector was bad. I said if one was bad replace all. Turned out Roger was wrong. Problem preceded. The cause is on all trucks active fuel management burns the lifters/cam. Costing GM customers several thousands. The tech said I wouldn't have to pay for ejectors because that was not the problem. Roger stuck me with a bill for $3,000.00 for ejectors! Watch your back when Roger is involved! Very dissatisfied!

I want to first say that I had a great experience buying this car. Garrett was fantastic and I would buy from him again. However, the reason for this review is the extremely poor experience I had with the service department. I took my car back not even 2 weeks after I got it because it needed an alignment, which fine. Stuff happens and it wasn t the dealer s fault that the car was either set wrong or something happened en route. They said they fixed it but when I left I had to keep the steering wheel turned to the right so the car would go straight. I was upset but I figured it was a simple mistake that could be fixed. When I took it back they claimed nothing was wrong with it. I tried showing them what the issue was but they kept brushing me off. I even test drove it with the service manager and tried showing him the issue, to no avail. They told me it s how the car drives and that it might get caught in the grooves of the road. I felt like they brushed off my concerns. So I took the car to don mccue Chevy because I wanted a second opinion because I felt like I was going crazy. Sure enough, the alignment was not done correctly at biggers. The right toe was more off than when I initially took it in. Also, they failed to lock the steering wheel so when they aligned the car it screwed it up. Finally, they did not reset the computer system that controls the steering, and that is why I had to keep my wheel turned to the right. The worst part is that I had to pay mccue Chevy because my warranty did not cover the cost of the repair even though the car is brand new. I also did not trust biggers to fix the issue since they screwed it up in the first place and did not listen to my concerns when I took it back. I plan on taking the issue up directly with Chevrolet to get my money for the repairs back, and I would seriously consider buying another car from biggers again, even considering the great service I received from the sales department. I don t normally write negative reviews, but I m not happy with the situation.Service: Wheel alignment

I wish I could give them ZERO stars! My wife took her Traverse in for a recall, which she made an appointment for and, what do you know, no parts! "Can we keep it over night" and "sorry, we don't have a loaner but we can give you a ride home" translates into an even bigger inconvenience. 24 hours later we have to call them AGAIN only to find out, "while the tech had it on the lift he found..." over $3000(!!!!!!) in repairs that it needed... for a RECALL! My wife asks for it in writing and says, "no, thanks just put in the recalled pump that we waited 24 hours for and that's it." She gets the car back and they didn't even put the pump in. We call the service manager and he says he can't put it in unless we PAY for the other stuff! Quite a racket! We end up taking our car to our own mechanic and he looks at the write up and the car and tells us we were being scammed... I know, SHOCKER!BOTTOM LINE, every negative thing you hear and fear about Dealership service departments definitely applies (in our experience) to BIGGERS. Avoid them like a pit of rattle snakes.

Great customer service. The guy that attended to me is respectful and was able to listen to the problem I presented to him about my vehicle. Above all he arranged a free ride for me to take me home. Excellent service.

Went there for a recall and they hit me with B.S. repair services they say I need. Brake light they say was out that they want to charge me $40.00 to change a light bulb. Are you kidding? Other made up issues that I could not be sure of totalling $600.00. No thank you.

Biggers Chevrolet and Mitsubishi and Mazda are a good place to buy a vehicle even though with Market adjustments if you really need a car they are reliable to buy a car, if you want to wait until the prices go down that is good also they will take care of you their service department is 100% helpful

Great job getting the oil change done but they did not wash the car as we had requested. We had even left the car overnight, 19 hours to get it done.

Service seemed slow compared to other places where I've gotten my oil changed. Was difficult to get a scheduled time but at least they are open after five in weekdays.

In for an oil change and out in an hour, with a place to work, have a snack, free coffee and water, and my car got a bath to boot!
