I'm a collision repair professional, who brought my wife's Lexus to Country Automotive, based on a referral from C&D Auto Body. I'm glad I took it there and understand why it's got 5 stars. Repairs were done quickly and reasonably. Drives like a whole new car. Thanks guys!

Great customer services as always. Thanks Ryan!!I'm getting elderly and have been to many automotive service facilities over the years. Country Automotive here in Elburn is THE BEST. I means a lot, especially these days, to have an excellent service like this you know you can trust 100%. We've been using Country Automotive a couple decades, and they are top notch!

I brought my Highlander here for a few items to be handled. They were able to service my vehicle quickly and answered all of my questions. I had my brake pads and rotors replaced and the work and price were both great. I spoke with Ryan and he was professional and polite throughout the entire process. I've only been using Country Automotive for just short of 2 years, but I have come to rely on their expertise and great service. I know when I bring my vehicles in for service they'll do a professional inspection, do the right thing, and complete the work in a timely fashion. Highly recommended.

Highly recommend coming here for any car troubles! They have great service and do their best to accommodate you and keep you informed. They were able to pin down the problem with my car when other places could not. I wish I had gone to them first instead of spending money with other mechanics.

I've been taking my vehicles to Country Auto in Elburn for 20+ years. They are trustworthy, honest, and reasonably priced for maintenance and service. They take care of their customers. Ryan who mans the front desk used to work in back as a mechanic, so when you call to request service, you get someone who is very knowledgeable on what needs to be done. They call and let you know if they find other problems and suggest additional repairs but are never pushy and will work with you on timeline and how much to do at once. They went out of their way to fix a problem on my truck that was caused by another shop (due to an extended warranty I regretfully bought, I couldn't have Country do the repair and have it covered under the warranty). Country Auto is so much more personal than trying to get service at big dealerships where you're just another number. They're good people. I've recommended them to many of my friends. A great place to do business!

I absolutely love this shop and it is the only place I will take my vehicle. I moved here from Florida so starting over and putting so many miles on my vehicle took its toll. They are affordable, dependable, honest and do not penny pinch you for every little thing. On top of all of that they are fast. They have the tools and knowledge to get it done the same day. The people are friendly and helpful. I completely trust them. Thank you Elijah!

They really take care of you here. Milt is the best. Easy, Quick, Convenient and the best price around. I will be doing all my auto business here from now on. Their hours are tight, but they are able to work around the drop off/pick up after hours hassles. HIGHLY HIGHLY Recommend.

At 5:30PM I got home and noticed I had a screw in my tire. I called them and they said they could get my tire fixed up if I got there before 6pm. I arrived at 6:02 and because I called they got me in and were able to fix my tire. Thank you so much! You guys are lifesavers!

Always fair priced, fast, trustful, and just cool people. I tried them out after the single guy shop down the street was behind 2 weeks and have never looked back. I'm 45 mins away after moving and I still go the distance to have Country work on my cars.

Great place! Kind, honest service. Was quoted somewhere else for $700 and four hours of labor, they did it for $56 in less than two hours. Going there for everything now!
