Jason has serviced our family's cars for over 15 yrs+ He is the only mechanic I will take my cars into. He always gives fair estimates and pricing, and he wont make you install a part you dont need like many other shops that push to get extra service. Not only is his business quality, but also his character. We need more People like him.

They fixed our van in less time than the dealership and kept us informed throughout the procedure. We had a pleasant exchange with both owners and they were very professional and communicative. I would totally return to Elburn Auto Repair and recommend to others looking for a trustworthy, knowledgeable and hard-working crew of mechanics in the area.

Jason is a truly honest and caring mechanic. I have been taking my vehicles to him for over ten years. I do not trust anyone else, but him to turn a wrench on my cars. I highly recommend Elburn Auto Repair for all your vehicle's needs.

I'm indebted to him.I cannot recommend Elburn Auto Repair enough.The quality of his work is beyond reproach.Rarely, in this day and age , do we have people like Jason. He is honest, knowledgeable, thorough. I will always be a longtime customer of Elburn Auto Repair.

Jason is the best mechanic I've ever had. I don't let anyone else but him touch my cars. He is honest and cares about his customers needs and won't oversell you on things your car doesn't need just to make a buck. He is the most honest mechanic I've ever met. Can't say enough about how great he is.

Jason is honest and his work is reliable and reasonably priced. We have gone to him for years and don't like to go anywhere else. When we lived in Chicago we still brought our vehicles 60 miles to Jason at Elburn Auto.

Honest, reasonable, worked my car repair in a very reasonable time frame...Jason could not have been more helpful with my car repairs. He understood I wasn't keeping my car for very long and didn't try and upsale the things that needed to be done to this 17 year old car. Called him with a question, he didn't answer phone and I didn't leave a message. He called me back anyway!! Will be back!!! Thank you!!

we were referred to elburn auto repair. we have used them a few times now over the years. the repair bill was always less than the quoted price. jason, the owner, is a great mechanic. he explains the repair well and the options available regarding the repair. highly recommended auto repair shop.

Jason came highly recommended to us over 4 years ago, and we have since referred 5 other people to him. He is an honest mechanic, and if there is a less expensive option, he will tell you about it.

Very honest and will tell you if you can do a job yourself. We had a broken side view mirror on an older car which he told us it was ok to repair it ourselves. Saved $200!.

Very rude, unfriendly and discourteous. Had an emergency which would have taken only a few minutes pleadedwith him and told him my family was in the car. He became confrontational and became in fear for my safety.
