Very honest, I was very impressed with the fast service, on the replacement of the serpentine belt and the sitting area was very clean. and they offered me a ride home. Great service. I will refer anyone to this company without hesitation.

Would highly recommend this auto shop! Oscar was very professional, very helpful & had great prices.Have a 2004 Honda Accord. Took in year ago with 180,000 and failed emission test.He got car to pass emission test first take.Now has 185,000.Runs like new again.Best thing Oscar is honest and does not try to sell you stuff don't need like the dealership. I well tell you, at first glance I wondered, but I have been getting my cars fixed with Baez Auto repair for 5 years. They never have let me down. Reasonable price, quality work. I refer my friends and coworkers to him and all of them have told me about the quality and great price.I have had my front and back breaks repaired, front end lower arms & linkage replaced. Had them replace and fix my daughters vehicle belts and alternator. I am pretty mechanically capable myself though for the price and convenience there is no one better. I also like to keep my cars till they are run down. No car payments!!! Very pleased with the auto repair shop.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Really good people working there. Oscar went the extra mile to squeeze my car in and get me back up and running ASAP. We had a hard time finding a break line I needed but a trip to Streamwood later and Oscar staying open a little later to help me out saved the day. THANK YOU OSCAR!
