Place is the worst. They say they fixed something, turns out, I paid for parts and labor and they did nothing. Instead, they broke something else on top of that and charged me more. Everybody stay clear from this place. They have been this for years.

Great customer service. Needed a repair that I know would ve cost me thousands elsewhere yet Eddie got it done for a fraction of the cost. Fast too. Called on a Friday was ready by Saturday evening.

I work in Elgin but live 1.5 - 2hrs away. So a coworker and I decided to carpool. In one of these times his car got a flat tire and we wanted to get it fixed. We stopped by 2 tire shops and neither could help. The tire were too worn down so they said patching them could not be done. We were looking for a used tire cause a new one was too expensive. We found this shop cause it was open til late and that was the best thing we could've done. My buddy even got a deal on wheels. 'Wheel' be back.

Eddie and Junior are the best mechanics. I never feel ripped off. They only do work that is necessary. They never pad the bill. Very knowledgeable and affordable. They are my only mechanics for over 23 years! They even give rides home so you don't have to wait in the waiting room.

My mother needed some work done on her car to pass the emissions test. She took the car into this business and paid $840 to get everything ready. He had my mother's car for 11 days just to find out there was no work done whatsoever. He will not issue my mother a refund and is making every excuse as to why the work wasn't done. I would strongly suggest not to bring your car here to these sharks. Even if they do fix something for yout they will just break something else so you're forced to come back to them. Never go to this business!!!!

I needed new tires and they shopped around until they could find something I could afford. When the tires arrived, they mounted the tires and placed them on the car. I was there for about an hour. I also had a front bulb out on my Chevy Equinox and it's the kind that has to remove the front frame to access it. I had recieved crazy quotes from all over, but Alfaro offered a price that helped me save money. They've been around a long time and I recommend them to anyone. Great people!

My van broke down literally 1000 ft from their shop. They told me 60 for the tow and that they would look at it to see if it was part of a ford recall. It was getting late on a Saturday so I called Ford myself. They told me to call the roadside assistance to get it towed to Ford. I went to give the guy the 60.00 for the tow and told him Ford was coming to check it out. The 60.00 turned into a $140.00 tow.. I went to get my stuff out of the vehicle while I was waiting for Ford and the owner physically shoved me and grabbed my stuff out of my hands. Had to call the police. Horrible place and a rip off.

If I can give this place 0 stars I would! My husband and I went in for a tire change and right off the bat one of the mechanics(May have been the owners son) seemed bothered by having to do a job. With that being said we were already skeptical about getting the job done at this business however we NEEDED the tire change so we gave it a chance being that we use the vehicle for our 2nd job everyday. They never once told us how much the tire change would be nor do they have a sign or booklet of their prices ( I wonder why). The tire change was way OVER priced for a USED tire, these guys are money hungry! I didn t agree with the price they gave me so I told him I didn t want the tire and he proceeded to insult me and fat shame me by telling me his business is not a taqueria to be picky and choosey. Let s just say police had to be called. DO NOT GIVE THESE GUYS YOUR BUSINESS, GO DOWN THE XTRA MILE FOR BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PRICES.

My whole family takes our cars here. Very reasonable and honest. They won't try and sell you something you don't need. They can add worked on virtually any car. They do great window tinting too.

Much appreciation for all the work they have done to keep my beloved old Jeep running. They always try to find the best way to fix the problem without upselling and trying to get you to repair more than needed

Fantastic work by these guys! Have been taking my 09 hhr SS there for many things, and I always come out with a smile on my face. The guys there are easy to talk to and will do right by you!

Window tinting... Horrible. They post everyday on craigslist couple adds. Its on every part of Chicago. North south and suburbs. All over. Its fine. Called them to do windows. Was told to come in. They even called me if coming cuz a lot of ppl said they coming and no one showed up. Was even called 2:40pm to confirm if coming. When I was there waited for 30 min for nothing. They have no idea whats going on. They asked me to come monday lol. Cuz they busy with other cars?? Why the hell they call to confirm cuz they not busy and some guy want to go home?? Well i wasted gas and time to drive 30 miles there..

Horrible place don't go here they get used parts they say they fix things they never do my mother paid this guy 840 dollars the next day all her lights went on again on her car he didn't fix anything and had my mom's car for 11 days I remember I got my car repair along time ago from them as well for a fuel pump they put a used one on my car so they can keep more of the money instead of buying a new one a month later it went out again needed another fuel pump don't go there unless you want to get your money stolen.

Great guys! Fair prices. Ask for Eddie or Tee. Very knowledgeable and honest shop. Will only charge you for the parts you need.
