Our sales person, Thomas, was very helpful. It has been a long time since we have purchased a car, and he was so patient with our many questions. He did not apply pressure for us to buy, but laid out the steps to complete the purchase in a way that was easy to understand. We appreciated his friendliness and knowledge.The service department took care of a rattle, which was due to a piece of Styrofoam in the car ceiling. The service employee was very helpful and took care of the problem quickly.

I bought a car from them in May of 2023 and did not have a good experience. When asked about my credit, I said it was very good (which it is), I was questioned like I wasn't telling the truth. Also when I said I wanted to put down a big down payment I was questioned again like I wasn't going to have enough money. I am a young women and felt like they were undermining me. Also I had to go through the dealership to get my loan and had a high interest rate and that was my only choice. Also it was very hot inside which made you feel uncomfortable. I felt pressured to do an extended warranty after I said no 4 times and finally said yes so I could leave since I was there for almost 4 hours. I also called the next day to have the extended warranty taken off and was waiting for a call back and one never came. So I called about a month later and the extended warranty was still there so I asked for them to take it off immediately but I only got a portion of the money back since I had it for a month even though I had called the day after I got the car to get it taken off. I get dealerships are supposed to be pushy and sell you a car but this one was too much.

This dealership was very awesome. They helped me get a car, even though my credit wasn't good. They are down to Earth people and not pushy. Very honest, polite and helpful. I would recommend this dealership to everyone. Thank you.

Just noticing, lower reviews don't get a response. Guess they don't give a dam.I was contacted by Mark Cooper about an online application. We went over details, financing options etc over the phone. He asked when I could come down to El Paso (70 miles away). He had an approval for 2 trucks that were on the lot. I told I would not make the trip unless we had a definite approval. He called be back on Friday (2/23) and said yes, just come down and if we like one of them we would not be leaving empty handed. We had originally made an appointment for 2 o'clock but he later called back and asked me to make it earlier if possible and to specifically ask for him. We arrived around 11 o'clock and he said he was with a customer and would be right with us. Two hours later, he sat down to talk to him and had still not seen either vehicle nor did anyone ask about our trade (they made me send all of the trade info including photos prior). Around 1 o'clock we were told one of the vehicles was sold and the other was in the shop up on a rack (which they could not let down for us to just see the interior of the truck but still wanted me to commit to it. Long story short, between the 2 hour wait and the driving time back and forth we wasted an entire day and came home with nothing. This was my first and last experience with McGrath. Oh, and Mark Cooper? We found out just before we left that he was not even a McGrath employee. He was with the company hosting the sales event they had going on. What a shady dealership.

After having a ton of issues at Sam leman in Bloomington, I decided to drive the 25 minutes to a different dealer to have my vehicles serviced and I m Glad I did! I had a great experience at this dealership! Great customer service and their service department actually knows what they re doing! I dealt with Rick and Mary and they were both very kind and easy to work with!Being a Chevy/ GMC owner myself I would highly suggest making the drive from Bloomington to this location rather than using the local dealers in Bloomington/normal, much better service at this location!

As we were traveling I39 on a bitter (- 10) cold Jan morning, headed to Florida, with a 42' horse trailer in tow, we started to experience DEF sensor issues with our GMC truck. I called, and they were able to look at the truck right away, and got us back on the road quickly!!!! I can't say enough about the quality service, attention, and customer service. A+++ rating! They took care of my 80+ yr old mother, getting her settled in the waiting area, while I got them informed on the details of my truck issue.

Even after I shared my concern about going over my budget, I feel like I was pushed into buying the car. No one would just sit down with me to go over the numbers. I never should have made the purchase, none of the salesman seem to care about my concerns. Now I have to either sell the car or get a second job.If you are promised money back for your trade in, plan on waiting 30 days or more. My check took over over 4 weeks!

This dealership did a Mail lottery that reflected I won $500 dollars. We brought the ticket in and were told that we didn't win even though the document reflected we had, down to the fine print, we won. It was a total scam just to get door traffic and the staff were very unpleasant. I'll forever never recommend them and it's a very scummy thing to have done. No redeeming qualities.

My husband and I found ourselves in a pinch for a new ride a few years ago. We searched and found our dream vehicle. Although it felt like it was a slim chance to get it, we still had to take it for a drive. All the efforts this dealership made to make it ours was incredible. We came back a second trip and took it home that same day. We left with a beautiful Toyota 4Runner. A few years later and we have never felt safer, nor happier. Sorry for the delay. We couldn't look elsewhere or with another team of experts to get our dream and will someday be back again for our next. Thank you all so much! Dylan was fantastic and we hope these years have been treating him and his family well. God bless you all !

Thomas, Sean, and TJ really carry on the legacy of this place. This place is set apart in the effort they will go to find a solution to your specific financial needs. They also stand behind their contracts; previously our family had bought 3 other vehicles from this group and one of those vehicles had needed an engine replaced, they covered repairs costing over 10K, just like the contract said with no objection; the vehicle had only cost about 12K. I doubt many dealerships would have honored things the way they did. Bought 2 more vehicles in 2024 and feel they were fair in both their dealings. Not sure how they could make the experience more flexible as they seem to come up with options not just here is your final price. Hope your around here for a long time because you will definitely be place I check out first the next time I need a vehicle.

We are one of the families who received the flyer in the mail which stated that we had won 500 dollars. I read the fine print several times which was very confusing before I was fairly confident that we were getting a two dollar lottery ticket. My husband went on the website that was listed on the flyer to see if he had won the prize as the flyer stated it said winner and had him set up an appointment to claim his prize which he set for about an hour later. We drove the 30 minutes to the dealership. We decided that since our baby had fell asleep during the drive that only my husband would go in. When he went there were 7 people in front of him and no one asked if he had an appointment or told him that he could just check the sign in the front to see if he is a winner. Just wait for a long time to get your two dollar ticket. We left and came back a couple days later, I will say the staff was very friendly the second time. They then proceeded to ask us enough questions to run a soft credit check. Basically when they found out if we bought a car which would be a long shot that it would be in cash they showed us the sign that stated. We were not one of the bug winners handed us our lotto ticket and pushed us out the door very shady selling practices would not recommend.

Just like several others I was tricked by a blatantly misleading winning prize advertisement. I know those are almost always scams so I carefully read the fine print and even called sales to confirm the prize. Looking back they were very specific in their misleading information on the phone as well. I packed up my kids and drove 20 minutes to get the rug pulled out like I expected. This company's marketing team is beyond ignorant. I hope you lose other potential customers like me because I wouldn't buy from this company if it was the cheapest one around.The sales rep also threatened me by telling me he would meet me out in the parking lot after his shift ends when I called him and the company garbage.Good luck to anyone that supports a company like this with such garbage morals similar to a Nigerian prince email.

Worked with Aleck and Christian - answered any questions we had and was willing to work with us on the price of the vehicle so we were satisfied. Loved working with them - all the staff at McGrath were very nice and helpful. Wonderful service at the dealership. Highly recommend!

They seem friendly but not willing to budge and trying to overcharge in the end with unknown hidden costs.I emailed as requested 3 days ago with no response. Does them commentating on a review make customers think they care? I see many reviews that describe my experience exactly. Call to confirm availability, drive hours to get there, and then the vehicle isn't ready to be seen on arrival.

If you get something in the mail claiming you won $500, don t bother going in. Make sure you read the fine print. Mine claimed that I had won $500 and I walked out with a $2 lottery scratcher. Although I called before going in to make sure it was all legit and was told if mine says I won $500 that I would walk out with $500, which was not the case. Needless to say, I will never be buying a car from them, considering they like to play games.

I recently bought a truck from this dealership. Even after giving them a hard time, they still made sure that I was taken care of. I originally talked to Garret, who informed me that the truck hadn t made it through detail yet but would make sure that it was ready for me to drive when I made it there. Drake made the process of testing and buying the vehicle very easy and he was very personable throughout the whole process. He actually cared and made sure I was taken care of unlike some other dealers I ve been to. The sales manager Joe also made sure that all the issues I had with the truck were taken care of were handled before receiving the vehicle at no extra cost to myself. Connor the finance manager was also very personable and even after giving him a hard time, made sure that the paperwork process was quick and easy. I am very pleased with my experience at this dealership.

Nothing like a disappointing experience! I was greeted well but did not buy the car that I wanted. This was not because I didn't want the vehicle! The vehicle started at $22,300, as advertised. Ending bill of sale was over $33,000! I'll let you do the math! Not me! I've been in the banking industry since 2000! I ended up buying a vehicle the same place I bought my last one, because they were honest! I expect to pay for a license transfer, tax, and a doc fee!

I bought a 2016 Cedilac Escalete Platinum pk. when selling, they just pressured me to start the deal faster, sent some photos and videos during the rainy time. The car looked very clean. after a while I went to pick up the car from California to Chicago. Although they said that the car was made by a detailer, but I had to tell them again to clean the car. because it was not clean. Considering that the weather was rainy, nothing could be seen from the outside. after an hour away from them, I stopped in reset area. seeing the car in the sun saw the front bumper spray painted. when I called, I expressed my dissatisfaction with them about the fact that the car has problems that I did not notice when I bought it. they just started telling me stories. It is not very pleasant to buy from such scammers, deceivers who simply try to sell their goods blindly deceiving the client. Be careful when buying a car from them, check everything slowly. and don't be fooled by sales pressure that another customer is coming to buy your car, we need to make a deal as quickly as possible. This just a bluff!!!
