I'm headed back home to West Texas after a long road trip to Newfoundland and Labrador Canada.Realize we were due for an oil change and called. This past weekend was right in the Festival, And they got me in the first thing Monday morning and I was on the road in about an hour. I wish all of the dealerships were like this. The customer service was great, and everything was done properly.

Your Salesman Steve Dobbs is an amazing person. He did everything he could to find us the right fit even going as far as messaging me on a Sunday (obviously his day off). He went above & beyond to make our experience the best it could be! We LOVE our new Trailblazer. Thank you for everything!

I worked with Joe at Bob Jass, as well as Ryan and could not be more pleased with the process. The service level was superb, and it s hard to think I will ever buy anywhere else in the future. A+ from start to finish and they have earned a lifelong customer! 5 stars

I had a pleasant experience working with Steve Dobbs and his team at Bob Jass. Steve is knowledgeable and a very good communicator. His expertise in corvettes is impressive. It is my second corvette purchase from Bob Jass and I expect to continue doing business with them as a long-term satisfied customer.

I have nothing but great things to say about the service department at Bob Jass. Bob Horrell has worked on multiple trucks of mine and has always led with honesty and integrity. His knowledge and level of customer service is unmatched, there has never been a time when he hasn t gone above and beyond to ensure any issues with my vehicles are resolved as quickly and efficiently as possible. Would recommend 10/10

After a couple of terrible visits at other dealereships, my husbands cousin highly recommended Bob Jass Chevy to us. We had been looking for a car for our daughter to replace her Terrain as the cost to fix it was astronomical (a noted problem with the timing chain and the engine). We were able to walk around the lot looking at the cars, without being hounded by salespeople and when we needed assistance, we found Joe Howland. He was very pleasant to work with, not pushy at all, and very informative. Joe showed my daughter all the features of the car on the test drive, and of course, she fell in love with it. He was very helpful and happy to answer all our questions and concerns about the financing and warranty and made the whole experience very pleasant. It was great having no pressure or any hidden cost pop up in our discussion with pricing too. We now highly recommend Bob Jass Chevrolet too!

Bob Horrell is one of the best service rep I have had. When our car had some issues he not only helped find the best deal for tires but he went above and beyond to ensure that I was informed and taken care of, he even got me a loaner car! What ever he is making, it is not enough for how much he ensures the client's needs are taken care of.

We must give a shout out to the ROCKSTAR , Joe Howland at Bob Jass Chevy in Elburn! Joe went above and beyond to find us the truck of our dreams! He took into account every option we wanted and had the truck shipped in for us! He had compassion and professionalism, that we truly honor in a car dealer! He took the time to listen to our needs and wants, which we truly appreciated! We highly recommend Joe if you want to find your dream car and work with an honorable person!

Joe was easy and great to talk to. Very knowledgeable about the truck and its history. Helped me set up all the technical options before I left the lot. Very down to earth and easy to talk to. He was not just interested in selling a vehicle but truly getting to know me and Christi and who we are. Very down home feeling there would highly recommend seeing Joe for any vehicle in the future.

My son, who lives out of state, was in town for Christmas. His truck had mechanical issues making it unsafe to drive. We showed up to Bob Jass without an appointment hoping to get the truck fixed. Bob Jass didn t disappoint. They fixed the truck and my son made the 1,000 mile home without incident. It s reassuring as a parent knowing your child has a safe truck to drive across the country. Thank you Bob Jass.

This is my second vehicle in a row that I have bought from Bob Jass..I will never go anywhere else as not only do I love my purchase, sales experience but I always receive the best continued care from the Amazing Service Department!!Especially from Bob in service, as he goes above & beyond to make sure my vehicle & concerns are handled asap!

We dropped our car off at the dealership to have them fix a coolant leak. They quoted $1300, but charged us $1400 when we picked it up. They replaced the water pump and thermostat. We never had any problems with the car overheating until they fixed it. We picked the car up, drove it home the next morning we drove it to work and it overheated. Contacted the service department and they told us to bring it back in. We drove it there cautiously. We dropped it off and didn t hear from anyone for 3 business days - even after leaving a message. When we called again, we were informed that the cost to repair it now is an additional $3200 - what?!?!?! To add insult to injury, we had asked about changing the oil, but did not assume that the car was in need of $3200 of additional work after they just fixed it. So now we will be towing the car to a reputable repair shop to determine our next steps. But we have to pay for the oil change on a vehicle that we can t even drive! The options from the dealership, after what we believe to have been a serious problem created by their technician, are to either spend an additional $3200 in repairs or they would give us a trade-in allowance of $600. We have worked with the dealership in good faith for many years. This was not the first time we had challenges, but it is the most expensive lesson to teach us not to work with them again in the future.

The EV chargers don't work most of the time and are blocked other times like today. Avoid for charging needs.

My dad and I went to the dealership on January 5th to purchase a brand new 2023colorado. Thanks to James it was the easiest car buying experience we ever experienced. Everything James said over the phone was complete when we got there. My dad purchased running boards, tonneau cover and is one happy customer . There price was better than any other dealership around. Thanks again and also a big thank you James for recognizing my dad serving in united states air force

I was treated like a friend/family member by Erin and Mike. Since I was having 4 new tires installed, I was given a car to drive so I didn t have to wait. I ran some errands and was reconnected with my car in less than 3 hours. Well done and a big thanks to the Bob Jass team.

Bruce is great to do business with. I abhor and won't deal with high pressure salespeople. This is the guy to go with if you want to deal with someone who is not pushy and listens to what you want.
